She doesn't see the points but her lines work the same way, since she has killed things by slashing their lines causing the same effect that slashing their point would have done.
Ryougi Shiki's eyes are superior to Tohno's as she can understand death better and all those things I won't explain (you can read it here in the wiki), which means she can kill concepts and other complicated things far easier than Tohno and things Tohno cannot kill. But their eyes (Ryougi's and Tohno's) are both rainbow rank (the highest rank of Mystic Eyes), so the color thing is probably nothing note-worthy.
