Casually tearing a portal through the moon cell to leave it because she has the "right" to do that; a feat that required Mythological mystic code Gilgamesh to spend 90% of his treasures in the gate of Babylon.
Translation - Berserker is the Servant you fight during the fourth round, version 2. Her master is Monji Gatou. She is a Funny Vamp [localized as Temptress] with disheveled blond hair and crimson eyes. She is a fan service character. Technically not a Servant, she is a mysterious creature that Gatou brought along from Earth. Sometimes a cat, sometimes Yuzu-nee, sometimes a silicon creature, Berserker is a princess that doesn’t seem to have a proper place in the game. She is waiting eagerly for the release of the remake. It’s a conceptual numerical alteration, so it is unavoidable when on the Moon. Even the Moon Cell transformed version of BB would be limited by it. As far as EXTRA and CCC go, she‘s about the only one who can bring Golden White Face [Konjiki Hakumen] down to a level where “it’s possible to defeat her no matter how slim the possibility.”
In short - In the world of extra even when weakened she's the only one capable of bringing down Amaterasu to chances where she can be defeated, superior to mythological mystic code Tamamo-no-Mae.
High Outerversal, possibly Transcendent In her battle against Ciel, she was drawing enough power to completely remake the entire planet (I fumbled with the SS but).
She's the strongest of the True Ancestors, True Ancestors are a transcendental species of vampires in the multiverse possessing power beyond human comprehension and hold energy capacities on par with celestial bodies like earth along with the status of "planet" which is a rank above the status of "God" which puts them ontologically superior to God's like Tezcatlipoca who in She greatest authority of all, such that it's an equivalent of having no limits.
High Transcendent With Marble Phantasm (The scale of Arcueid's Fantasy Manifestation, is such that it seals off the cosmos and is beyond human comprehension.
She can bring forth the Moon Castle otherwise called the Millenium Castle into existence, a canopy that covers the entire planet and is incomprehensible to human intellect.
She can achieve a feat on the level of True Magic, using the marble phantasm to bring the crimson moon from the future that Altrouge used to turn Zepia into a phenomenon that reincarnates infinitely from the Akashic Records. Translation - And now for some FAQs about the Luminary. — Can you touch it? Once it enters a stable state, the Luminary materializes—so yes, it has hit detection. It feels both like hard stone and flowing water to the touch. Also, Arc can will parts of it to rarefy, and when she does that, she can pass those through buildings and what-not. — Since it's light, does that mean it’s hot? It’s a bit hot, but not enough to get burned. — How much reason is left in Luminary Arc? Enough. She doesn’t feel like saying very much, but that doesn’t mean her reason is lost. It’s more that her True Ancestor supernaturality has gotten stronger. I think it'd be fine if one could see that there are eye-shaped holes (kind of like cavities) where her mouth, eyes, etc, are supposed to be. When even closer to the Luminary—30 meters within Arc’s zone of influence—then the light being emitted looks more subdued, with her eyes and mouth (lips) shining with the brilliance of life. In fact, make her look even more beautiful than normal Arcueid. This is like a cognitive alteration effect that the Luminary has against intelligent beings. Those who look on from afar will get the impression of something terrifyingly unknowable. While those who have arrived close will get the impression of something beautifully unknowable. Those who are far away are enemies who are to be killed without being shown the truth. While those who are close by are allies who are to be given a glimpse of the truth—a truly spiritually divine (religiously speaking) mechanism.
