Profile[edit | edit source]
Identity[edit | edit source]
The virginal fourteen year old aspect that had yet to become the monster Carmilla like her older aspect. She is given the keyword "Dragon's Daughter" (竜の娘, Ryū no Musume?), related to her nickname "Countess Dracula".
A real person, born in 1560, died in 1614. She was born into one of the noble families of Hungary, the Bathory family which uses the fang of a dragon as its crest. One of the models for the vampire Carmilla. A wicked woman who bathed in the living blood of more than 600 women in order to preserve her own beauty.
The Bathory house was the family who held the majority of the influence within Eastern Europe, and she increased that, possessing the blood of the house of Habsburg which made for a lineage that would make her a purebred noble. However, whether it is do to the consanguineous marriages within the Bathory line or the effect of their luxuriant living environment, the family contained many insane and cruel individuals. Pedophiles and Satanists were not uncommon among her relatives.
Elizabeth is not an exception and became quite infamous. In what is now present-day Slovakia, in Čachtice Castle, which resided within her own dominion, she killed more than 600 women and, in order to preserve her beauty, bathed in the blood she wrung from them... She loved those repulsive blood baths. This woman who killed many members of her fiefdom, even at the very end of her life, did not consider this a crime. In those days, there was a trend among the nobility of Hungary to not even consider humans who weren't nobles as "humans" so there were no problems with her murders.
One day she let a maidservant comb the hair she was so proud of. But the comb got caught in her hair, and in a vehement rage, she stabbed the maidservant with a hairpin. The maidservant's blood happened to fall upon the back of her hand, and she noticed that the skin that blood touched was smoother than usual. From now on, to preserve my beauty, I will bathe in the lifeblood of women, she thought—and did so.
Collecting blood became part of her daily routine, and after she changed residences to Čachtice Castle, it reached the point where young women of marriage age were disappearing from the rural villages within her dominion. (Or maybe, everyone came to know what was going on and were sneaking the women out in secret.) She became distressed since she was no longer able to collect blood from the rural villages and so collected the daughters of minor nobles under the pretense of teaching them proper manners or inviting them to banquets. And those daughters, coming together for the banquet, dressed in fancy dresses, completely unaware of what would happen, were struck on the head.
In addition to having their blood drawn, they would have hot irons thrust into their mouths, their entire bodies stabbed with pins, and other kinds of tortures. She would make her servants rip off the skin of their own daughters so she could enjoy the anguished faces of both the parent and the child. On the other hand, in regards to torturing men, tales of her enjoying killing them would not be surprising.
To Elizabeth, killing the common people in droves was a daily life "without any unusual events." If there is anything that could be considered her misfortune, it is that there were no people to rebuke her abnormality, to teach her that her deeds were atrocities. Several years after she started taking blood, her cruel acts came to extend even to the daughters of the aristocracy and she finally received the indictment that her character deserved. The year was 1611. At the trial conducted in the actual person's absence, she was given a guilty verdict and imprisoned within one of the rooms of Čachtice Castle.
And the people completely sealed her, who was already feared as a demon, away. The people whisper. To see her figure is frightening. To hear her voice is frightening. Simply bringing to mind the memories which had lost her, the memories from which they had removed her, is frightening. The father who brought her into this world. Elizabeth's relatives. Her compatriots in aristocratic society, as if to hide their own feelings of guilt, concealed her prison with stone. The room that Elizabeth used in her final days... her prison in the basement of the castle contained nothing but a small slit to allow food to be passed to her. And, in that room without an exit or windows, that room which was plastered up from the outside, she continued to ask, "Why?" until her final moments.
« Why? Why?" "I didn't do anything bad. »
They say that her voice could be heard through the stone that imprisoned her, but it's is also said that due to the soldiers finding it annoying, the transom was sealed, and she could no longer be heard. After that, there was no one who saw her firsthand while she was alive. August 21, 1614, the soldiers noticed the smell of rotting food, confirming that her life had ended.
From thereon, she became the legend known as the Blood Countess.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth takes appearance of a young fair girl with mid-back length pink hair tied with purple ribbons and light blue eyes, which turns ice blue on occassions. She has slender figure and is claded in a cyber-goth-loli dress with white detached sleeves, with a circular skirt and several belts on the top connected to her collar that cover her chest area similar to Passionlip's, and wears knee-high shoes with two sharp spikes. She has long pink claws instead of fingers. Her most prominent features are the immoral devil horns (actually dragon horns), and the protruding fangs of a little devil (actually dragon fangs), along with a long draconic tail and pink scales scattered throughout her body. She wields lance that can double as a microphone stand. Her design doesn't seem to reflect her as a proper Heroic Spirit.
In Fate/Grand Order, during the first Ascension, she looks the same as she does in previous installments.
In her second Ascension, her outfit changes slightly. The black, circular skirt becomes monochrome plaid. The torso portion of the piece is replaced by a black courset with three tiny, pink bows running up the central line. The three belts concealing her chest are replaced by a proper piece of white cloth with black vertical lines. Finally, the pink scales on her arms and legs turn light pink, and a bow of the same colour is now tied around her tail, where the tip splits in two.
In the final Ascension, her clothes change dramatically, going from cyber-goth-loli to 'Sweet Lolita' style, a similar clothing style differing in the main colour being light pink rather than black. Her shoes change, keeping their spikes but no longer being knee-high. The skirt and torso change from back to pink, and said skirt is made out of multiple layers (light pink with some polkadots and roses on its border, bluish white, shock pink, and pink with light pink stripes), all frilly. Her tail's bow changes into bluish white with a rose ornament, which is the same as the one on her sternum. The scales on her arms and legs change yet again, now looking like pink pearls. The trait that stands out the most is her brand new hat, shock pink with light pink stripes. It looks like a giant top hat, overly decorated with rose ornaments in a strip around it, and capable of concealing her dragon horns. On its border rest three animal ornaments, two squirrels and one pig, all cute-looking, in reference to the nicknames she gives to Hakuno Kishinami in multiple occasions.
- Suite Room Dream (スイートルーム・ドリーム, Suīto Rūmu Dorīmu?) - Elizabeth's swimsuit costume.
- Cheeleader (ちありーだー, Chiarīdā?)
Personality[edit | edit source]
A sweet-type Servant who calls herself an idol. Noble, high-handed, cruel, merciless - she displays inhuman manners just like in legends. Since she was raised as nobility, she has no such a thing like common morality. An anti-hero of evil, but she herself is a young girl that dreams of love. Her timid nature is her own ruin: as a consequence of it, she helps her comrades and overlooks her enemies, and thus ends up displaying human goodness that places her on the borderline of "well, you could even call her a Heroic Spirit". "Could it be that you're actually a good person?" - she herself hates to be referred in such a manner. Also, due to the Skill "Mental Disorder", Elizabeth could not recognize others as human beings, but it seems she somewhat reformed herself - or maybe just matured - and became a more understanding anti-hero in this work. She may seem sadistic, but to her harming and causing pain to others is no different from breathing. To Elizabeth, inducing the suffering of humans (who are all lower level creatures than herself) is her duty. She is an incarnation of nobility, and seriously carries out her responsibility to rule and manage the masses. From this perspective she is very diligent and responsible towards her work. The problem is that to her, ruling and managing the masses means nothing more than their torture.
Her personality is considered to be similar to Luviagelita Edelfelt. She self proclaims herself as an idol and her demonic singing makes her both a rival for Saber in both name and reality. Elizabeth makes a habit of referring to Hakuno, depending on their gender, as either a "little squirrel" if they are female or as a "pig" if they are male when speaking to them.
Andersen describes her as personification of narcissism and an unsightly woman with an unsightly appearance, upbringing, ideology, disposition, and senses. Though she appears prideful, it is not directed towards anyone. Others do not see the truth behind it, but she is a "laughingstock" who, in treating humans as pigs, is doing nothing but holding her head high in front of a bunch of pigs. She does not understand love, so she is the "most unmanageable monster of this world", and although she takes pride in her beauty, she can be called rotten like trash within.
Prior to her imprisonment in the ice capsule program constructed by Rin and Rani, Lancer displayed her immense claustrophobia and autophobia due to the traumas of her past punishment for her crimes, being locked away all alone in small chambers. She screams for Hakuno to slay her as she would rather die them be imprison in isolation again.
Relationships[edit | edit source]
Role[edit | edit source]
Fate/EXTRA CCC[edit | edit source]
The Master who summons her is Run Ru. It's not clear if she is Run Ru's original Servant, or if she took the place of Black Lancer through the events of CCC but in the time line where BB exists, Run Ru's Servant is not Vlad III, but rather this young girl. After BB assassinated Run Ru, Lancer willingly collaborate with BB.
Lancer first appears as Rin's Servant; however, after their defeat Lancer abandons Rin.
Lancer becomes Rani's Servant, only to be defeated again and deleted.
Elizabeth is resurrected by BB to act as the fifth sentinel, but she is now a Berserker with Shinji as her new master. After Hakuno successfully traverses through two of Elizabeth's dungeons, Meltryllis attacks Shinji and becomes Berserker's new Master, though Meltryllis inserts both of them into Sakura as viruses. After Hakuno defeats her, Elizabeth gets sealed away by Rin and Rani. Lancer screams for Hakuno to kill her as she could not bear the thought of being locked away again.
Elizabeth becomes a Lancer again and makes her final appearance when she becomes Hakuno's temporary Servant to help them fight their Servant's zero model. Afterwards, she leaves Hakuno to become an idol.
Fate/EXTELLA[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth returns as playable character in Side Story. She is initially presented as a member of Tamamo no Mae's faction alongside Tamamo, Karna, Medusa and Lu Bu. In truth, she was corrupted by Archimedes into a servant of Velber prior to the story. He sent her into Tamamo's faction as a spy, though she repeatedly plots against him to claim the Regalia for herself.
Due to her increasing Velber corruption throughout the story, she has two additional forms: Dark Eliza and Corroded Elizabeth.
Flame Poem[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth invades Mare Aurum on Tamamo’s orders. She performs a concert there, but it’s interrupted when Nero Claudius criticizes her singing. In response, Elizabeth orders her Attack Programs to attack Nero before retreating. Nero later defeats her in personal combat.
The next day, Elizabeth confronts Hakuno and Nero in Mare Mellum as they prepare to return home. Calling herself Dark Eliza, she declares she has come to conquer SE.RA.PH. Nero is unconcerned though and offers to have a collaboration concert with her once SE.RA.PH is united. Elizabeth rejects her offer and demands the Regalia under the threat of Hakuno’s painful death. Nero ignores the threat though, prompting Elizabeth to declare again she will rule SE.RA.PH. She then leaves, giving a final warning to Hakuno and Nero.
After Nero defeated Tamamo, Elizabeth arrives and steals Tamamo’s Regalia. She puts it, but it overloads with mana because she is unworthy. She removes it before it violently disintegrates. Confused by the ordeal, Elizabeth declares the Regalia to be worthless and retreats.
A day later, Elizabeth appears before Hakuno and Nero in Mare Origio following Nero’s brief duel with Altera. She prompts Altera to leave when she questions why Altera is being merciful, despite knowing Velber only needs her to destroy. After Altera leaves, Elizabeth reveals Velber granted her new powers. She then advises Nero to ask Archimedes to explain more about Velber before leaving.
Orchid Words[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth is cleaning Hakuno’s room in Mare Luxuria when they suddenly wake up. She asks about their condition since they were sleeping for a long time. She tells Hakuno to escape when Tamamo orders her over the intercom to bring them to the throne room. Bringing Hakuno to the throne room, Elizabeth tries to defy Tamamo’s order to introduce her until Tamamo threatens her. Tamamo later electrocutes her for calling out her lust and selfishness. When Tamamo is introducing her generals, Elizabeth refutes her claims she is useless as a fighter, maid, and cook. Tamamo has apparently forbidden her from going to battle. She later helps defend Mare Luxuria against Li Shuwen‘s army. Following the battle, Elizabeth meets with Hakuno in the throne room after Tamamo returned to her room. She fails to convince them to help her overthrow Tamamo. She leaves in amazed irritation at their determination to accept Tamamo’s sins as their own.
The next morning, she stops Tamamo from advancing on Hakuno, but her action is met with electrocution. I forced her to apologize to and thank Tamamo for disciplining her. Later in the throne room, she interjects into Tamamo and Archimedes’ conversation to ask if they should rescue Hakuno’s Mind. Tamamo responds by angrily ordering her to return to her duties. Replying she finished her duties, Elizabeth tries to propose a plan to let her rescue Mind while invading Mare Aurum. Her proposal is denied though, as Tamamo has abandoned Mind. Later that night, Elizabeth bypasses the barrier on Hakuno’s room to stop Tamamo again from advancing on Hakuno. Her transgression prompts Tamamo to electrocute her twice.
After being ejected from Hakuno’s room, Elizabeth secretly meets with Archimedes in the throne room. She confesses she works as Tamamo’s maid to redeem herself when he asks why. Archimedes then removes Tamamo’s curse from her and proposes to increase her spiritual value so she can wield the Regalia. After she accepts the proposal for Mind‘s sake, Archimedes orders her to fuse the Regalia once she’s gathered all three pieces. She questions the point of restoring the Regalia if Archimedes is going to destroy it anyway. He answers that only breaking the complete Regalia will cause Moon Cell to shut down. Now understanding her mission, Elizabeth forgoes redeeming herself for her sins.
Elizabeth appears before Hakuno and Tamamo when they’ve arrived in Mare Aurum, declaring all shall bow to her. Tamamo dismissively orders her to return to her duties as a maid. Elizabeth reveals her plan to turn SE.RA.Ph into her own playground of mayhem. She declares she’ll steal Tamamo’s Regalia, and that she’ll become a grand ruler of SE.RA.PH. After denying Tamamo’s suggestion to be her jester, Elizabeth leaves declaring war. She later reappears in Mare Aurum’s throne room following Nero’s retreat, and steals her Regalia. She puts on the Regalia which accepts her thanks to Archimedes’ earlier enhancements. Then, to everyone’s utter shock, she eats it. The Regalia tears her apart from the inside for being unworthy. However, instead of being destroyed, Elizabeth is transformed by her action. Blaming Archimedes for her own action, she seemingly destroys him with Velber Bathory Erzebet. Boasting of her new power, she threatens Hakuno and Tamamo when Altera suddenly emerges from the Zero Dark. She demands to know why Altera also has the Regalia, and attacks her. Altera easily counters her, declaring herself to be Elizabeth’s “owner“ while sending Void Cells at her. Elizabeth blocks them while asking Altera what she meant, but they eventually break through and seemingly destroy her.
Elizabeth reveals her survival to Hakuno and Tamamo when she arrives in Mare Luxuria to interrupt their discussion about Altera. It was through Velber’s power that she converted the Regalia into mana to strengthen her Spirit Core. Velber is the one responsible for Altera appearing on SE.RA.PH. It is now returning from its 14,000 years absence to continue its destructive campaign throughout the galaxy. Ignoring Tamamo’s threats, Elizabeth asks her, due to her being Amaterasu‘s avatar, if she can sense Sefar. Noticing Hakuno’s fear, she reveals Velber is the true enemy of Moon Cell from the outer reaches of space. Velber attacked both Earth and Moon Cell 14,000 years ago through Sefar. Sefar’s spiritrons infected Earth’s wildlife to destroy all civilization. The Moon Cell created the Regalia to combat Velber in anticipation of its return and prevent Velber from stealing its data again. Elizabeth criticizes the prize for winning the Holy Grail War being the Regalia since it means the winners have to continue fighting anyways. She then offers to let Hakuno and Tamamo join Velber, but Tamamo rejects it due to her hatred for Altera. She asks Tammao why she hates Altera despite being an Anti-Hero. Tamamo answers it’s because she hates inhumane monsters, but Elizabeth insults her for wanting to be with humans despite being a monster. Tamamo attacks her for the insult, but Elizabeth easily blocks it. She then leaves after threatening Hakuno and Tamamo.
The next day, Elizabeth helps defend Mare Carcer against Tamamo’s assault. Tamamo defeats her, but she returns following Altera’s defeat. She ridicules Altera’s inability to protect since her only function is to destroy. After telling Altera to abandon her humanity, Elizabeth insults Tamamo’s lack of power, and threatens Hakuno to kill if Tamamo tries to attack her. Mocking her desire to be a Servant, she forces Altera to turn into her original self, Sefar. As Altera tries to resist, Elizabeth insults her again for not accepting the monster she was created to be. After Altera transforms into Sefar, Elizabeth orders her to destroy, calling it the proof of her existence.
After Sefar is killed by Tamamo, Elizabeth meets with Archimedes in the Zero Dark. He orders her to follow him into the next timeline. After Archimedes Slides into the next timeline, Elizabeth ponders whether or not if peace is meaningless like Archimedes said. Nonetheless though, she wishes Hakuno to have a happy ending.
Dawn[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth enters Titan Altera’s cave in the Zero Dark after some tribulation. She dismisses Altera’s demand to leave her cave, insulting her for thinking beyond her destructive purpose. She boasts she’d be better than her if she were her size when the enemy detection system interrupts her. Before leaving to let Altera handle the enemy, Elizabeth warns Hakuno that Altera will kill them if they step out of line.
The next day, Elizabeth returns, much to Altera’s displeasure. She demands Altera to begin conquering SE.RA.PH, since Nero and Tamamo already have pieces of the Regalia. Noticing Hakuno struggling to remember Nero, Tamamo, and the Regalia, Elizabeth reveals to them about how they were split into their Mind, Body, and Soul; the Hakuno before her being the Body. Their Mind is with Nero, and their Soul is with Tamamo. Elizabeth also reveals to Hakuno they split themselves with the Regalia to escape the enemy’s grasp. She’s surprised that the Body still has its own will, citing as the residual consciousness from the original Hakuno. Mocking Altera’s sad expression, Elizabeth reminds her that Hakuno is a disposable tool. She reminds her further that she is a servant of Velber, therefore she should only care about following Velber’s orders. The enemy detection system then goes off, and Elizabeth notices Tamamo is trying to invade the Zero Dark.
The following morning, while Hakuno is still sleeping, Elizabeth returns to tell Altera how disturbing her relationship with Hakuno is. She then tells Altera that she isn’t interested in Archimedes’ goals, despite him granting her new powers. Instead, she wants to bring an end to Altera’s story, finding her relationship with Hakuno to be entertainingly gross. She senses Altera’s anger towards her for her ridicule, shocked by Altera pretending Hakuno is nothing more than a tool. She asks Altera if she’s conquering SE.RA.PH for Velber, or for herself and Hakuno. If the latter is her reasoning, then their goals are similar to that end. Glad to see Altera adhering to function as a destroyer, Elizabeth compares herself to Altera, believing they’re both monsters. After Altera denies their similarity, Elizabeth decides to join the next fight. She then leaves, telling Altera that things would go faster if she acted like a destroyer.
The next night, Elizabeth returns to find Altera “sleeping” with her eyes glazed over. She asks her she always enters that state when sending out her Servant self, but Altera reveals her Servant self is autonomous. Elizabeth dismisses Altera’s threats since she’s already seen the real Altera. Ignoring Alter’s denial of the truth, Elizabeth asks her if she plans to fuse the Regalia back together to stabilize Hakuno. Altera confirms that is her goal, but Elizabeth reminds her that all of Hakuno’s memories will be overwritten. She explains the Body doesn’t usually store the consciousness, as that is the function of the Mind and Soul. Hakuno will forget about the Altera once they’ve been stabilized. Elizabeth states neither she nor Altera can achieve a happy ending because they’re villains. She tells Altera that Hakuno doesn’t fear her because they’re just an empty shell, declaring no human would love Altera if what happened to Hakuno never happened. Altera cries, and Elizabeth leaves, pleased with herself.
Golden Poem[edit | edit source]
After Nero kills Iskandar in Mare Orgio, Elizabeth appears and mocks Iskandar for dying despite him being a Top Servant. Praising herself, she denies that she has been corrupted by Velber. She then praises herself again for becoming far stronger than any Servant, but it only earns Nero's pity for having fallen. Denying that she's fallen, Elizabeth decides to kill Nero to prove she's greater. After the fight, Elizabeth praises Nero's strength, recognizing she has two pieces of the Regalia. She challenges her to another fight in the Zero Dark after she's killed Altera and Archimedes. She then leaves, opening a portal to the Zero Dark.
Later in Mare Carcer, Elizabeth tells Nero to steal Altera's sword after bypassing the Regalia's barrier. She reveals Altera's sword, the Sword of Mars, is the main source of her power. She further reveals Altera, as Sefar, took the Sword from the God of War after defeating him 14,000 years ago. She explains Altera doesn't physically hold the Sword anymore, rather its concept is infused into her being. Thus, any weapon Altera wields will become the Sword of Mars. She reveals the Sword to be the prototype of a Divine Construct, She then leaves Hakuno and Nero to ponder what would happen if the Sword's powers were combined the Regalia's.
Elizabeth later sneaks into Titan Altera's cave while she's still sealed by Archimedes. Flying up to Altera's head, She mocks her for disappearing in the previous timeline, and losing Hakuno in the current timeline. She decides to drink Altera's blood to absorb Sefar's power, and cuts her chains to get to her. After cutting the chains, Elizabeth prepares to drink Altera's blood when Altera grabs her and knocks her out. Later, after the Ark of the Stars is destroyed, Elizabeth emerges from the broken ruins of the Zero Dark. Irritated by her loss, she vows revenge on Hakuno and Nero.
Fate/Grand Order[edit | edit source]
First Singularity: Orleans[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth is seen arguing with Kiyohime when Ritsuka, Mash, Mozart, and Siegfried arrive in Thiers. They end up fighting the group though when Ritsuka insults them. After they’re defeated, Elizabeth tells Mash she’s only see Jeanne Alter and her Berserk Servants. She is insulted though when she misperceives Mash’s disappointment being directed at meeting her. Ritsuka corrects her that they’re searching for saint Servants. After the group learns of Marie Antoinette‘s demise from Jeanne d’Arc and Georgios, Elizabeth agrees with Ritsuka and Kiyohime that Mozart needs some alone time. They then decide to join the group. After Jeanne and Georgios remove the curses from Siegfried, the group makes camp in a nearby forest after defending Thiers from another attack. The next day, they decide to attack Orleans with a frontal assault since it is the only viable option. Elizabeth resolves fight a Servant she has certain fate with.
Later while the group fight their way to Orleans, she encounters Carmilla, the Servant she wished to fight. They’re both irritated that they became wholly separate Servants despite being the same person. She accepts Carmilla is her future and essentially the manifestation of all the sins she committed, knowing anything she does now cannot change what she did. She then tells Carmilla that she doesn’t want to be, despite knowing her past cannot change. With Ritsuka’s help, she defeats Carmilla. After Carmilla disappears, Elizabeth bids farewell to her future self and the part of herself so sad she had to separate from. She accepts this act will not lessen her sins nor the fear that others feel towards her. She resolves to continue denying her future while singing along the way. Later, she and Kiyohime are convinced by Siegfried, Mozart, and Georgios to help the others inside the castle while they stay behind to deal with the others. Unbeknownst to either of them, the three didn’t want them around because of their Noble Phantasm, particularly how noisy Elizabeth’s is.
Inside the castle, while the group rush towards the throne room, Elizabeth admires the bloody decorum. Fighting their way through wyverns, they’re soon confronted by Gilles de Rais. They try to fight him, but they’re overwhelmed by him and his sea demons. Elizabeth and Kiyohime then resolve to hold him off while the others go on ahead to defeat Jeanne Alter. They end up chasing after him though when he darts off to the throne room. There they learn Jeanne Alter is actually the manifestation of Gilles’ wish to the Holy Grail, twisted by his own rage towards France and God. After the era is restored with his defeat, Elizabeth and Kiyohime bid farewell to Ritsuka before disappearing.
Second Singularity: Septem[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth appears as one of Stheno's servants alongside Tamamo Cat meant to test her cave ahead of Ritsuka, Mash, and Nero. They're introduced to the group by her after they complete the cave. Elizabeth found the cave to be a boring dungeon, but she considers a live show in a cave to be a new concept. Neither she nor Cat help fight Caligula when he arrives to kill Nero.
Halloween Event: Singing Pumpkin Castle Adventure[edit | edit source]
Using a fragment of the Grail that she found during Orleans, Elizabeth summons Cat, Mata Hari, Carmilla, and Vlad III Elizabeth sends a letter of invitation to Chaldea, inviting them to a Halloween party at her castle. Later, seeing that Ritsuka has arrived, she speaks with Cat, who she hired as a maid, about how all the preparations for her grand entrance are coming. Impressed by Tamamo Cat’s ability to cook, Elizabeth says she’ll handle the main dash, asking that Tamamo Cat leave some of her seven-spice blend chicken-turkey. After Cat confirms everyone has been dispatched in the castle, she states that she’ll enjoy the banquet to fullest. Later, hearing that Mata Hari and Carmilla have fallen, she asks Tamamo Cat if Ritsuka, Mash, and Kiyohime are suffering, and states that suffering is the important part of her Halloween party. Waiting for Ritsuka’s party to arrive, Elizabeth states she’ll give them a welcome to make them wish they were never born.
Later, she welcomes the group to Ritsuka’s room, to Ritsuka and Mash’s surprise, which she decorated with Halloween decorations using the power of the Grail. She then reveals that she sent the invitation, but no one is surprised since she unknowingly said the name of her castle in the letter. Embarrassed that the surprise party is ruined, Elizabeth reveals she had the group battle her Servants in order to exhaust Ritsuka, so that they’ll come to their room and listen to her concert. Hearing Mash say that she could’ve just come to Chaldea, Elizabeth says that wouldn’t be any fun as an idol makes her fans wait for her arrival. She then reveals that she sent the invitation to Chaldea to invite Ritsuka, not to a Halloween party, but to her concert. However, Elizabeth ends up fighting the group after Kiyohime becomes enraged at her for putting the group through such trails just for a concert. After being defeated by the group, Elizabeth asks Ritsuka if they enjoyed her concert, and then goes to sing her encore song that causes Ritsuka to eventually pass out. After Ritsuka wakes up, She asks them if she can stay at Chaldea since she can’t go home, which Ritsuka accepts.
Miss Almost Weekly Santa Alter[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth is hired by Santa Alter to perform a concert for EMIYA, Robin Hood, and David as a final gift to them. After Santa Alter leaves their ship, Elizabeth arrives as the Archers are contemplating about forming a team to their surprise. Elizabeth asks if the ship is the location for the special Christmas concert. She informs them that according to her client’s order that since they’re out at sea, she can sing as loud as she wants. Elizabeth then declares none shall escape her tonight and prepares to perform Love is Dracul.
Fifth Singularity: E Pluribus Unum[edit | edit source]
Some time after being summoned, Elizabeth met Robin Hood at Dallas. There she remained, singing until Celtic soldiers attacked. However, none got close, as her singing weakened them or caused them to writhe in agony. After Ritsuka’s party defeats the soldiers, Elizabeth recognizes Ritsuka, Mash, and Robin. She confirms to Robin that she has remained in Dallas since when they first met, calling it Broadway. Declaring fans shall flock to her, Elizabeth says she’ll have her own stage, theater, and cinema built. She will reign over it from an unscalable magical tower, and she will have a 500m statue of herself built. Mash convinces her to join them by saying it will help promote her art.
Passing through a forest, the group enters Alexandria. There they witness Nero being confronted by Fergus Mac Róich, who was ordered to kill her. After helping to kill Fergus, Elizabeth declares to Nero that they shall settle now who has the greater talent. She admits though that they’re bonded by true friendship after Nero declares she shall build Hollywood. She and Nero agree to postpone their showdown until the Celts are defeated after Nero is convinced to join. Later at night, after setting up camp in a forest, Geronimo reveals the Celts are based in Washington. Elizabeth is concerned with his decision to infiltrate Washington and assassinate the Servants there. She goes with it though when he says Washington isn’t very well defended despite the slim chance of success. Geronimo has the group split into two: one to go with Florence Nightingale and Rama to find Sita to heal him and another to carryout the assassination. Nero convinces Elizabeth to go with Ritsuka, Mash, Nightingale, and Rama while she goes with the others to Washington, saying they’ll do their idol showdown afterwards. She is concerned though that Nero isn’t suited to assassination, but Nero convinces her she is well-versed in assassination. Geronimo inform Ritsuka’s team that they will head to Alcatraz to rescue Sita.
The next morning, the two parties prepare to split off for their respective missions. Elizabeth and Nero promise to successfully return from their missions and have their showdown. Eventually, Ritsuka’s party makes their way to the coast near Alcatraz. Since swimming to the island would also prove difficult for Ritsuka, Mash borrows a boat from an old man, who warns her of Dragonkin on the island. Elizabeth isn’t concerned though since she is one too, angrily explaining to Rama that’s why she has horns and a tail. Coming ashore on the island, the group head for the prison while slaying wyverns sent by Beowulf. Arriving at the prison, they confront him, and Nightingale demands he releases Sita. He refuses and sends a dragon to kill the group. After slaying the dragon, they fight Beowulf. After he’s defeated, Beowulf allows them to enter the prison and says they’ll meet again.
Inside the prison, the group meets Sita as Rama faints from his wound. After Mash informs her of the circumstances of Rama’s wound, Sita reveals Rama was afflicted with a curse by Vali‘s wife when he fatally ambushed her husband. This curse keeps Sita and Rama apart even as Heroic Spirits, and either will be summoned as Rama never to be summoned simultaneously. Sita confesses she will disappear when Rama awakes even with the abnormality of the current situation. Nightingale heals Rama’s wound, but Gáe Bolg’s curse persists. Sita then sacrifices herself by taking the curse into herself to dispel it. After Rama wakes up, the group leave to rendezvous with Geronimo’s group. However, they are confronted by Diarmuid Ua Duibhne and Fionn mac Cumhaill upon exiting the prison. After killing the pair, the group receives a transmission from Robin. He informs them that the assassination plan failed, suspecting the others are dead now. He tells the group to meet with him at the abandoned United Western States base he is heading for. After receiving his coordinates, the group leave to meet with him.
Ritsuka‘s group eventually locate Robin to see him under attack by Celtic soldiers. After they’re defeated, Robin informs the group about what transpired during the failed assassination of Medb. He also details how a Servant saved him from Arjuna and Cú Chulainn Alter’s pursuit. That same Servant then introduces herself as Scáthach. She originally intended to destroy the era until she decided a human needs to end the war upon seeing Ritsuka. Though she refuses to join the group, Scáthach offers her help all the same. She cannot defeat Cú Chulainn Alter though, as his power granted by Medb’s wish rivals her own. She could destroy the Grail along with Medb, but that would delay the repair of the era greatly. Romani tells the group to use Scáthach as a last resort. The group then notice Li Shuwen defeating Shadow Servants summoned by Medb. He challenges Scáthach to a fight, but she refuses unless he can defeat Mash, otherwise he must leave. After fighting Mash to a standstill, Li Shuwen sees the group stands a chance against the Celtic. He then requests Scáthach to fight him at the end, regardless of the world’s state. After she accepts his requests, he says Thomas Edison seems to be possessed by something. Mash invites him into the group, but he refuses, yet they can consider him an ally. After he leaves, Nightingale requests to see Edison. Ritsuka and the others agree with her request and depart for Denver.
Travelling back west, the group come across a town being attacked by Celts. They prepare to kill them, but Robin wants them captured instead. Elizabeth incorrectly assumes he wants to torture them. Capturing a few of the Celts, Ritsuka and Robin take them to a mechanized infantry robot. Robin states he is Second Lieutenant Anderson Komadori, and he is transferring prisoners to headquarters. As the prisoners are Celts, the robot allows him to pass. After killing more Celts, the group proceeds to Edison’s stronghold.
At the stronghold, Romani’s transmission is suddenly hijacked by Edison, who initially believes the group joined the Celts. Elizabeth is particularly insulted that Helena Blavatsky assumes Geronimo's party begged for their lives to join the Celts after failing to assassinate Medb. Inside the stronghold, the group is confronted by Karna. However, as they fight him, Karna is ordered by Edison to return to the throne room. There the group defeat Edison along with Helena and Karna. Edison refuses to give up however and prepares to drink an elixir to transform himself, but Karna throws it on the floor. Nightingale tells Edison the Celts are infinite while Edison’s army is limited. It is then revealed that Edison’s tyranny resulted from his mind being affected by accumulated thoughts of the presidents entrusting him with America’s future. Nightingale tells Edison he diverted his attention from the world to protect America despite his obligation to protect the world. Edison realizes his error, and he becomes worried about starting over. However, he is convinced by Helena and Karna to continue as he has always done. Thanking them, Edison apologizes to and thanks Ritsuka, and joins the group.
They later hold a strategy meeting to devise a way to defeat the Celts. Elizabeth’s plan is to simply invade and defeat the Celts, but Edison denies it. She then says they could sing to heal the Celt’s souls, but everyone denies that plan also. She assumes the Celts lack knowledge of music to appreciate her music. She is insulted when Ritsuka says Death Metal needs to be invented before her music can be appreciated, insisting her genre is pop. Continuing the meeting, Edison states the Celts will be invading Denver via the northern and southern routes. Romani warns if the Celts conquer any more of America, then the era will no long withstand its separation from reality and “die”. The group eventually decides with a two prong attack with two armies of Servants and robots to attack along the northern and southern routes. One army will hold its ground against the Celts while the other will breakthrough to the White House. Elizabeth says they should leave the assigning of Servants to Ritsuka since they’re familiar with them after fighting alongside them in previous Singularities. Agreeing with her, The group trust the decision to Ritsuka.
The next day, Ritsuka announces their decision. The north army will have Elizabeth, Robin, Edison, and Helena. The south army will have Ritsuka, Mash, Karna, Rama, Nightingale, and Scáthach. The north army will hold the Celts long enough for the south army to breakthrough to Washington. As the north army prepares to depart, Elizabeth feels she’s strangely connected to Ritsuka, and assumes she’ll be summoned in another era anyway. She says she’ll be fine as long as Ritsuka can avenge Nero. She tries to sing a song to cheer them on, but she is insulted when they pretend to be sick. She ignores it though and says she’ll sing for the Celts along the way to Robin’s dismay.
As the north army clash with the Celts, Elizabeth is annoyed there are still so many after Robin cut their forces by 60% with his guerrilla tactics and trickery. She then asks Robin how things are going on the other side. He informs her that Karna was killed, and Ritsuka’s party forced Cú Chulainn Alter to retreat and are now marching towards Washington. Elizabeth asks if their tasks are still same, so Robin asks Edison about it. Edison answers they are when Beowulf arrives. Finding him to be vulgar, Elizabeth tells Robin to fight him. But he is reluctant to do so, concerned that he might die without her help. Elizabeth tells him to support her from behind with his arrows while she fights Beowulf directly. Unfortunately, the pair are easily overwhelmed until Li Shuwen arrives to fight Beowulf himself.
Later, Elizabeth and the others are shocked when Helena suddenly demands Edison to order the troops to retreat. Suddenly Clan Calatin bursts from the ground, having been summoned by Medb with the Holy Grail. Elizabeth is concerned about Ritsuka, but Robin replies he received a transmission that they’re fine. He also says Clan Calatin was sent to destroy them instead. Elizabeth then scolds Edison when he begins to give up. She reminds him that Ritsuka asked him to do this, saying the front will collapse if they give up now. Robin agrees with her, but he’s concerned their attacks will be ineffective. Elizabeth says they only need to survive, refusing to lose since they killed Nero. She and Robin resolve themselves to fight Clan Calatin, but they stuggle until Edison decides to fight thanks to Helena’s advice. His World Faith Domination amazes her, finding it could make her concerts even brighter. However, despite assistance of Edison, Helena, and Li Shuwen, the group continue to struggle against Clan Calatin. Elizabeth refuses to retreat when Edison tells her to do so, claiming she can still fight. Nikola Tesla then arrives to help, then Arjuna also arrives and destroys Clan Calatin with Pashupata at the cost of his life. With the war now over, Elizabeth and the others watch as Edison and Tesla begin fighting. When the era is restored, Elizabeth says how tired she is after being summoned in three Singularities to Robin’s shock. She agrees with Robin that Ritsuka is pretty amazing for correcting now five Singularities, even though she considers them far from her ideal Master. She then bids farewell to him before she disappears.
Halloween Event: Halloween Comeback! Super Ultra ☆ Giant Pumpkin Village[edit | edit source]
Cleopatra takes over Elizabeth’s castle, presumably summoning an upside down golden pyramid on top of it. Since Elizabeth and her Caster counterpart refuse to bow to her, Cleopatra orders Tristan and Lancelot to remove them. Ousted from their own castle, the Elizabeths run to a nearby forest. They argue over their lack of ideas on how to get their castle back when a mysterious light envelopes them both. Because of the humiliation of everything being taken from her, and her own self-denial, the Elizabeths become one through a Palingensis-like process.
After becoming a Saber, Elizabeth went to Mata Hari’s tavern and asked her to provide her with strong companions who’ll worship her. But Mata Hari merely smiled and gave Elizabeth a sign that read: “Please take me home!“ Elizabeth later encounters Ritsuka and Mash when they come to the tavern, chasing after them when they flee. After they decide to hear her plea, Elizabeth explains how she was driven out of her castle. She asks them to help remove Cleopatra and her pyramid, which crushed the concert hall, from her castle. Cleopatra’s knights then suddenly surround the group. A knight announces that by order of the queen. Halloween will be purged. Any who speak of or desire to bring back Halloween will either be exiled or forced to do hard labour. The knight also says they received a complaint regarding Elizabeth’s inappropriate outfit, though Elizabeth claims it’s the outfit of a hero. Refusing to choose either exile or hard labor, Elizabeth fights the knights with Ritsuka and Mash when they try to restrain her. After the knights retreat, the group head for the castle.
Entering the nearby forest, Elizabeth tells Ritsuka and Mash that they need more companions, specifically a Caster with healing abilities. Mash suggests they return to the tavern to ask around, but Elizabeth says that isn’t a good idea. Mash asks Romani Archaman to search for a Servant, but he isn’t detecting one nearby. Elizabeth tries to find them when she gets caught in a trap. Monsters then approach as she helplessly hangs upside down, but Ritsuka and Mash slay them. Unfortunately for Elizabeth, her constant flailing caused all her blood to rush to her head and fall unconscious. After being cut down and regaining consciousness, she reprimands the pair for leaving her hanging while they fought the monsters. She also accuses Romani of lying, but he says the Servant refuses to come out. Elizabeth then notices Ritsuka’s unease and offers to sing for them to make them feel better. Ritsuka accepts her offer to Mash and Romani’s shock. To stop Elizabeth from singing, Robin Hood releases No Face May King by accident. Elizabeth realizes the trap she was caught in earlier was Robin’s doing. He confirms as much, saying the traps are for the monsters roaming in the town outskirts. Elizabeth and Mash agree that the pyramid is the source of the monsters, though Robin disagrees since the monsters appeared long before. Robin joins the group to overthrow Cleopatra when Elizabeth rushes toward the monsters, so he and the others follow her. After the monsters are slain, Elizabeth says they need a mage before they can assault the pyramid. Robin knows someone who can fulfill that role, though he’s concerned by her and Elizabeth’s similarities.
As he guides the others to the mage, Robin describes how she is like Elizabeth. Elizabeth denies the similarities, though Robin and Mash strongly agree with the description. She criticizes the mage for having too many traits, comparing her to an idol of little talent. She also criticizes Mash listing her character traits since they all sound negative. Suddenly, a giant illusion of Nitocris, startling both Elizabeth and Mash. Her reason for the illusion is because of Elizabeth’s nasty aura. She declares to Elizabeth that they’ll be eternal rivals because of their similarities, which Elizabeth accepts and agrees. The two women silently stare at each other, then suddenly shout, asking for the other’s name. The two claim they’ll get never get along despite their similarities, and Robin stating otherwise makes them fervently deny their similarities. Elizabeth and Nitocris then argue about her armor being too old in style that escalates in Elizabeth running to Nitocris’ cave to fight her. After slaying many monsters, Elizabeth confronts Nitocris herself, having a friendly conversation before fighting. After Nitocris is defeated, she and Elizabeth compliment each other on their ghosts and songs. Becoming friends with Elizabeth, Nitocris joins the group when Mash and Robin finally catch up. Elizabeth then says they need go to the Glacier Zone next. Ibaraki-douji then suddenly appears, mistaken for a jester by Elizabeth.
Travelling to the Glacier Zone, the group tries to rush for Elizabeth and Nitocris’ sake, whose outfits cover little of their bodies. They’re soon ambushed by a group of monsters that they promptly slay. After Robin convinces Ibaraki to stay with them, Elizabeth says they need to go to the Lava Zone next.
As soon as the group enters the Lava Zone, everyone complains about the heat. Elizabeth and Nitocris hide behind Mash’s shield to keep themselves safe from the splashing magma. Nearing the area’s end, the group come across Minamoto no Raikou, Hassan of Serenity, and Kiyohime. When the three sense Ritsuka, The group hide underneath Robin’s No Face May King. Elizabeth questions why they’re hiding since they need to defeat the three to pass on through. She understands however that she can’t defeat them all, so she keeps hiding, regardless of the heat, until they leave. The group unveil themselves when they convince Ritsuka to finally confront Raikou, Serenity, and Kiyohime. However, they’re forced to fight when Elizabeth decides to fight the trio after Raikou insults her by calling her a moth. Unfortunately, the trio keep getting up no matter how many times they’re defeated. Fortunately, Ibaraki blinds them with Great Grudge of Rashoumon, then places a decoy of Ritsuka (made by Nitocris) near some lava to drive them away. While Raikou, Serenity, and Kiyohime are harmlessly swimming in the lava, the group makes a break for it.
The group arrives at the castle with Elizabeth fearlessly charging on ahead, ignoring Romani’s warning of a nearby Servant. She gets frustrated at the others’ lack of enthusiasm when, to her shock, she encounters Vlad III. Vlad declares he has come to judge her for her sins. He is defeated, only to get back up to tell Elizabeth that she doesn’t understand. He says she needs to understand if she wishes to call herself a hero. The group is then suddenly teleported back to the graveyard by a giant floating Siegfried.
At the graveyard, Elizabeth asks Robin what she doesn’t understand since he seemed to know. He points out the situation in town, prompting Elizabeth to recall no one was preparing for Halloween, and everyone was locked in their houses. Robin reveals no one was celebrating Halloween, not because of Cleopatra, but because Elizabeth, the only one excited for Halloween, never ordered them to. Elizabeth makes the excuse she was preparing her concert, as she panics at not knowing what to do. Though scared of seeing Vlad angry at her again, she is encouraged to properly prepare for Halloween. She asks how to prepare, to which Robin tells her to hand out pumpkins, throw candy, have the children get their costumes ready, and expel the wandering spirits drawn to the festivities. Then, encouraged by Ibaraki, Elizabeth loudly proclaims that the Halloween festivities will commence. Her proclamation was so loud though that it made the dead raise, forcing the group to fight. After defeating the pumpkin-headed undead, the group takes the pumpkins to give to the townsfolk.
Returning to town, the group split up to ask the townsfolk to help decorate for Halloween while handing out pumpkins. Elizabeth goes with Ritsuka and Mash so she can’t cause trouble. As agreed, they reconvene back at the town square after two hours. Unfortunately, none of them could convince the townsfolk to help decorate for Halloween. Elizabeth is frustrated at the people not wanting to help celebrate a festival adults and kids alike can enjoy. Nitocris surmises the people don’t respect Elizabeth as their ruler, prompting Elizabeth to ask why. The group all reply that it’s likely her outfit, though she insists she’s a hero. Elizabeth asks a knight for his opinion on her outfit. He criticizes it for showing too much skin as it’s unprotected, to which Elizabeth says he has no fashion sense. Suddenly, the group is confronted by Tristan and Lancelot (as the Mysterious Black Knight). After they’re defeated, Elizabeth announces that the town will celebrate Halloween, including the knights whom she has wear pumpkins. They comply with her order, but they retreat when they realize they can’t remove the pumpkins as Nitocris has cursed them. With the knights now gone, Elizabeth announces that it’s safe to openly celebrate Halloween. Later, after Ibaraki sends Tristan and Lancelot flying back to the pyramid, the group watch as the town celebrates Halloween. Elizabeth states they need to defeat Cleopatra so everyone can enjoy Halloween. She tries to sing a song before the group head for the castle, but she’s denied.
At the castle gate, Elizabeth gives Vlad the typical Halloween greeting. Hearing the town festivities, he asks her if she realized why he was angry herself or if others made her see. Regardless of how she came to the answer though, Vlad states Elizabeth may pass. However, he decides to kill the group for the horrendous act Elizabeth committed in life. After he’s defeated, Vlad denies Elizabeth calling him her uncle, saying she should call him that when he’s summoned as a king. However, even knowing he currently hates her, Elizabeth tells him he’ll always be her uncle. After Vlad disappears, the group moves forward into the castle.
Inside the castle, Tristan and Lancelot guides the group to Cleopatra. At the throne room, Cleopatra mocks Elizabeth when she notices there is only one of her. After Elizabeth explains what happened, Cleopatra asks her she understands her error now. Elizabeth realizes she was immature for neglecting her duties as a ruler in her exictment for her Halloween concert. Infuriated by her insult and pompousness, Elizabeth demands to know Cleopatra’s name. Cleopatra prepares to announce her name, only for Ritsuka to reveal it themselves. Though she realizes she cannot compete with Cleopara in terms of beauty, Elizabeth believes being an idol gives her an advantage. Deciding she can still rule as an idol, Elizabeth challenges Cleopatra to a duel. Like Vlad accepted her without forgiving her, she accepts both versions of herself despite her selfishness. After Cleopatra is defeated, Elizabeth announces the castle is hers once more. She orders Cleopatra to remove the pyramid, but Cleopatra reveals she didn’t summon the pyramid. Ozymandias appears and proudly announces he summoned the pryamid. He and Elizabeth both agree they need to decorate for Halloween, and that Cleopatra’s blood will ruin the festivities if she’s executed on the spot. The group is confused though why there are Egyptians in the Singularity since they have no connection to Castle Csejte. Ozymandias reveals Cleopatra initially refused to be summoned as a Servant, but she took the chance to rule over his pyramid until Halloween’s end. Elizabeth calls Cleopatra an idiot for suppressing her selfishness to atone for destroying her kingdom. She tells her it’s fine to be a pharaoh who follows their personal desires. She also admits that Cleopatra was a better ruler when she got too distracted preparing for her concert. After she decides to join Chaldea, Cleopatra confesses she wishes to see Julius Caesar again. But her description of him differs greatly from what everyone else knows. Elizabeth decides they can’t show her, even though they’ll have to someday. However, the group panic when Caesar rayshifts into the Singularity. Cleopatra collapses from the shock of seeing Caesar’s fat figure, so Elizabeth lets her stay until her emotional scars heal.
Final Singularity: Solomon[edit | edit source]
Halloween Event: Halloween Strike! Devil's Building Climber[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth prepares for Halloween without Cat and Vlad’s help. Preparations are going fine, but Cleopatra has still yet to remove the pyramid. Later, she and Osakabehime run from her own knights when Ritsuka, Mash, and Yan Qing arrive. After the knights are subdued, Elizabeth reveals her castle was stolen again. Osakabehime points out the Japanese castle on top of the pyramid; it is Himeji Castle, her home until it was taken from her. She and Elizabeth then ask Ritsuka to retake their castles from Mecha Eli-chan. They both give unbelievable stories about Mecha Eli-chan appearing, though truthfully she appeared out of nowhere. Yan Qing doubts Mecha Eli-chan is a robot, but Elizabeth and Osakabehime insist she is. Mecha Eli-chan herself then appears, confirming she is indeed a robot. She gives the two princesses another chance to surrender and show remorse for their sloven ways. If they do, she will show mercy by letting them repaint their castles as part of their one year compulsory labor sentence. They refuse, so Mecha Eli-chan fires at Elizabeth, but Osakabehime defends her with her origami. The group fight Mecha El-chan, but they can’t even scratch her. She leaves, telling the group they need to climb if they wish to reach Himeji Castle.
Ritsuka, Elizabeth, and Osakabehime fly up on her giant origami crane while Yan Qing climbs up. They soon enter Castle Csejte to find the stairs to upper floors are all blocked. Elizabeth wonders why her knights are obeying Mecha Eli-chan when Carmilla appears. Elizabeth asks her why she follows Mecha Eli-chan. Carmilla answers it’s because she lost and their interests are aligned. According to her, Mecha Eli-chan is more suitable as a ruler than Elizabeth because she lets personal feelings interfere with her duties. Elizabeth insists she’s been taking her duties seriously, but Carmilla finds she is still headstrong. Elizabeth confesses to Osakabehime she enjoys torture like her adult self before they fight Carmilla. They defeat her when Wu Zetian appears to have Carmilla retreat with her. After they leave, the group move onto the pyramid.
In the pyramid, they’re confronted by Wu Zetian, Carmilla, and Cleopatra. Mash asks Cleopatra why she is obeying Mecha Eli-chan since she is the rightful ruler of Csjete Pyramid Himeji Castle. Elizabeth however insists she is, since Castle Csjete is the base for all of it. She then repeats Mash’s question, and Cleopatra reveals she is cooperating with Mecha Eli-chan to make Caesar lose weight. She, Wu Zeitan, and Carmilla then fight the group. After defeating them, Elizabeth asks Osakabehime she’ll be able to remove her castle once they retake it. Osakabehime doesn’t know how it happened though. Elizabeth figures they can find a Grail fragment to remove Himeji Castle.
Entering Himeji Castle, the group finds that Mecha Eli-chan has redecorated. She explains the folding screen is a mural that depicts how unfit Elizabeth is to be Csjete’s ruler. She then readies to destroy the group, declaring “As Csjete’s rightful ruler, I shall purge you all!” Elizabeth is rather impressed she thought of such a catchphrase beforehand. She then suggest more mecha and techno related expressions to her. Mecha Eli-chan is only angered by her suggestions, questioning why Elizabeth thought she could be an idol. She decides forced labor is insufficient punishment, so she’ll wipe Elizabeth from existence. The group nearly defeat in the ensuing fight until she starts charging Breast Zero Erzsébet. They stop her and incapacitate her. Osakabehime then shows the others her room, where she was keeping a Holy Grail. Her wish was for her to stay in her room and never have to work forever. Himeji Castle was summoned into the Singularity in response due to Osakabehime and Elizabeth’s history of confinement and Csjete’s perpetual Halloween. She then uses the Grail to awaken the true guardian that sleeps beneath Castle Csjete. A giant Mecha Eli-chan appears; Mecha Eli-chan was its prototype. Osakabehime learned how to build them from a book James Moriarty lent her. She built them from parts she ordered from Amazoness.com, but she couldn’t control them. She then uses the Grail to call forth Mecha Eli-chan MkII, and orders her to expel the others from her castle. She defeats them outside the castle with the giant Mecha Eli-chan’s support. She tells them to retreat back to Chaldea except Elizabeth for whom she has “special plans” for. She then muffles Elizabeth after the latter thought “special plans” meant her losing her chastity. The others are then expelled from Himeji Castle.
Imprisoned, Elizabeth cries out for Ritsuka to save her. She is weirdly happy about her situation though, trusting Ritsuka will rescue her. Later, Osakabehime prepares to pass Elizabeth in the castle’s reactor and activate it to absorb her Elisa Particles to empower the Guardian of Csjete. It could then remove Csjete Pyramid Himeji Castle from history, granting Osakabehime’s wish for eternal isolation. An alarm then sounds to indicate the others have returned, so Osakabehime leaves to deal with them. Meanwhile, Mecha Eli-chan MkII prepares to have Elizabeth liquefied for her particles. She eventually hangs her upside down in a failed effort to stop her incessant chatter. Osakabehime returns with everyone else, proclaiming Halloween is hers. Elizabeth refutes her claim, declaring none shall ruin Halloween with their selfish desires as long as she is around. She then fails to change Osakabehime’s mind to become an eternal shut-in by saying her body will become like a tanuki. Osakabehime doesn’t care about gaining weight though, making Elizabeth fully realize that they are truly opposites. Osakabehime then orders Mecha Eli-chan MkII to activate her secret weapons, but the latter has gone rogue and activates the weapon to disable everyone, including Osakabehime. Mecha Eli-chan MkII modified it to absorb magical energy from Spirit Origins and convert it to Elisa Particles, so she calls it the “Omni-Eli-izer“. Mecha Eli-chan however divides her energy among everyone so they can move again. As the group struggle against her, Mecha Eli-chan MkII becomes increasingly irritated at Elizabeth’s voice. She calls it destructive, which Elizabeth refutes. Then, figuring something out, Ritsuka asks Elizabeth to sing. Her song isn’t tortuous though, instead it is genuinely beautiful. It weakens Mecha Eli-chan MkII, while it has a soothing effect on Mecha Eli-chan thanks to the heart circuit. Invigorated by Elizabeth’s singing, the group defeat Mecha Eli-chan MkII. Ritsuka installs a heart circuit in her, then has Elizabeth freed. After Ritsuka decides to return to Chaldea with one of the Mecha Eli-chans, the reactor goes into overload. Everyone gets ready to escape, but Osakabehime decides to stay and contain the blast with her Noble Phantasm. Elizabeth stays behind with her even though she knows they’ll both die, even if Osakabehime is successful.
Elizabeth accepts the Guardian of Csjete wouldn’t have awoken if it wasn’t for shenanigans every Halloween. She also accepts the Grail brought Osakabehime and her Castle to Csjete in response to her wish wasn’t intentional. She then accepts Osakabehime’s declaration of friendship, making the former her second friend after Nero. Osakabehime then uses Lord Hachitendo of Hakuro Castle’s Hundred Demons to contain the blast, but it isn’t enough. She argues against Elizabeth using her Noble Phantasm until she realizes its negative Elisa Particle could nullify the positive ones of the reactor. The plan seems to work until Elizabeth stops singing, and the reactor explodes. Fortunately, the Elisa Particle density was low enough that only the reactor chamber was destroyed. Elizabeth and Osakabehime also managed to survive thanks to the latter’s Noble Phantasm. Elizabeth brags about her accomplishment on social media, but nobody believes her. Osakabehime is then convinced to join Chaldea. Elizabeth decides to help her get her out of comfort zone, even if she has force her.
Everyone returns to Chaldea to find that Osakabehime has redecorated Ritsuka’s room. Elizabeth holds her concert at Chaldea, given that it cancelled at Csjete. Mash is delighted to hear her beautiful singing, but Carmilla corrects her that only happens when she sings for someone else. Since the concert is for herself, Elizabeth’s singing will be torturous like usual. Elizabeth suggests her alternate versions join her up on stage, which Mecha Eli-chan accepts.
Subspecies Singularity: SE.RA.PH[edit | edit source]
She briefly appears as a Sentinel sent by BB to punish Ritsuka's party for trying to flip SE.RA.PH over. She is all black, for which blames the lighting crew for using too much backlight. She is subsequently defeated the group, and disappears vowing to return.
Interlude[edit | edit source]
In her interlude The New Eliza (エリザ・新生, Eriza Shinsei?), Elizabeth sends Ritsuka an announcement letter for her live performance, which she claims already has participants lining from the night before. However, She is disappointed when no one shows, but the group quickly is attacked by enemies who want to stop Elizabeth's singing. After defeating all of them, Elizabeth is disappointed that her concert is ruined, but she takes interest in turning her and Mash into an idol duo.
Other appearances[edit | edit source]
She is featured in Fate/EXTRA Gone Wild! Casko!? where she is seen without horns and is wearing the female Tsukumihara Academy uniform.
She is called Eli-chan (エリちゃん, Eri-chan?) in Fate/GUDAGUDA Order.
Abilities[edit | edit source]
She wields a Dragon Lance named Sárkány Csont Lándzsa ("Dragon Bone Lance" in Hungarian), though she uses it more as a microphone than as a spear.
Elizabeth has been demonized by the Innocent Monster skill that uses the image produced from one's deeds in life to distort their past and way of being, which ends up transforming their abilities and appearance. Her form is due to the deeds she practiced in life, unlike Vlad III, another who holds the same skill, being looked down upon as a monster after death due to the work of a novelist. Though she looks like a demon, her horns and tail are those of a dragon, and though her fangs look like those of a vampire, they are also those of a dragon.
The form is not a forgery caused solely through the means of Innocent Monster, but rather brought about from the dragon's blood mixed within her. The source is crest of the Báthory family, a shield coat of arms patterned after a red fang that represented the dragon's gallantry, vigorousness, and the brutality of never letting the enemy live.
Skills[edit | edit source]
Class Skills[edit | edit source]
- Magic Resistance (A Rank): In actuality, she genuinely has dragon blood mixed within her. She herself does not realize she has this Skill, but the capacity equals that of Artoria Pendragon (Saber).
- Territory Creation (B Rank): Normally a skill of the Caster class, Elizabeth has acquired Territory Creation as a special exception because of her life experiences. She can create a castle to imprison young maidens and harvest their blood. According to the record, the lady of this castle would capture five virgins a day, execute three of them to bathe in their blood, and treat one as a pet so as to kill them with relish. The final one remaining was given the right to challenge her fate, the possibilities including: "Stay and be killed," "Be betrayed by the people I planned my escape with and be killed," "Be captured by the castle guards and be killed," "Fall from the castle and die by accident," "Barely escape with my life and bring the demon to justice." As a side note, the chances of achieving the fate where one "escapes successfully" is 1/1000.
Personal Skills[edit | edit source]
- Battle Continuation (B Rank): Ordinarily, BC makes it possible to fight even in a near-death state, and to survive afterwards so long as the bearer does not sustain a fatal injury. In Elizabeth’s case, this skill manifests as her ability to keep coming back, no matter how many times she’s summarily defeated. “It’s not embarrassing to keep coming back because I have the BC skill, okay?!” she says in her defense. Sure, Liz.
- Breath of the Dragon (E Rank): A torrent of Magical Energy released by a Dragon, the strongest Phantasm Species. Super-sonic dragon breath. Although she has turned into a dragon due the Skill Innocent Monster, as expected it is somewhat unreasonable so the power is low. As for the cause why she has became a demi-dragon, one can mention the crest of the Bathory House (a dragon's tooth).
- Charisma (C Rank): Exemplifies her ability to coerce others based on her position as a member of the ruling class. Due to the grisly details of the myths surrounding Elizabeth, this skill is increased by one rank when used against females. Unusually, she has a streak of cleanliness against men, and while she is fond of using tools against them, she rarely directly touches them.
- Torture Technique (A Rank): At rank A, she possesses an excellent technique for tortures. A bonus midfier is added to her damage when she uses torture tools. She would shut the people she captured into iron maidens in order to wring the blood from them, drive them crazy with devices that would remove their fingers or implements that would bind their bodies, and on occasion, she would struck by and follow through with the idea to gnaw and bite off their fingers or arms, the napes of their necks, or nipples. Her cruel deeds are wide-ranging. In her case, apply another plus correction for damage dealt against woman.
Noble Phantasms[edit | edit source]
She displays two different Noble Phantasms, Kilenc Sárkány and Báthory Erzsébet. The first is utilized under the Lancer class, while the second is utilized under the Berserker class. She continues to utilize Bathory Erzsebet as the Protagonist's Servant.
Gameplay[edit | edit source]

Forms and Alternate Versions[edit | edit source]
Berserker[edit | edit source]
Elizabeth also has the capacity to be summoned under the Berserker class, and she switches to it during the events of the story, displaying other skills.
Abilitties[edit | edit source]
- Mad Enhancement (E- Rank): A skill that transforms one into a brute and raises one's abilities. ...But as Elizabeth still possesses her reasoning abilities, the benefits from this are very low. Rather than effecting her abilities or endurance, it's simply made it so that she "does not feel pain."
- Magic Resistance (A Rank): A hidden skill that even the person herself is unaware of. It was believed that she was a fabrication created through "Innocent Monster," but the blood of dragons truly is mixed with her own. She is endowed with a Magic Resistance of the same caliber as the Saber of Fate/stay night. It source is the Bathory family's coat of arms. That family's coat of arms was a shield-shape based on red fang, symbolizing the dragon's bravery, strength, cruelty in never leaving an enemy alive.
- Mental Disorder (A Rank): The mind has fallen ill. It is not the Mad Enhancement that Berserkers usually possess. Being unable to feel the pain of others or read the mood of one's surroundings. Has the ability of mental super armor.
Halloween[edit | edit source]
She was made to wear the Halloween-attribute by means of a Holy Grail that was found by chance. I don't understand anything anymore. An over the top Servant that, while still admiring the idol culture, had even the "princess who dreams inside a castle"-attribute added to her.
Originally, the Halloween was a harvest festival from the Celts and had no relation to something so theme park-like, but Elizabeth has no care about such circumstances. Celebrating because it is remarkably overflowing with romance, launching fireworks because it is awfully dramatic and making pumpkin pies (strong poisons) due to believing the other party will be surely pleased She looks like a demon that would come out during Halloween, but those horns and tails are those of a dragon. Seems that those yaebas are not the fangs of a vampire, but the fangs of a dragon.
Elizabeth completely cast away the piercing-torture, iron maiden anecdotes - while saying "those stories have nothing to do with me" - and changed her weapon from a spear to a fork. Since there is magical energy in excess, she can perform offensive magecraft even without having learned any magecraft in particular. She herself does not understand its reasoning at all. It is very much like Elizabeth to conceal excessive talent, yet not know how to use it.
Abilities[edit | edit source]
- Territory Creation (B Rank): The ability to create a favorable location to oneself as a Magus. Although she obtained the power of a Holy Grail, the power to forcible redesign the Prison Castle Čachtice into a Pleasure Castle is worthy of praise.
- Item Construction (A Rank): The power to create various tools by Thaumathurgy. Although she had Vlad III (Berserker) and Tamamo Cat's help, her ability to mass produce party goods is worthy of praise. Now if only her music sense as good...
- Innocent Monster (EX Rank): Someone who, regardless of their intentions or appearance, had the truth about them deeply twisted by rumors. After becoming the party's organizer thanks to the power of the Holy Grail, it's no exaggeration to say that Elizabeth has become Haloween itself. Probably.
- Mana Burst (Pumpkin) (A Rank): he ability to store magical energy in a weapon or one's own body and release it instantaneously. Pumpkin spirits reside in Haloween Eliza's weapon and Thaumathurgy, and they can exert the same effect as a first class Prana Burst when in a place with the hustle and bustle of a festival. However, those pumpkin spirits can materialize on the first place thanks to Elizabeth's magical energy. Which came first, the pumpkins or Elizabeth?
- Performance Continuation (A Rank): An alternate form of Battle Continuation. Since she returned as the main character, it can also produce Critical Stars. Why can't she use that Guts on someone else?
Brave[edit | edit source]
The Halloween-celebrating Elizabeth (Caster) that became a Saber at the end of an unfortunate fate. With the power of dragon, power of music and a second Halloween on her side, it is not like there isn’t a feeling that nobody can stop her anymore.
With a pure white mantle, a crimson armor and a straightforward great sword that lacks in decorations for modern trends in hand, the Hero Elizabeth pushes on today as well. Her overall weight includes the weight of the armor.
By being chosen as a Hero, her usual mood swings and wickedness have lessened, and Elizabeth acquired a bravery-like (albeit somewhat willful) personality that helps the weak and outwits the strong. That is because Elizabeth is mistaking her own position as a hero - maybe due to perceiving that “Saber = an ally of justice” - and working hard to fulfill it; or so it seems. However, since she is sticking to an unfamiliar character of the side of justice, she is even more clumsy than usual.
Abilities[edit | edit source]
- Magic Resistance (A Rank): Invalidates magic A and below, no matter what kind of great thaumaturgy it is. A hero is expected to do at least this much.
- Territory Creation (C Rank): The ability to create workshop and allied party. This time it's the specialization of the ability to create campsite. A hero adventures on the field all week. The skill to swiftly establish a tent is the true mark of a leader.
- Double Class (E Rank): A miraculuous variant born from the union of Lancer and Caster. No actual benefits in particular.
- Heroic Great Principles (EX Rank): First, that a hero must be invincible. Second, that a hero must always be in high spirit. Third, that a hero freely makes use of lost properties. ......and so on and so on. Ten code in total. As a Skill, think of it as a leading up towards the protagonist grand turn around, just like in action manga. During that turn only, she is invincible and simultaneously has her willpower raised. A hero shall accumulate NP as she endures multiple Noble Phantasm.
- Mana Burst (Courage) (D Rank): A Mana Burst, but of an extremely rare internal type. Defense power is raised. Subtly unpleasant.
- Legend of the Crimson Hero (EX Rank): The supreme privilege, the hero's greatest of esoterica usable only in the movie version. A super power up by expending 100% NP. A super buff of a similar type to Tamamo-chan Summer's Goddess Transformation. Randomly bestows miraculous effects such as super increase to offensive power, invincibility and recovery to entire party, and an acquisition of a large amount of stars. Unmistakably a gambler skill. However, perhaps because it is a skill that displays each effects against formidable enemies, but during the occasion that such an enemy that does not depend on the system shows in front of her can a miracle happens only with this skill.
JAPAN[edit | edit source]
In preparation for Chaldea's fourth Halloween, Elizabeth embarked on a trip to enhance her performance. However, her ship was wrecked while at sea and she washed ashore a beach in Japan, remembering only her name and her dream of being an idol. A local fisherman joked that she might be an oni due to her appearance, which she accepted, only to terrify the man into running away. Elizabeth began wandering the land, telling anyone who she came across that she must be an oni, which only served to frighten them away and increasing her frustration and loneliness. She eventually travelled through the Seikan Tunnel and emerged in the snows of Hokkaido, whereupon the voice of the Kamuy's Gold spoke to her, drawn to her greed. The gold itself formed a shell around her body, bestowing her the appearance of a giant oni and the power to create Oniland, an oni and pumpkin-themed theme park Singularity where the Chitose mine was located. Henceforth, she addresses herself as Elizabeth JAPAN.
Following the Chitose incident, Eliza-J continues uploading performance videos of her band to the internet, which garners her popularity with the sparrows of Enma-Tei. She is later invited to perform at the inn's Event Hall to celebrate its reconstruction, but while the sparrows enjoy being swept around by her music, it threatens to destroy the inn. This forces Ritsuka and Mash to step in, alongside Li Shuwen who is acting as a security guard, and they convince her to move to the outdoor stage, implied to actually be the hot springs area.
She first appears in battle in-game as her Lancer self at Chitose, while at Enma-tei, she retains the game sprite of herself as a Lancer but under the Rider class. Elizabeth JAPAN's appearance years later in Fate/Grand Order MyCraft Lostbelt cements her Class as a Rider.

Name: Elizabeth “The torture idol of the dragon family, Elizabeth Báthory! I’ll break your heart to pieces too!”
Height: 154cm “No, 172cm! What do you think of this incredible supermodel-esque stature? My horns are quite tall.”
Weight: 44kg “An idol’s age and weight ought to be kept secret, but, hey, do you really want to hear it? No matter what? Well then I suppose I’ll have to say…I’m a lovely 44kg.”

Birthday: May 17th “Could you leave the presents with my manager?”
Weak Point: If you expose my noble wrath I’ll never forgive you “Unfortunately I’ll have to cut you up, crush you, wring you dry, and then, you have to marry me!!”
Fetishism: Torture…? “No, that’s a duty of the nobility, so that’s different. So, then…wh, I, with the opposite sex? I don’t know anything about that, but, uh, fingers are certainly lovely aren’t they?”
What do you look for in a partner? There are a lot of things, but really… “Starting with a house, they need wealth, work, hobbies…there are a lot of things, but ignoring all that nonsense, it’s definitely ‘destiny’ in the end.”
What’s your favorite color of underwear? Always what’s most fashionable in show business “And a top idol most definitely has stripes!”
How do you spend your free time? Recovering from fatigue with a relaxing bath “It’s not that easy, keeping up this beauty.”
Fond of Cooking (Wish to be a Beloved Wife):
Elizabeth’s second SG.
Though Elizabeth herself says she likes cooking, this is not a simple fondness for the act of preparing food, like that of the red-mantled Archer. Elizabeth’s fondness for cooking comes from a desire to be praised by or to monopolize the person she likes. Essentially it amounts to nothing but a desire to be beloved as a wife. Her skill in cooking is utterly lacking.
We can infer that as the fondness for cooking appears as the apex of Elizabeth’s wish to be a wife, she then stresses meals. Or perhaps it’s part of her draconic instincts.
Though Elizabeth shares her love of song with Saber and her wish to be a beloved wife with Caster, what lies at the bottom of those wishes is completely different.
To confirm her beloved’s love — preparing food as a method keep a husband’s attention does not come from an “equal relationship.” She would “bestow meals” to her husband as a noble. It’s no different from feeding an animal. It contains none of the “romance” she longs for. The controlling disposition hard-wired into her devours even her meagre dreams.
Elizabeth’s third SG. We would like to leave just what constitutes “purity” to the reader’s imagination.
Servants are revived in the form that represents golden age of their lives. So Elizabeth appears as an unwed daughter of house Báthory, a young girl in love with love…one assumes.
An idol must be pure as snow. Forget romance, the moment she comes to know love her shine is lost. As long as she immerses herself in the idol business, this SG will be eternally indestructible.

Báthory Erzsébet: Demoness of Fresh Blood
Type: Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm
The countess of blood that became the model for the vampire Carmilla.
..or it should have been, but what was summoned as a Servant was her 14 year-old self from before committing any crimes.
A sweet-type Servant who calls herself an idol.
Noble, high-handed, cruel, merciless - she displays inhuman manners just like in legends.
Level 1 Bond
Source: Historical fact
Alignment: Chaotic Evil Gender: Female
*overall size does not includes the tail.
Level 2 Bond
An anti-hero of evil, but she herself is a young girl that dreams of love. Her timid nature is her own ruin: as a consequence of it, she helps her comrades and overlooks her enemies, and thus ends up displaying human goodness that places her on the borderline of "well, you could even call her a Heroic Spirit".
"Could it be that you're actually a good person?" - she herself hates to be referred in such a manner.
Level 3 Bond
- Dragon Breath: E
A torrent of mana released by a dragon, the strongest Phantasm Species.
Super-sonic dragon breath.
Although she has turned into a dragon due the Skill Innocent Monster, as expected it is somewhat unreasonable so the power is low.
As for the cause why she has became a demi-dragon, one can mention the crest of the Bathory House (a dragon's tooth).
Level 4 Bond
"Demoness of Fresh Blood"
Rank: E- Type: Anti-Unit
A Noble Phantasm that summons the castle that Elizabeth ruled from her entire life - Prison Castle Csejte - and turns it into a stage that makes her conspicuous.
By singing a song that slipped away from musical intervals to a destructive degree, a hellish stage is unfolded.
Level 5 Bond
- Charisma: C
Denotes the coercion of the ruling class.
Because of a special tradition-modifier, it Rank-UP towards females.
She has a side that is strangely fastidious towards men, and while she likes poking them through her tools, she rarely touches them directly.
Since she was raised as nobility, she has no such a thing like common morality.
Also, due the Skill "Headache Affliction", Elizabeth could not recognize others as human beings, but it seems she somewhat reformed herself - or maybe just matured - and became a more understanding anti-hero in this work.

Keyword: Daughter of dragons, torture technique
Strength: C, Endurance: D, Agility: E, Magic: A, Luck: B
Territory Creation: B, Dragon Breath: E, Charisma: C
01 - Kilenc Sárkány: Dragon Cry Thunder Voice
The dignity of a thunder dragon, considered a weather spirit in Hungary since long ago, converted into a Noble Phantasm. Sárkány is that dragon's name.
It amplifies sound and vibrations and, via that resonance, can call forth wind and rain. Its true function is to amplify the inherent majesty and charisma, the soothing waves, the spite that crushes just be being heard, or simply just the volume of its owner's voice nine-by-nine times. The singing voice of a demon that destroys and tramples not just the body of those who hear it but the heart as well.
02 - Daughter of Dragons
This Servant is incarnated as a demon due to the skill "Innocent Monster." Though her horns and tail appear to be those of a demon, they are actually those of a dragon. It seems those protruding fangs are not a mark of her being a vampire but a mark of her being a dragon.
"Innocent Monster" is a skill that, based on the image produced by their actions during their lives, twists one's past and way of life, transforming one's abilities and appearance. Vlad III, who holds the same skill, was held in contempt as a monster based on a certain novelist's work, but she received this treatment based upon her deeds while alive.
03 - Torture Techniques
Equivalent to rank A. Torture techniques par excellence.
When using torture instruments, she receives a damage bonus. In her case, she would shut the people she captured into iron maidens in order to wring the blood from them, drive them crazy with devices that would remove their fingers or implements that would bind their bodies, and on occasion, she would struck by and follow through with the idea to gnaw and bite off their fingers or arms, the napes of their necks, or nipples. Her cruel deeds are wide-ranging.
０１ - 竜鳴雷声
０２ - 竜の娘
０３ - 拷問技術
01 - Territory Creation [B]
Constructs a prison-castle and confines girls therein. According to the record, the lady of this castle would capture five virgins a day, execute three of them to bathe in their blood, and treat one as a pet so as to kill them with relish.
The final one remaining was given the right to challenge her fate, the possibilities including: "Stay and be killed," "Be betrayed by the people I planned my escape with and be killed," "Be captured by the castle guards and be killed," "Fall from the castle and die by accident," "Barely escape with my life and bring the demon to justice."
As a side note, the chances of achieving the fate where one "escapes successfully" is 1/1000.
02 - Dragon Breath [E]
The torrent of mana that dragons, the strongest of the Phantasmal Species, can release. Even though she's been turned into a dragon by the skill "Innocent Monster," she seems to be straining herself on some level so the power is low.
03 - Charisma [C]
Exemplifies her ability to coerce others based on her position as a member of the ruling class. Due to special circumstances in her legend, it goes up a rank against women. In regards to interaction with men, she is unusually fastidious; though she loves with touch them with implements, direct contact is rare.

０２ - 竜の息吹 [E]

01 - Bathtub of Blood
A bathtub of blood: One day, she let a maidservant comb the hair she was so proud of. But the comb became caught in her hair, and in a vehement rage, she stabbed the maidservant with a hairpin. The maidservant's blood happened to fall upon the back of her hand, and she noticed that the skin that blood touched was smoother than usual.
From then on, she decided to bathe in the lifeblood of women to preserve her beauty - or so it is believed.
Collecting blood became part of her daily routine, and after she changed residences to Čachtice Castle, it reached the point where young women of marriage age had disappeared altogether from the rural villages within her dominion. (Or perhaps everyone came to know what was going on and hid their daughters indoors.)
Finding it difficult to collect blood from within her territory any longer, she collected the daughters of minor nobles under the pretense of teaching them proper manners or inviting them to banquets. It is said that many of those daughters were decapitated at these banquets, still in their fancy dresses, before they knew what was happening.
In addition to drawing blood, she is said to have thrust hot irons into their mouths, stabbed their entire bodies with pins, and other kinds of tortures. She would make her servants rip off the skin of their own daughters so she could enjoy the anguished faces of both the parent and the child.
On the other hand, tales of her torturing or killing men for pleasure are strangely absent.
02 - Personal Background I
Personal Background I: A real person, born in 1560, died in 1614. She was born into one of the noble families of Hungary, the Bathory family which used the fang of a dragon as its crest.
One of the models for the vampire Camilla. A wicked woman who is believed to have bathed in the lifeblood of more than 600 women in order to preserve her own beauty.
The Bathory house was the family who held the majority of the influence within Eastern Europe, and on top of that, she also possessed the blood of the house of Habsburg which made for a lineage that would make her a purebred noble.
However, whether it is do to the consanguineous marriages within the Bathory line or the effect of their luxuriant living environment, the family contained many insane and cruel individuals. Homosexuals, pedophiles and Satanists were not uncommon among her relatives.
Elizabeth was not an exception and became quite infamous. In Čachtice Castle, which lay in her territory in what is now present-day Slovakia, she is believed to have killed more than 600 women and, in order to preserve her beauty, enjoyed bathing in the blood she wrung from them... a repulsive bloodbath.
Though she killed many members of her fiefdom, she was not charged with any crime until the end of her days. In those days, there was apparently a trend among the nobility of Hungary to not even consider humans who weren't nobles as "humans." Her murders did not cause any problems.
...Yes. Not until a single girl returned alive from her prison-castle and rushed to the Vatican.

０２ - 人物背景Ⅰ
 Fate/EXTRA material - Encyclopedia: Elizabeth [Servant], p.164-166 [T]
Elizabeth shows up in CCC as an if Lancer*see note at end.
The Master who summons her is Run Ru.
It’s not clear if she is Run Ru’s original Servant, or if she took the place of Black Lancer through the events of CCC (At the branching point a bit after the start of the game).
All we know is that in the time line where BB exists, Run Ru’s Servant is not Vlad III, but rather this young girl.
Her true name is that of a historical woman who was a mass serial killer and torturer; Elizabeth Bathory.
As a Servant she is summoned with the body and appearance she had during her golden days, which were the days when she found herself to be most beautiful. Summoned as a Heroic Spirit as she was before her marriage and with her body and character being that of when she was 14. As her 14 year old self she retains only two things. First, her dreams of love and the romance oriented mentality she had before her marriage. Second, memories about the nightmare that was her imprisonment as an evil creature shortly before her death. Because of this, her existence as a Servant is a confusing mix of her time as a young noble lady, and the time she was assaulted by that crazed nightmare.
Wearing a cyber-goth-loli dress, she has immoral devil horns (actually dragon horns), and the protruding fangs of a little devil (actually dragon fangs), and a lance that can double as a microphone stand. Her design doesn’t seem to reflect her as a proper Heroic Spirit.
She is a self-appointed “Idol Servant.”
Although those around her always see her as being a bit socially awkward, Elizabeth is always serious about perfectly acting as an idol using both mind and body.
She uses the personal pronoun 私 (watashi), and she refers to other people in a derogatory fashion as “pig,” “squirrel,” “rabbit,” and the names of other inferior animals.
Her use of words is generally like that of a noble person, however from time to time she mixes in some slang used by modern high school girls. She says a lot of things that makes it seems like she enjoys tormenting the people around her, but rather than simply being extremely sadistic, she’s more of an innocent pure sadist. While BB has fun getting to know the protagonist, Elizabeth doesn’t even see her opponents as similarly living beings. (Sadistic behavior is just one way to express love, and her character deviates from the historical version in that she doesn’t focus on a “Sadistic desire to kill” but rather “Sadism that’s born from love”).
Her alignment is chaos and evil.
Outgoing, strong spirited, active.
She values narcissism above all.
High class, yet always with the high horsed idol attitude. She is cruel and cold.
Completely unable to understand the pain of others, she has a mental disorder where only after seeing someone in pain does she recognize “this creature is human.”
“I don’t give a shit about the Grail and the human race. I wouldn’t even care a bit if civilization were completely destroyed. There’s only one thing that’s important. And that’s that I’m more beautiful than anyone else for all of eternity!
You understand, right? Why don’t you all go die like the pigs you are? The only thing you could ever be good for is dying so I can bathe in your blood you useless slaves!”
When Elizabeth was alive she was extremely attached to her own beauty, and taking this to the extreme is what brought her to carry out immoral and criminal actions. She would steal away people’s daughters, and after plenty of torture, she would slaughter them.
It’s said that she bathed in a bath filled to the brim with the blood of young girls as a way to preserve her youth.
To Elizabeth, her own beauty was an undisputed matter of course. In order to preserve her beauty, anything was permitted, no matter how heinous the action may be. Any action carried out to preserve her beauty was just part of the natural way things should be.
Although she is often misunderstood as someone who killed for pleasure, Elizabeth never took pleasure in killing. She was simply driven into a rage by the ugly and inferior bodies of others, and this rage was then beaten into the bodies of her victims.
Trembling in joy and excitement and exclaiming “This is the best!” was something that she only came to know after becoming a Servant, as it is part of her job as a Japan-style idol.
After becoming a Servant, she completely devoted herself to becoming the greatest and strongest idol. Her rival is Red Saber.
Only after Elizabeth became a Servant did she first experience the girlish happiness and fun of having a rival.
One thing to note is that because she had no interest in anything other than her own beauty, sexual knowledge and experience is completely alien to her.
To Elizabeth men are no more than Servants, or a source of money, or sometimes givers of girlish, cute gifts (Although it seems that those who adored her beauty often met a bad end). When it comes down to it men are nothing more than pigs.
On the other hand, as far as Elizabeth in concerned, women are no more than slaves. The women around her were sometimes mothers or lovers, but in the end they were just raw materials to help preserve her beauty. Ultimately, they were like livestock; nothing more than food to sate her appetite.
In CCC the female ego is a main theme, and there we have highlighted “the stubbornness a woman holds about her appearance.”
The BBs are focused on the feelings that a girl has for their lover, and the feelings that a perverted devil would direct at the world, but Elizabeth is focused solely on her own happiness. Although Elizabeth is responsible for carrying out cruel physical punishment, she has not once encountered sexual pleasure. This goes to show how pure she is.
Also, like Vlad III, through the skill “Innocent Monster” she is partially transformed into a monster.
Her horns are not the horns of a devil but the horns of a dragon.
Actually part of her body (around her tailbone) is covered in scales. If seen she becomes extremely embarrassed and her face turns bright red, after that the person who saw her scales will face the romantic-comedy like choice of being killed by her or marrying her.
The following is an inside story. Towards the end of CCC Rin talks about how “Lancer’s karma is decreasing.” However this is not because she has committed any good deeds.
Simply, the actions of Elizabeth (who is working hard for the protagonist) end up saving more people than she killed when she was alive. Her change in karma is due to the judgment of the emotionless Moon Cell. Thus her karma decreases, but at the point when she becomes free, the weight of her sins will remain forever unchanged.

Originally, the Halloween was a harvest festival from the Celts and had no relation to something so theme park-like, but Elizabeth has no care about such circumstances.
Celebrating because it is remarkably overflowing with romance, launching fireworks because it is awfully dramatic and making pumpkin pies (strong poisons) due to believing the other party will be surely pleased.
Level 3 Bond
Daughter of the dragon:
Maybe there was some meaning in the family crest of the Bathory House being a dragon, for Elizabeth possesses the dragon factor in an atavism-like manner, and such factor was brought to the surface upon becoming a Servant.
She looks like a demon that would come out during Halloween, but those horns and tails are those of a dragon. Seems that those yaebas are not the fangs of a vampire, but the fangs of a dragon.
Level 4 Bond
"Innocent Monster" is a Skill in which, by means of the image that was born from her behavior while alive, the past and way of being is distorted and abilities and appearance end up being transformed.
Vlad III also possesses the same Skill. While he was looked down upon as a monster after death thanks to the literary creation of a novelist, it seems that she received such treatment because of her deeds while alive.

A Noble Phantasm that summons the castle that Elizabeth lived in and ruled over in her lifetime and turns into into a stage where she is prominent. The worst and most disgusting Noble Phantasm that Elizabeth, who began to dream of being the ultimate idol after becoming a Servant, possesses.
The castle's name is the prison-castle Čachtice. As the demonic castle where hundreds of girls were tortured to death, as the place where Elizabeth soaked in a blood bath full of the living blood of those girls, it maintains the largest amount of magical energy and charm.
The tune where the musical talent that... one or two on Earth would dispute and this castle which is a stage modded with giant amps are combined, truly this is hell on Earth.
A collaboration with the Golden Theater cannot be allowed.
02 - Dragon's Reverse Scale
In the west, dragons are "monsters," but in China, DRAGONS are a god-like existence. If dragons are the strongest of the Phantasmal Species, then DRAGONS are invincible... They are creatures who have no need to fight.
But even those DRAGONS have a defect. When the scale under their chin is touched, the DRAGON will fly into a rage and devastate the earth with their rampaging power.
In this way, even perfect beings have disappointing parts. Elizabeth is no exception to this tradition, and the scale is on a part of her body (near the tailbone). If it is seen, she will become red-faced with embarrassment, and after she is done panicking, she will approach to person who say it with two choices: "Will you be killed by me?" or "Will you marry me?"
03 - Supersonic
Due to her skill "Innocent Monster," Elizabeth has been incarnated as a dragon demon of mixed blood.
Dragons have the strongest weapon which makes use of all their attributes: Dragon Breath. If a red dragon, fire; if a blue dragon, electricity; if a black dragon, acid. Their breath has a wide area of effect.
...According to a certain rulebook, the breath's damage value is the same as their physical damage. That physical damage has long since surpassed humans, but when you think of it being spread equally among the members of an entire army, for a single dragon to destroy an entire country seems reasonable.
Elizabeth's Dragon Breath is made up of ultrasonic waves. Since she has been incarnated as a demon, her lungs have become converted spiritual worlds so a terrifying lung capacity has become hers. With the amplification provided by her Noble Phantasm, Elizabeth's voice could be called a noise that could resound through a portion of the Tokyo Dome and destroy it.
This is the moment that Saber's rival, in both name and reality, is born.

０２ - 竜の逆鱗
０３ - スーパーソニック
01 - Mad Enhancement [E]
A skill that transforms one into a brute and raises one's abilities.
...But as Elizabeth still possesses her reasoning abilities, the benefits from this are very low. Rather than effecting her abilities or endurance, it's simply made it so that she "does not feel pain."
02 - Mental Disorder [A]
The mind has fallen ill. It is not the Mad Enhancement that Berserkers usually possess. Being unable to feel the pain of others or read the mood of one's surroundings. Has the ability of mental super armor.
03 - Magic Resistance [A]
A hidden skill that even the person herself is unaware of.
０１ - 狂化 [E-]
０２ - 精神異常 [A]
０３ - 対魔力 [A]
01 - Headache Sufferer
Headache sufferer: When she was alive, she was an infamous, abnormal murderer, but when you compare her's with the cruel hobbies of people like her, her characteristic is that she is wide-ranging.
In the case of the majority of serial killers, those who enjoy killing people have murder as their foundation, those who enjoy pain have pain as their foundation, those who eat people have cannibalism as their foundation; they set up their own tendency in cruel hobbies. But she is not consistent. Disturbingly, she is believed to have enjoyed all of the above.
But on the other hand, she is lacking the abnormal conduct that serial killers in recent years have displayed, such as raping and killing, taking a part of the body to form a collection, and using people as ingredients in food.
According to one theory, she suffered from horrible headaches. It is said that she was released from these headaches only when she abusing others.
Of course, the authenticity of this cannot be confirmed.
Though Elizabeth is noted only for her abnormality in this way, she also left behind good deeds. At the age of 15, she married her husband, Ferenc II and protected their dominion in his stead during the war, as he had a tendency to be absent.
The two got along extremely well as husband and wife, and records indicate that Elizabeth invested funds into allowing domestic students to study abroad and assisting returning students in their studies, as well as planning the promotion of the arts and sciences within the country.
There were rumors that she was interested in black magic, but it seems that this was actually the use of medicinal herbs to make something akin to what is known in the present day as a facial mask.
Even the episode where she killed more than 600 women and the trial in absentia are theorized by some to be mostly false, derived from folklore and the Hungarian Habsburgs' plan to expel her from their circles.
However, even with that, it cannot be said that all her actions were false charges. Even if the torture devices and cruelty drama are folklore, that she enjoyed killing people is clear from the circumstantial evidence.
02 - Personal Background II
Personal background II: To Elizabeth, killing the common people in droves was her "ordinary" daily life. If there is anything that could be considered her misfortune, it is that there were no people to rebuke her abnormality, to teach her that her deeds were atrocities.
And just like that, the people completely sealed her, who was already feared as a demon, away.
The people whispered. To see her figure was frightening. To hear her voice was frightening. Simply bringing to mind the memories of losing their daughters, the memories of giving her their daughters of their own volition, was frightening.
The fathers who gave away their daughters. Elizabeth's relatives. Her compatriots in aristocratic society, as if to hide their own feelings of guilt, concealed her prison with stone.
The room that Elizabeth used in her final days... her prison in the basement of the castle contained nothing but a small slit to allow food to be passed to her. And, in that room with an exit or windows, that room which was plastered up from the outside, she continued to ask, "Why?" until her final moments.
"Why? Why?" "I didn't do anything bad."
From thereon, she became legend as the Blood Countess.

The Halloween-celebrating Elizabeth (Caster) that became a Saber at the end of an unfortunate fate.
With the power of dragon, power of music and a second Halloween on her side, it is not like there isn’t a feeling that nobody that can stop her anymore.
With a pure white mantle, a crimson armor and a straightforward great sword that lacks in decorations for modern trends in hand, the Hero Elizabeth pushes on today as well.
You should not concern yourself with minor details too much.
Level 1 Bond
Source: Halloween Comeback!
Region: Prison Castle Csejte
Alignment: Chaotic Good Gender: Female
*overall weight includes the weight of the armor.
Level 2 Bond
By being chosen as a Hero, her usual mood swings and wickedness have lessened, and Elizabeth acquired a bravery-like (albeit somewhat willful) personality that helps the weak and outwits the strong.
That is because Elizabeth is mistaking her own position as a hero - maybe due perceiving that “Saber = an ally of justice” - and working hard to fulfill it; or so it seems.
However, since she is sticking to an unfamiliar character of the side of justice, she is even more clumsy than usual.
Level 3 Bond
- Double Class: E
A miraculous mutation born from a fusion between Lancer and Caster.
That being said, there are no benefits in special.
- Prana Burst (Courage): D
Although it is Prana Burst, this is an extremely rare internal-type.
Increases defenses. Strangely, she is not glad at all.
Level 4 Bond
"Tornado Demoness of Fresh Blood"
Rank: B Type: Anti-Unit
Range: 10~30 Max Targets: 1 person
Báthory Brave Erzsébet.
The Saber-version of the Demoness of Fresh Blood.
A forbidden sword technique that seals the opponent with a storm-like hero power, uses that opportunity to clash with a full-power high-speed rotatory thrust and makes him explode.
Of course, said hero power derives from Elizabeth’s sonic breath.
The super-thunder screw slash fired towards the opponent, who was stunned in mind and body by Elizabeth’s ultrasonic waves, can pulverize even a sign of forbidden entry.
Level 5 Bond
- Heroic Great Principle: EX
1: a hero must be invincible;
2: a hero must be enthusiastic;*
3: a hero can freely use most of the lost items;
...and so on; the saying goes that there are about ten general rules.
As far as Skills go, this is like a lead up to the protagonist-reversal usually seen in action manga.
- Legend of the Crimson Hero: EX
A hero’s greatest secret art and super-privilege, said to be only usable in the movie-version.
Consumes large amounts of hero power to achieve a super power-up.
A super buff of the same type as Tamamo-chan Summer’s Goddess Metamorphosis.
However, despite having such requirements, this is a gamble skill that has random factors in it. People can only think of her as a player.
She fights with the famous sword Eighteen and the famous shield Retronia, which were acquired upon becoming a Saber.
That being said, since she never practiced swordplay, she just swing them around while relying only on strength.
She is convinced that she and the Master are bound by a strong friendship and that not even by a civilization-destroying sword, or a theater or the curse of a fox can break them apart.
(Because of that, she lacks awareness as a Servant)
“Maybe I’m not actually a hero, but merely a sexy woman warrior, and is the child-dog/child-deer who is the true hero...”
Sometimes she has thoughts such as these, but she proceeds on her path with the positive-thinking of “well, that is sweet in itself!” Truly like a hero.
*the original actually says “high tension”
