Berserker of El-Dorado (エルドラドのバーサーカー, Eru Dorado no Bāsākā?) is a Berserker-class Servant summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru in the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order.

Identity
Berserker's True Name is PenthesileaWP (ペンテシレイアWP, Penteshireia?), an Amazoness queen in Greek Mythology. The daughter of Ares, starting from the eldest, Hippolyta, whose sash and life were robbed by Heracles, and her younger sister who was kidnapped and wed to TheseusWP, it is said that she has several more sisters.[2]
After Hector's death, the Amazoness army led by Penthesilea went to assist the Trojans and fought against the Achaean army. And then, Queen Penthesilea ended up in a one-on-one fight against a hero on the enemy side, Achilles. The conclusion is the biggest humiliation at the end of her life.[2]
The Amazon Queen who fought against Achilles during the Trojan WarWP and was killed by his Diatrekhōn Astēr Lonkhē. Since then, because of an awful amount of regret when Achilles killed her with his spear, this had made him hesitant to fight against female opponents.[3]
Appearance
Berserker is summoned in her body about 5–10 years away from her future adulthood figure during the Trojan War, of where she was a "complete incarnation of beauty."[2]

Personality
The queen of the strong who combines both strength and nobility. While a Berserker, Penthesilea is completely capable in understanding, as well as employing, military strategies and leadership skills. However—■■■■■■■■. Once "that" is mentioned, everything else becomes trivial, and her every thought is painted over by "that". The only thing she doesn't recognize as "that" is herself (and sometimes, even she herself is one). For that very reason, she is a mad warrior.[2]
Rage beyond rage evaporates her reason, and she can only sneer. At most, she can only spew curses and harassment. And so she pledged. In no matter what form, she will fight again with the man who carved this humiliation into her―to kill him. The woman who will definitely kill Achilles.[2]
Being called "beautiful", Achilles himself was not conscious of saying such a thing. She fought as a warrior. Not to present herself as a "woman". If it had ended with a fight to the death with a true warrior, the hero would surely feel relief upon looking at their enemy. "I won." "I'm glad I didn't die." "There's no need to get up anymore." However―――he still―――[2]
She unconsciously refuses to manifest as the figure of "complete incarnation of beauty" from her later years. As that form was what produced her greatest humiliation, it is seen as "that age holding such beauty is not me at my prime."[2]
When she is not being engulfed by the anger and desire for revenge towards Achilles, she is a stoic and calm female warrior. She is severely brutal against her enemies. Even if one is an ally, she would rage upon them if they were to treat her as a women. Especially taboo are the words “beautiful” and “lovely” due to the trauma she has. A battle frenzy whose identity is her strength as a warrior. Due to being a queen, she is fundamentally arrogant.
Her wish upon the Holy Grail is, obviously, for a rematch against Achilles. She wishes to dispel her old disgrace, and this time once again carry out an one-on-one battle as a true warrior. She treats the Master as someone who shows her the way towards the battlefield and someone who prepares trials for her. Something like, “Now, promptly lead me towards the next battlefield.”

In the Agartha singularity, Penthesilea acted as the leader of the Amazons and ruler of El Dorado.[4][5]

She was mentioned in Fate/Apocrypha light novel. She appears briefly in the anime adaptation when Rider of Black activates Akhilleus Kosmos.[6]
Abilities
Penthesilea one of the strongest heroes in Greek Mythology, and one of three people Achilles never wants to fight again, whether it is before or after his death. The remaining two being Hector and Chiron.[7] Supposing the grown-up version of herself from the Trojan War (generally 5–10 years later in terms of human body age) is summoned, it is believed that she can manifest in the Lancer, Archer, and even Rider classes,[2] however, due to her raging hatred for Achilles, the Berserker class has become the very foundation of her existence as a Heroic Spirit.[8] In this form she has taken the appearance of her younger self to prevent Achilles from making any comment about her beauty should she lose against him ever again.[9] This hatred for Achilles has also manifested in the form of EX Rank Mad Enhancement, which increases her power and rage when fighting heroes who remind her of Achilles.[2] That's why she didn't heavily overwhelm Astolfo and Chevalier d'Eon in their first encounter and even complimented them as strong,[10] yet she was able to equally match Megalos multiple times, a modified version of Berserker Heracles whose size and strength far outclass the bounds of any normal servant just because he "smelled" like Achilles.[11]
Her primary weapons are the spiked Balls and Chain, but she also attacks using the claws and spikes on her armor. In her third ascension, she gains a pair of Kopis Swords. Her Noble Phantasms are Outrage Amazon and Trojan Reinforce.

- Mad Enhancement (EX Rank): It is possible to reach a mutual understanding with her under normal circumstances. However, her reason blows away when she faces Achilles. As expected, it is also blown away to some extent in regards to the hated Greek heroes. Due to her trauma, there is a possibility for it to be blown away if you call her beautiful.[2]

Penthesilea is a queen of the Amazónes (Amazons) from Greek Mythology. A daughter of Ares, supposedly she has several sisters - including Hippolyta, whose belt was stolen by Heracles.
After Hector’s death, the Amazónes troops lead by Penthesilea assisted the Trojan forces and fought against the Achaean army.
And then, Queen Penthesilea ended up having a personal duel against the enemy hero, Achilles. Its conclusion was, for sure, the last and greatest disgrace of her life.

The greatest rival of Rider of Red, Achilles, during his lifetime. He was the strongest hero on the side of Troy during the Trojan War. Also, his younger brother Paris is the perpetrator who caused the Trojan War to happen.
He is the exact opposite of Achilles as a hero, a bearded middle-age man who likes to play the fool. He refers to himself as “mister” (old man) in his speech, and always fights on the battlefield with an easygoing attitude.
He’s ruthless, but not cruel; skilled, yet not gifted. He faced other famous heroes besides Achilles, without retreating a single step… or not; rather, he would often retreat two or three steps and then strike the enemy when their guard’s down, before running away again, and just when they think he’s far away, he throws mud at them; a-anyway, he prided himself at being the strongest when it comes to siege battles.
