EuclidWP (エウクレイデス, Eukureidesu?), Class Name Foreigner (フォーリナー, Fōrinā?), is a Foreigner-class Servant summoned "After" the Holy Grail War in Fate/Requiem. Her unnamed Master is a teacher who works at an elementary school.
Profile[]
Identity[]
Euclid was a Greek mathematician whose name is synonymous with geometry itself. If you were to list out the names of wise men who laid foundations of knowledge in ancient times, such as Plato as a philosopher and Archimedes as an engineer, Euclid could be chosen as the mathematician on that list and no one would object.[1]
Outer God[]
- Main article: Hastur
As a Foreigner, Euclid is bound to a creature outside reality. She chants "Iä! Iä! vulgtmm...vugtlagn..."[1]
Appearance[]
Euclid is a young lady who gives off a mature air. She wears a cloak with a hood that hangs low over her eyes and is decorated in geometric patterns. She's petite, though a bit of a bigger stature than Circe. She has a pale complexion with a melancholy tone, and long unkempt wavy hair. Her amber eyes contain an expression of wickedness, giving the impression that she is in a horrendous mood at all hours.[1]
Personality[]
Euclid tends to refer to things as "Euclidean" or "non-Euclidean" depending on how she feels about them.[1]
She is a bookworm who knows a lot outside her area of expertise, such as the connection between the French word "Élise" and Greek "Elysium". When Voyager says that Erice doesn't like school, Euclid becomes dejected.[1]
Role[]
Fate/Requiem[]
Euclid works at a large library called Alexandria in Tama. She and her Master don't normally stick together and do things separately, her Master using his Command Spells to allow her to use Independent Action to move freely on her own. Euclid is the only Foreigner-class Servant known to be summoned in Mosaic City.[1]
The Boy Among the Stars[]
Euclid is mentioned by Circe as having planned to be a commentator for the Holy Grail Tournament, but cancelled at the last minute.[2]
Nostalgic City Shinjuku[]
She appears having lunch with Circe. Even though it is the first time they've met, she knows exactly who Voyager is, that he was summoned exactly twelve days ago, and that he is the Final Servant. She explains to Erice's group that ever since Voyager was summoned, no other new Servants have been able to be summoned in Mosaic City. Euclid and Circe have been researching the phenomenon, and concluded that Voyager's summoning was the cause.[1]
Abilities[]
As a Foreigner, Euclid gives off an intimidating, unknown aura, one that makes Erice Utsumi's skin crawl.[1]
