The Boy with wings on his back, True Name unknown, is one of seven individuals manifested as Watcher's Shadows in the True and False Holy Grail Wars of Fate/strange Fake.[1]
Profile[]
Background[]
The boy's True Name is unknown. He describes himself as "an escaped prisoner."[1]
Appearance[]
As one of Watcher's Shadows, the boy's appearance may not directly reflect that of his Heroic Spirit self.[2] Compared to the more modern looking Captain, he is dressed more like someone from ancient myths. Upon his back and shoulders, he is fitted with mechanical wings, having degraded to looking skeletal with pieces of wax and white feathers interwoven throughout.[1]
Personality[]
Role[]
Fate/strange Fake[]
The boy is the second Shadow to appear, stating the Sigma is not the summoner of the Shadows. Later, he appears during the conversation about Watcher's Class, stating that it's not a normal Extra Class and that Sigma himself will become Lancer. As they discuss the upcoming battles, the boy kindly tells Sigma to become stronger and overcome Watcher's trials to "become somebody."[1]
Abilities[]
The boy, as one of Watcher's Shadows, is not being manifested in the capacity of a Heroic Spirit. His presence is not like that of a Servant, but rather something directly manifested within the brain of the Master of Watcher through the Skill Watcher.[3][4] He has no ability to interact with the physical world, lacking abilities like Noble Phantasms or the ability to wield a weapon.[5] Like Servants, he has been granted knowledge of the modern world by the Holy Grail, and he is able to impart any knowledge observed by Watcher.[1]

Personal Skills
■ Watcher: B
A skill that represents the unique form of a Watcher’s contract with their Master. In this Heroic Spirit’s case, that means communicating with her Master via “shadows.”
■ Trials of _____: B
A variant of a certain anti-humanity skill. Watcher is able to bestow trials on lifeforms born from wombs by altering their luck. Because it is not powerful enough to manipulate fate, this ability is primarily used on Watcher’s own Master. Watcher’s Master is extremely likely to die.
■ Overlook All Creation: B
The ability to comprehend events taking place in the set area where Watcher was summoned. At rank B, it is limited to events observed via sight, hearing, and sensing magical energy.
■ Denizen of a Different Phase: A
A skill that indicates invincibility except under certain specific conditions. Watcher contradicts the current state of the world and therefore can never manifest with a body like other Servants. Conversely, Watcher is able to manifest only a portion of her body for less than 0.00001 seconds only in the moment that the conditions are met and she is destroyed.
