Hideo Hayama (葉山英雄, Hayama Hideo?) is the teacher of Class 1-D at Reien Girl's Academy in Kara no Kyoukai.

Hideo was hired as a teacher just because he was a relative to the chair person of the school. He was a criminal who was taking his students out of school for relationship money. After Kaori Tachibana died, he was questioned by Misaya Ouji, got in a quarrel, and was accidentally killed. He was replaced by Satsuki Kurogiri.
