It was deemed “realizable” with the first successful case by Chaldea in the year 2004, and development has proceeded since then.
The Heroic Spirit (second successful case) that was summoned in 2010 and that would become the cornerstone of the system, showed his disapproval of Chaldea’s research policy, and took an uncooperative stance.
In 2012, the third case, Leonardo da Vinci, was summoned, and the Heroic Spirit summoning system entered the practical application stage with his/her cooperation.
The Heroic Spirit summoning system was prepared as a means of response during a Rayshift, explains former director Marisbury. If any abnormality occurs in the past, it’s impossible for us in the present to remove the affected area. In that case, there is no choice but to resolve the problem by having a mage Rayshift directly to that era. However, even if the Rayshift is successful, only the mage’s physical body can be brought along. There are no reliable weapons available in that situation.

A top mage who appears in Chaldea from the Mage’s Association.
The Animusphere are effectively the managers who founded and operated Chaldea until now.
The Animusphere family is one of the Lords of the Mage’s Association and the Clock Tower, but she is a novice who had just inherited both her family name and position from her father who died three years ago.
After discovery of the part where CHALDEAS disappeared in the future, she is appointed to return the situation to normal, however, her popularity is almost zero because she is always one step behind everything. Although she is trying to behave and stand firm as the head of the Animusphere while being stressed by pressure from the surroundings, the operation failed due to the Lev’s sabotage, and Olga Marie herself was eradicated by Lev’s hands.

Chaldeas [Other]
The infinitesimal global environment model. A Mystic code that imitates the soul of the earth.
A hypothesis that the Animusphere family of “Astrology,” one of the Clock Tower’s 12 departments, continued to pursue.
It assumes that the planet possesses a “soul,” and copies that soul, as the “data of another Earth” from a 100 years ahead that is operated as a virtual simulation.
It was launched by Marisbury Animusphere, and since then, Chaldea has guaranteed the future where “civilization still exists even after 100 years” by observing this global model.
It is a mass of information dense enough to have mass, and it is said to be impossible to touch by matter due to their difference of phase.
Animusphere thought that it was impossible to create an “existence that identical to the Earth" from scratch, but it would be possible to copy the soul in its entirety, and he put this in practice. Of course, the content of the “file” cannot be analyzed even if the copy is successful, however, what’s important is the surface of the “copied file.”
There is no need to analyze the content if the goal is to just keep it running. Animusphere activated the duplicated soul of the Earth without any intention of opening its contents, treating it as a simulation tool to observe 100 years into the future. As a result, it is said that once stopped, it will be impossible to restart. After all, nobody knows the structure of its contents.

A measuring instrument for moving unwaveringly towards a “predefined destination” in the Space of Imaginary Numbers where “direction, distance, time” change randomly (or rather, they cannot be defined).

It is not an observatory for watching the stars in the Universe from Earth, but an observatory made for watching the whole Earth from the void.
Fujimaru Ritsuka [Person]
Dream of the living.
A new Master who has just entered Chaldea.
He is an ordinary person no magecraft background who was scouted for having good aptitude for Rayshift.
On the day he came to Chaldea, he collided with Olga Marie, earned a bad reputation from her, and was excluded from the Rayshift experiment. Fortunately, because of this he did not get involved in the “explosion accident in the Command Room,” and survived as the only Master in Chaldea.
The “Master of Chaldea”, who was immature yet overcame the seven Singularities to prevent the Incineration of Human Order.
Wiped Blank Earth [Other]
The Earth after 2018, which Fujimaru Ritsuka had a glimpse of in the Lostroom.
The Earth whose ground’s surface Texture has been pruned by the appearance of the Lostbelts.
A “brand new shell of a planet” where the surface nature and traces of civilization have been lost. Where the pruned Texture (human history) has vanished to is unknown. The branches of the Trees of Emptiness that grew from the surface of the earth became a membrane that covered the Earth, creating a huge curtain at the boundary between the troposphere and the stratosphere, the tropopause. Although electromagnetic waves can be transmitted, substances cannot pass through this tent and terrestrial humanity has been trapped. It is conjectured that the original human history will not be returned as long as the seven Lostbelts aren’t cut off.
It became a lifeless planet apart from the Lostbelts, but there seems to be some rare areas, buildings and lives that were “left behind from the blanking” during the blanking process.
The blanking was conducted on December 31, 2017. The invasion of Trees of Emptiness began from space, and seven Trees of Emptiness fell on the surface of the earth, creating seven Lostbelts. The land of true history disappeared, and the Lostbelts were protected by storm walls. Then, after some time lag, the surface of the earth was blanked all at once. The blanking is considered to have spread radially from each Lostbelt.
Lev Lainur [Person]
Dream of the dead.
A mage dispatched to Chaldea by the Mage’s Association.
He is the mage who developed the Near-Future Observation Lens SHEBA, but destroyed Chaldea from the inside and deserted.
His true identity is a demon god dispatched by the King of Mages to this era, Flauros of the 72 Demon God Pillars. The early stage of FGO is also a story about chasing this traitor of a mage.
He is described as a cruel character who puts the orders of the King of Mages first, but that’s after awakening to the factors of the Demon God. Even after accepting the mission as a Demon God Pillar, the basic structure of the personality he had cultivated until then survived.
Lev’s over-serious personality that doesn’t allow wastefulness and praises hard work, has been passed down to the Demon God Flauros as well. Flauros hates humankind and looks down on it because he is “furious at their worthlessness."
By the way, on the time axis of Fate/stay night, because this person commits suicide, the plan of the King of Mages is not fulfilled.
Lostbelt [Other]
A wide unobservable area that suddenly appeared on the Earth.
Named by Da Vinci, lost legacies of the Felling Theoretical Phenomenon.
The abbreviation is Lostbelt.
Surrounded by a barrier (white storm) close to a dimensional fault, internal observation by X-rays, radio waves, and visible light is impossible.
Its true identity is “a history of mankind that continues under the premise of it being different from the current history” and which has been revived from the “Pruning Phenomenon,” in other words, a history of what-ifs. The Pruning Phenomenon is literally being cut from the flow of human history, they are the Ifs of the history of humankind, which were made “nonexistent” because their possibilities became extremely narrow. Relics scraped off from current history as “unnecessary things, unnecessary fluctuations,” “history’s what-ifs that have been excluded from this Universe” cast away even from the Adjacent World Theory by “having their history discontinued for being a dead end.” (Although the Incineration of Humanity by the King of Mages was by one individual, the Pruning Phenomenon is “a page burned by the consensus of the entirety of humankind, performed by human history itself”). If the Lostbelts keep extending like this, true history will be overtaken by the history of Lostbelts.
Lostbelts originally went on as “a route that is only an error for humanity” and were destroyed. The extinction of the human race will be inevitable if this insane IFs are taken as true history, and there will be no restoration of the true history that has disappeared. There is no way to restore the Earth that has been blanked and restore the correct human history other than cutting the Lostbelts from the surface.
Fujimaru Ritsuka will fight the twisted human history as a Master once again under Chaldea’s new structure.
Lostroom [Site]
A warehouse in the deepest part of Chaldea. It is rumored that because it is located in the back of Chaldea on the map, it is affected by the special magnetic field of Chaldea and its space-time has become offset.
When you sleep here, you will see “what you will eventually lose, or what you have lost.”
In the work “MOONLIGHT/LOSTROOM”, the dreams of three people were progressing at the same time, and the situation was as shown in the figure.
While Chaldea drifted outside the time axis, Person A, who became the chief, used their authority in secret and tried to use this room for a little social gathering…… hosting an overnight ball, it seems that he wanted to create a secret club of some sort. He named the room “Moonlight,” but it ended up being called “Lostroom” due to the occurrence of several mysterious phenomena.
One day, there may be a ball as he dreamed of. This can also be a romantic story as it is.
Rayshift [Other]
A movement method that transforms matter into Pseudo-Spiritrons, and transfers it to arbitrary coordinates.
A time leap technique that has been put into practical use with the cooperation of the Atlas Institute.
While claiming to dispatch the Master to different eras through Spiritron transfer, in reality it’s a method to where they are “projected and observed” after having become Spiritron data. Its realization was regarded as dangerous by the Mage’s Association since it can be used like a time machine.
Its completion was criticized as impossible because theories aside, the technology could not catch up, but Marisbury, representing a research facility of the Quantum Mechanics department, invested a huge amount of money and negotiated with the American government, received a supply of materials and engineers, and finally managed to complete it. The experiment is subject to the permission of the United Nations (although mostly to the Mage’s Association). The time of the investigation of Singularity F was also the first use of Rayshift.

It consumes a huge amount of electricity and magical power, but that’s covered by the accelerator.
Usage of the data from the human history map CHALDEAS, which are guaranteed up to 100 years ago, and confirmation of the status of the destination of the Rayshift. Beginning of Spiritron projection.

A Spiriton computer completed with technology supplied by Atlas Institute, a division of the Mage Association. TRISMEGISTUS makes it possible to prove that the Master “‘exists’ Spiritron-wise” regardless of the time period, and as a result interfere with the past.
