ApolloWP (アポローン, Aporōn?) is a Divine Spirit in Greek mythologyWP. He is featured as the summoned partner of Paris in Fate/Grand Order.
Profile[]
Background[]
Apollo is the Greek God of the Sun and twin brother of Artemis, he was one of the Twelve Machine Gods of Atlantis.[1][2] After his true Aletheia body was destroyed by Sefar, the Machine Gods later became the Greek pantheon.[1]
He lent his power to the Noble Phantasm Phoebus Catastrophe along with Artemis. He taught the skills of medicine and music to Chiron as one of his many lessons from the gods.[3]
He eventually fathered the demigod and later Argonaut Asclepius. Apollo became romantically involved with a woman named Coronis and got her pregnant. However, after learning of her infidelity from a crow (which was said to be a lie in some versions), he killed Coronis and turned the crow’s white feathers black in a fit of rage. Apollo regretted killing Coronis. When she was laid on her funeral pyre, he rescued the child (Asclepius) inside her belly and entrusted him to Chiron, the wise centaur, to raise him.[4]
Lostbelt[]
Within the Atlantic Lostbelt, history diverged in 12,000BC, the Gods not suffering defeat at the hands of Sefar. Later on, Apollo was one of the Gods who opposed Zeus, resulting in his destruction.[2]
Personality[]
Apollo takes a liking to Paris, especially in Paris's young form during the prince's shepherd days, calling the said physical appearance to be the prime of Paris's cuteness.[5] Apollo kinda likes the rough treatment.[5]
Apollo also tends to be blunt, calling humans to be very unreasonable creatures in choosing to waste valuable resources to save a weak Servant, that is considered to be a "useless pawn," like Charlotte Corday. Apollo is willing to agree with any decision made by Paris.
Role[]

Abilities[]
Apollo is the god of many fields such as archery, performing arts, prophecies, and the sun. He is also the god of plagues as well as healing, a manifestation of duality.[4]
Apollo was the creator of the oldest mixed martial arts ever created in History, Pankration.[6]
With his Authority, he is capable of transforming Paris into an arrow for Super Orion to use with his third Noble Phantasm Ortygia Amore Mio. Apollo was able to download data of his Lostbelt self.
Paris[]
Just as he guided Paris in sniping Achilles as revenge for Achilles murdering Troilus, Apollo tagged along with Paris' Saint Graph in the guise of a Sheep. He's also responsible for Paris' younger appearance, having modified his Saint Graph to take on said form. It's noted that having Apollo around is both a blessing and a curse, though he's more passive-aggressive and less outright pushy than his sister who squeezes Orion into a tiny corner of his own Saint Graph.[5]
Paris himself does not possess the Independent Action skill, however, because Apollo is attached to his Saint Graph Archer possesses this fearsome ability. At EX rank, Independent Action allows for nearly any act, whether related to combat or otherwise, to be undertaken without support from the Master (short of repeated use of his Noble Phantasm).[5]

The martial arts used by Archer of Black, Chiron. Combining boxing and wrestling, it is most likely the first mixed martial arts in history. If you ask why the centaur Chiron-sensei knows something like this, it’s because ancient boxing originates from the god Apollo.
In Chiron’s case, this fighting style is included in “Wisdom of Divine Gift”, but he actually possesses skill in it equivalent to A rank. Eh, Plato-sensei? …His skill in it is EX Rank… probably…パンクラチオン【その他】
