The French Incident is a gathering of Dead Apostle Ancestors in a city in France following the manifestation of Michael Roa Valdamjong as Elesia.
History
There is a strong implication that Dr. Arach was present during the French Incident, since spider-like Ghouls and undead whose bodies sprouted thorns were among the undead that devoured Elesia’s village.
