Izaya Kii (紀伊イザヤ, Kii Izaya?) is the Master of Berserker in the Moon Holy Grail War of Fate/EXTRA CCC Fox Tail.

Background[]
At some point in the past, Izaya worked with Mr. Sakagami, but apparently parted ways before having met his son, Kazuhito Sakagami.[1]
Appearance[]
A tall man with uneven, light coloured hair and thin facial hair. He wears a plain jacket, trousers and dark coloured v-neck shirt and dark gloves.
Personality[]
Izaya appears to be very pragmatic, seeing servants as simply tools and summoning a Berserker class servant in order to ensure their loyalty.[1]
Role[]
Izaya appears as Kazuhito's first opponent in the Moon Holy Grail War, causing him to doubt himself for a moment before Saber interjects on his behalf. When Suzuka starts to pressure them in battle, Izaya uses his Command Spell to force Berserker to use his Noble Phantasm. Despite this, Suzuka overcomes it and cuts down Berserker. Despite his earlier comments, Kazu resolves to watch Izaya's death as a burden of the victor.[1]
Abilities[]
Given his previous work with Mr. Sakagami, it is likely that Izaya is both a magus and a hacker, capable of using both traditional Magecraft and Spiritron Hacking.
