Amita AmitabhaWP: Transmigration into One (一に還る転生, Ichi ni Kaeru Tensei?) is the ultimate “anti-individual” Noble Phantasm used by Saver. It is his major Noble Phantasm initialized over the course of a battle by utilizing his minor Noble Phantasm, Chakravartin: Turner of the Wheel (転輪聖王, Tenrin Jōō?). Chakravartin, referring to the ideal ruler in the Vedic period of ancient India, is the implement used by a normally unarmed BuddhaWP to defeat opponents. It is a seven kilometer long chakramWP expanding in the sky above the Buddha. It slowly rotates and fires bolts of light at enemies within the ring, acting much like an omnidirectional mobile artillery platform with the ring of light acting as the rail that the artillery platform would move over.[2] The number of rings within it increases with each combat turn, and one of the lights on the large mandalaWP floating behind him alight with prismatic colors until there are seven rings and seven lights.
The rings, synonymous with the seven jewels of the wheel turner, have an appearance reminiscent of a rainbow, and they allow for the activation of Amita Amitabha upon reaching their peak speed. Amita Amitabha is its true name, its ultimate attack upon the maximum deployment of Chakravartin, and is activated upon the invocation of its true name. The lights from the mandala converge into the chakram, and the rings of light come clanging against each other to combine into one rapidly spinning ring, forming into the halo seen on the back of celestial Buddha, VairocanaWP. The pillars of light amass around the target from all angles and converge onto them in a single column like in a black hole. It creates a large explosion that rips apart the ground and engulfs them.
It is a kind of teaching to achieve final MokshaWP, where energies rivaling the law of man’s creation are made to converge on a single person and liberate him from suffering. All humans, according to the Indian idea of BrahmanWP, are reincarnations of Brahma and all of humanity is the same individual. It is said that all of mankind will achieve buddhahood once the ideology is embraced because all humans ultimately transmigrate into the Buddha. It differs from normal ideologies of reincarnation and immortality, acting as the “Everyone Becomes Me wheel of reincarnation” that saves all sattvaWP from suffering.
As the length of human history increases, its expanse becoming wider, the greater the damage of the attack, and the humanity of Earth has no way of withstanding the attack theoretically. It deals damage that no living thing, no human can withstand, but something not alive like Hakuno Kishinami has a small chance of withstanding it because they have yet to be afflicted by the suffering of life or the four noble truths. Those who achieve enlightenment through gaining strong convictions can overcome it. It is weaker against humans who are not quite human, and it cannot completely save individuals of a scale of existence greater than the domain of humanity.[1] Within the game, it is an "absolute game-over attack", but it would cause 5,670,000,000 damage within the context of the game.[3]

Chakravartin.
This is Saver’s minor Noble Phantasm. It’s a weapon based on an implement used by usually unarmed Buddha to defeat their enemies.
Chakravartin (Turner of the Wheel) is the concept of the “ideal universal ruler” that was used in the Vedic period of ancient India.
The weapon Chakravartin is a 7km wide chakram of light that is expanded into the sky above the Buddha. While revolving slowly, it shoots arrows of light at the Servants within its ring.
Think of it as a mobile artillery platform that can shoot in any direction. The ring of light is like a rail that the artillery platform moves along.
The number of rings of light increase each turn, until it has reached the maximum of seven. These seven rings correspond to the seven treasures that the Turner of the Wheel (ruler) possesses.
The rings are reminiscent of rainbows, and at the peak of battle this weapons ultimate attack “Transmigration Into One” can be activated by calling it’s true name.
The rings of light combine into one with a clang and the ring starts spinning at high speed. Before long it morphs to resemble the ring that floats behind the Celestial Buddha Variocana, and pillars of light coming from the entire 360 degrees of the ring are focused on the player’s Servant, and the convergence causes a huge explosion that resembles a black hole.
…Well of course this is a written description that didn’t take production costs into consideration in the slightest, so of course it was axed. I guess if you want this level of visuals, you have to do it in an action game.天輪聖王【宝具名】
チャクラ・ヴァルティン。
セイヴァーの小宝具。本来なら徒手空拳の覚者が持つ、相手を倒すための武具。
転輪聖王とは古代インドヴェーダ時代における理想の王のこと。
チャクラ・ヴァルティンは覚者の上空に展開する、七㎞メートルの光輪。ゆっくりと回転しながら、輪の中にいるサーヴァントヘビュンビュンと光の矢を放つ。
全天包囲型・自動移動砲台……とお考えください。
光の輪をレールにみたてて、その上を砲台が移動している、みたいな。
時間ごとに光の輪は増えていき、最終的には七つにまで増大。この七つの輪は聖王が持つ七つの宝と同義である。
その姿は虹を思わせ、戦いが最高速に達したところで真名開放による最終攻撃”一に還る転生”が発動。
光の輪がガコン!と音をたてて一つに合体、高速回転していき、やがて大日如来が背負う後光っぽいものに変化、プレイヤーサーヴァントへ360度から光の柱が集結、ブラックホールを思わせる収束から大爆発、みたいな。
───とまあ、ここまで制作コストを考えぬ字コンテなので、当然のように没になった。この手のスペクタクルはアクションゲームでやってろって話ですよ。 - ↑

It is Saver’s major Noble Phantasm.
It is the final and greatest stage of his minor Noble Phantasm, Chakravartin: Turner of the Wheel.
According to the reincarnation ideology centered on the Hindu God of Creation Brahma, all humans are a reincarnation of Brahma, and thus the entire human race is part of the same individual. (The Hindu reincarnation and transmigration timeline is sometimes ignored in our (Type-Moon) works, so don’t be silly and nitpick.)
According to this ideology, all humans will certainly attain nirvana. (become a Buddha)
This is because all humans will ultimately attain enlightenment and transmigrate.
…Uhhh—Well I have no idea what I’m saying anymore, all this transmigration and immortality business isn’t easy you know! Wow! So anyways… (Remainder omitted)
To cut a long story short Amita Amitabha saves mankind from all its pain and suffering. “Everyone will become one with me through the reincarnation cycle.”
No mortal being, no human can ever go against this process. (Spoiler ahead) However, the protagonist isn’t alive in the first place, so there remains a tiny chance for him/her to survive this attack. This is because the protagonist has never experienced the pain of living, or the four kinds of suffering (birth, disease, old age, death).
If the production budget of EXTRA were 10 times larger, we would have included a system where the player would have attained enlightenment through playing the game and thus be able to overcome this attack. [TL NOTE: attain enlightenment = become a Buddha=be able to survive the attack]
When fighting against Saver we wanted to evoke the feeling that if players don’t win the battle in one turn, this “inescapable game-over attack” would activate.
By the way, in the game the actual damage is 5,670,000,000.一に還る転生【宝具名】
アミタ・アミターバ。
セイヴァーの大宝具。転輪聖王の最大展開。
インドのブラフマー思想によるなら、すべての人間はブラフマーの転生であり、すべての人類は同一の個人であると言う事になる。
(インドの転生は時間軸を無視する事が往々にしてあるので、細かいツッコミは野暮天)
この思想に立った場合、全人類は必ず成仏する。
何故なら、すべての人間が究極的には覚者に転生するからだ。
……えー、もう自分でも何を言っているか分からねーが、転生とか不死とかそんなチャチなもんじゃねえ、すげえ(以下略
ようするにあらゆる衆生の苦しみを救う、『人間はみんな私になるのだ転生輪廻』。
生有るもの、人であれば決して逆らえない大ダメージだが、主人公はそもそも生きていない(ネタバレ)ので耐えきれる可能性が微レ在。主人公にはまだ生の苦しみ、四苦がないので。
EXTRAの制作費が十倍ぐらいあったら、ゲーム過程で悟り(信念)を開くと、この攻撃を乗り越えられる、という仕掛けにしたかったところ。
ゲームでは対セイヴァー戦、一定ターン内に決着をつけないと展開される”絶対ゲームオーバー攻撃”として描写されている。
ちなみにダメージは五十六億七千万。
