Magical Girl of Honey and Geis, Connacht ☆ Medb (蜂蜜禁誓系魔法少女 コナハト☆メイヴ, Hachimitsu Kinseikei Mahō Shōjo Konahato ☆ Meivu?) is a Magical Girl appearing in the Prisma Causeway event of Fate/Grand Order. Her familiar is Mini Cu-chan.

Background[]
While taking the form of Heroic Spirit Medb, she was actually a young girl's fantasy formed into a magical girl modeled from Medb. While acting exactly like Medb, she is a passive existence born from the unconsciousness and not something actively summoned like a Servant.
She appears as an Echo in the First Lady's Reality Marble, where she is granted a temporary body and magical energy.[1] She then took part in and survived in the Magical Girls instigated by the First Lady to established her own kingdom, establishing herself as the strong Magical Girl.[2][3][4] Like the other survivors, she was granted a jewel to grant her absolute authority in her kingdom.[3] Afterward, she founded the Land of Snow and Honey.[4] Then, for a time, she served the First Lady and gathered more Magical Girls for her plan.[5] She eventually rebelled however and began building her own army of Magical Girls.[6] Mahatma ♀ Helena also traveled with her before she became obsessed with control.[6]

Event: Prisma Causeway[]
Possessing magical energy greater than the First Lady, Medb establishes a leyline to Chaldea, and inadvertently summons Mash Kyrielight and Ritsuka Fujimaru as the former's familiar into the Reality Marble.[7]
Mebd later attacks Illyasviel von Einzbern and Miyu Edelfelt, an act that allows Miyu to be captured by the FIrst Lady.[8] She then struck Illya with her chariot. Magical Ruby runs off to get help, so Medb gives chase. She quickly catches up while Ruby is talking with Ritsuka and Mash and hits them with a barrage of spells from the air. Introducing herself, she demands Ritsuka and Mash immediately hand over Ruby as she summons monsters. Ruby refuses to let her be her master, prompting Ritsuka and Mash to fight the monsters. After her monsters are slain, Medb realizes they weren't at full strength because they're in the Neutral Zone. Mash tries to stop her from summoning more, but her attack proves to be too weak for some reason. Ritsuka tells her to retreat, but she refuses to give up. Illya then arrives; Medb is surprised she survived being struck by her chariot. She invites her into her army, but Illya refuses and demands Medb to return Miyu. Infuriated by the rejection, Medb tries to kill her, but she is easily overwhelmed by Illya in her Magical Girl form. Illya's next attack meant to finish Medb off is blocked, though, by Medb's familiar, Mini Cu. Mini Cu reprimands her for being unprepared to fight in someone else's territory and has her retreat.[4]
She later assimilates Nursery ☆ Rhyme's Land of Sweets into her kingdom.[9]
Ritsuka's party confronts Medb in her castle. She calls them fools for believing they can save the world themselves, saying they'll never rule their own fate. Calling Illya the only Magical Girl worthy to join her, she tries and fails to convince Illya that Ritsuka and Mash are secretly trying to conquer her world. She then offers to help Illya save Miyu in exchange for them joining her, saying they'll make Ritsuka and Mash into their slaves. Mini Cu tells her to kill the pair instead, but she doesn't listen. Medb then reveals how her servitude under the First Lady led to the deaths of many Magical Girls. So she decides to take Illya for herself, but Ritsuka realizes she is fighting against despair. Illya refuses to believe that, however, as Medb's attack on her and Miyu made it possible for Miyu to be kidnapped, and states Medb is also trying to invade Chaldea. Ritsuka says the First Lady is at fault, not Medb, which greatly enrages the latter. Mini Cu launches his Noble Phantasm at Ritsuka, but Mash and Illya block it. Reinvigorated by Mini Cu, Medb fights the group.[8]
After she is defeated, Mini Cu tells Medb that her sympathy for the fates of her fellow Magical Girls is why she lost. Medb denies it but confesses her army was for those Magical Girls who had nowhere left to go. Illya realizes Medb considered the Magical Girls who disappeared her comrades. Medb's heart finally breaks, and as a result, her castle begins to collapse. Ritsuka and Illya plead with Medb to come with them. But Mini Cu tells them that's impossible as Medb can no longer bear the strain of forcibly interfering with parallel worlds. After the group escape, Mini Cu asks Medb what is the happiest thing in the world is to her. Medb answers that she already has it and that the greatest happiness for a woman is being next to the one they love when they die.[10]
