Great War of Heroes (英雄史大戦, Eiyū Shitaisen?) is a trading card arcade game popular within Fuyuki City.
Gameplay[]
The objective of the game is to take down your opponent's base. Each player has a base and five heroes defending it. The heroes each have an attack value, a defence value and a special ability normally relating to stats, bases or morale.
The cards in the game are divided into three types, Warriors, who fight up close, Archers who fight at range and Riders who fight from mounts with the three classes forming a trilemma of Warriors > Archers > Riders > Warriors.
While the basic game is played in five against five scenarios, variations exist on point basis, allowing players to focus on having a few powerful heroes, or loading the field with multiple weaker heroes.

Development[]
My Strongest Hero[]
The designs for the various heroes used for the in-universe card game come from readers of the manga. The author takes submissions drawn by the readers through the My Strongest Hero (ぼくの考えた最強偉人企画, Boku no Kangaeta Saikyō Ijin Kikaku?) contest and then redraws them in his own style.
