Fate/Grand Order -turas réalta- (フェイト／グランド オーダー —トゥルス･レアルタ—?) is the manga adaptation of the first part of the Fate/Grand Order mobile game by Takeshi Kawaguchi, published by Kodansha. It began serialization in Shonen Magazine Pocket on October 30, 2017. The first collected volume was published on January 09, 2018, and seventeen volumes have been published as of August 2024.[1]

Adaptation Differences[]
- Several characters are introduced among the surviving Chaldean staff, such as Soria Najwa and Mao Maomao.[3]
- Mafia KajitaWP, a regular MC for Fate/Grand Order-related events, appears as a cameo working in Chaldea's kitchen alongside Kiyohime, with the design resembling his likeness in GOHO Mafia! Kajita-kun.
- Hector is one of the helping servants in the Fifth Singularity.
- Due to being adapted into manga format changes were introduced such as Servants appearing alongside Ritsuka and Mash are Kiyohime, Hector, and Arjuna as Chaldean is not using Shadow Servants. Due too it skipping singularities many important events are not mentioned or treated like it never happened.
- Due to Fourth Singularity not being adapted Solomon instead appears in the Third Singularity, he decapitates Francis Drake, killing her. Only to be saved by Merlin.
- In Third Singularity David appears much earlier and is part of Francis Drake crew and does not reveal his name until much later due to this Atalanta appears alone.
- In the Seventh Singularity during Ishtar attack on Gilgamesh ,Arjuna replaces Mash accompanying Ritsuka.
- Due to Chaldea not summoning Servants themselves Merlin is responsible for Kiyohime, Hector, and Arjuna appearing before Ritsuka.
- Sherlock Holmes doesn’t make an appearance.
