Why is Jeanne not classified as a pseudo-servant? It seems like she took over the body of a girl or is simply using her appearance without possessing her.

So Frankensteins, noble phantasm Blasted tree is a suicide attack because she can't withstand its full strength, but since you can use a command spell to strengthen a servant, in theory couldn't you unleash it at full strength, and use a command spell to allow her to survive it?
