I don’t know much about Tonho Shiki, since I have not read Tsukihime. But I know that,

Tonho can cut though anything and UBW Shirou can manipulate many blades inside a reality marble containing of infinite blades.

So, I think it depends on whether or not Tonho can dodge multiple swords coming at him from different directions, and manage to land a hit on Shirou while he is at it.

From what I remember Angra Mainyu has only taken the form of Shirou Emiya (coping his appearance and stuff), while Senji Muramasa is using the body of Shirou Emiya as his vessel( kind of like possession ), the difference would be more clear if you play FHA and FGO.

Well EA can destroy Reality Marble(small world/personal world) which is also seen in Fate/Zero against rider so I guess it makes sense that its an anti world np

Well EA(gilgamesh's np) is also anti world and there are also other servants with that, so it can't be impossible.

Yeah non of them had a good time in fifth HGW but at least they get there memory wiped out and can rest in the throne, but I think Archer is also an exception, since he is kinda like Saber.

But Artoria can't go to the throne of heroes, because unlike rest of the heroic spirit she is not dead, which is also shown at the end of Fate/Zero, she formed a contract with the world and she is in a endless loop waiting to get summon again at the top of Camelot hill right after having a dead match with her 'SON'. So she kinda have it the worst out of all servants.

I thought alters are completely different individuals, because Fate/grand order treat it like that and can not exist without the grail, or are they the same as original?

So they really cut some important scenes so it doesn't make much sense now. I have heard even the Berserker fight is more longer.Well as for Saber and Avalon, I guess no one knows.

She appears in the first singularity, some other events and makes a small appearance in lost room special episode. I don't think except from that there is any other Fate. Even her page only have FGO. Well she is always at Chaldea. And make appearances here and there.
