The unnamed spearman is a soldier of Iskandar's army. He is a Non-classed Servant summoned by Iskandar's Noble Phantasm Ionioi Hetairoi.

The spearman's True Name is unknown. After death, he was sublimated as a Heroic Spirit, one of the many soldiers able to be called by Iskandar's Noble Phantasm Ionioi Hetairoi due to their shared bond as soldier and retainer.[1]

The spearman is summoned along with the other members of Iskandar's army to fight Hassan of the Hundred Faces,[1] the Gigantic Horror summoned by Caster,[2] and Gilgamesh during the course of the Fourth Fuyuki Holy Grail War.[3]

The spearman appears as one of Tank Man's four attendants, given the name Bright Forehead (デコ朗, Deko-rō?).[5]
Abilities[]
When summoned as a Servant of Ionioi Hetairoi, the spearman does not have a Servant Class, his own Skills, or Noble Phantasms.[6] Servant Classes are unnecessary to be assigned to those summoned in such a capacity, and Noble Phantasms cannot be manifested due to the limitations of Iskandar's abilities.[6] He is granted E- Independent Action, so he can only exist for "30 turns" upon manifestation.[7]

Creation and Conception[]
The spearman, like all members of the Ionioi Hetairoi, was designed by Shidzuki Morii for one of several booklet images included with Sound Drama Fate/Zero CD in 2010.[8] He has remained unnamed, excluding a parody nickname in Sensha Otoko in 2012.[5] He later appeared in the Fate/Zero anime adaptation in 2011.[9] He was again depicted in the Lord El-Melloi II Case Files: Grace Note anime in 2019.[4]
