Humanity Foundation Value

The Humanity Foundation Value (人理焼却^?) is a value assigned to Singularities encountered by Chaldea Security Organization.

Characteristics

The value follows Parameter Rules. Micro-singularities of the smallest size noted by Chaldea will register at least E- normally. Anything that falls below that cannot be considered a singularity. The reading of ERROR in the Traum Singularity is a particularly unique situation, as the Singularity's reading is not immeasurable and thus cannot be given the EX rank, yet the source of the ERROR reading is unknown.
