|(Gatoh Monji and Berserker)|
Utilizing a terraforming attraction with the authority of bringing the surrounding environment, the Earth side, to her side, she uses difference in gravity as a means of attack. The gravity of the moon is only a sixth of that of the Earth, and this fact does not change even within the cyber world of the Moon Cell because all of its information is drawn to the mass of its core in way thought of as the gravity of cyberspace. Everything within the Moon Cell abides by the rules of the Moon for that reason, so before her, whose body embodies that concept while being on the Earthen side, anything is reduced to a sixth of its power. It does not matter how high the opponents magic resistance, as it is an unavoidable rule of the world.
Upon Earth, the ability becomes her authority to become slightly more powerful than her opponent in battle. The ability is conceptual, so it has no concrete definition. The point of view of Earth views the other side as being reduced to a sixth of its previous state, while the point of view of the moon views the other side becoming six times its previous state. Though it can be viewed either way depending on the observer, it clearly reduces the power of the opponent to a sixth. The most clear way of defining it is to view her as being only being able to boost herself on Earth, and being only able to impart a penalty onto her opponent on the moon. Once activated, she is surrounded by a crimson aura that forms a full, red moon behind her. She then rushes towards the opponent and unleashes a flurry of slashes, imparting the "moon" abnormal status effect that causes them to suffer from reduced strength and constitution parameters.
 Fate/complete material IV: Extra Material - Fate/EXTRA - Characters - Gatou Monji & Berserker, p.254
Gatou Monji & Berserker
Gatou Monji is an strange Master that worships Berserker as a God. He is a man that carries various religions so his speech can't be understood. Berserker was originally an spirit from the Earth called "True Ancestor" but, due to Gatou's misconceptions that say "she = God" her status downgraded from Planet to God, making her unable to properly display her abilities. During battle her Noble Phantasm uses gravity as means of attack, causing great damage.
Fate/EXTRA material - Blood Sisters
The Noble Phantasm…-like thing that white Berserker uses. It comes from the greatest attack of Waruceid from the Melty Blood fighting game.
In Extra, it does high physical damage along with adding the “moon” abnormal status. A Servant afflicted with the “moon” status will suffer from reduced STR and CON.
It’s more of a property of hers than a Noble Phantasm.
A world configuration where the relationship between the moon and the Earth is utilized.
Originating from the brain of the moon and after many years becoming the touch of the Earth, this avatar possesses an Earthly authority while being a copy of the moon.
She simultaneously embodies the basic rule of the moon and the basic rule of the Earth, and she can use the discord when both are on the same level as a means of attack.
One is the authority of bringing the surrounding environment to her side (the Earth side) – terraforming attraction.
The gravity of the moon is only a sixth of the Earth’s.
That doesn’t change in even the cyber world for instance (all information in the Moon Cell is drawn to the mass of the Moon Cell core. This is thought of as being the gravity in cyber space), and everything in the Moon Cell abides by the rules of the Moon.
Her body embodies that concept and anything appearing before her, who is on the Earthen side, is reduced to a sixth of its power. However high one’s magic resistance is, this is an unavoidable rule of the world.
(If the battle were on the Earth, this would turn into an authority which would let her become a notch higher than her opponent).
….But, this is all conceptual, so it’s a bit hard to understand.
From the point of view of the Earth, the other side’s just became a sixth of what it as, and from the point of view of the moon, the other side’s become six times what it was. It could be taken either way depending on how you look at it, but to be clear, it reduces the power of the opponent to a sixth.
It’s easier to process if you think of it as her only being able to boost herself when she is on the Earth, and only being able to impart a penalty to her opponent when she is on the moon.
