Making Tawrich and Zarich into Noble Phantasms wouldn't help much, his parameters are still ccomplete shit, whereas being able to summon shadows makes him more versatile and gives him some misdiretion potential

Yeah, Servants can break their own Noble Phantasms either to use as a Broken Phantasm, or just to break them, but destroying another Servant's Noble Phantasm seems incredibly difficult, the only occasion I can think of is when blocking Vasavi Shakti destroys Akhilleus Cosmos

Especially since, depending on the specifics of the sequence of events which I can't precisely recall, Achilles might have been dead when Astolfo used Akhilleus Cosmos.
