In my opinion the video does make a few logical leaps when comparing Artoria to Mythological Mystic Code Servants. Its better to compare her to servants without external buffs.
Seth uses Artoria is above Sefar as a reason to compare her to Mythological mystic codes, which is wrong Artoria only one shot Sefar because of Excalibur getting buffed by the earth to kill Sefar.
It would be better to compare Artoria to Divine Spirits as she has been done so herself through Excalibur already being able to release Authority level magic.
Authorities are basically broken as shown with Event Space Storage it can basically can store conceptual and physical things.
He does overscale the Tsubame Gaeshi.
Most of the video does well, though it goes over better examples of how the scaling works and that Artoria does lose out to other characters in fate.
I think scalers would highly enjoy this video, and people who don't really care might learn a bit.
