JesusWP (イエス, Iesu?) is the MessiahWP of the Christian faith, which considers him the son of the Abrahamic God.
Profile[]
Background[]
Jesus guided Martha, and gave a cross staff to her. She kept her faith even after his execution.[2]
When Jesus was crucified, he was stabbed in the side with a spear by the Roman centurion Lucius Longinus to confirm his death. The spear in question gained holy powers from being exposed to his blood, and came to be known as Holy Spear Longinus.
Ahasuerus and Herodias mocked Jesus when he was being crucified and laughed at his pain, and so were cursed to live forever until Christ's return during the Last Judgment.[3]
It is said Jesus cleansed the seven sinsWP.[4]
The Holy Grail received his blood, and its name has been invoked for various wish granting devices throughout history. Wars fought over such objects have been called Holy Grail Wars.[5] The true Holy Grail has been sought by figures such as the Knights of the Round Table, particularly Galahad.[6]
Objects relating to Jesus, Relics of the Son of God, such as the Grail and the nails used to crucify him, are sought after by the Church as holy relics.[5][7] People who are related to Jesus gain Divinity. His ancestor David and legal father Joseph of NazarethWP gained weak qualifications of divine nature.[8]

Jeanne d'Arc intially believed the unborn Saber Udon Servant to be Jesus, though this was later proven to be incorrect when the child proposed to her, Mash Kyrielight, and Artoria Pendragon, much to the Saint's shock.

[] Fate/complete material III: World Material - Theory of Magic - The two great forces in the Thaumaturgy world: The Holy Church, p.052 Holy Church
The Catholic Church that we know also exists within the world of Fate/stay night. Centered in western Europe, its influence stretches over the entire world. The primary missions of the Catholic Church are to preach the love of God and to help the sick and poor, but beneath this is a mysterious organization that pursues different goals — the Holy Church.
The objective of the Holy Church is the extermination of heresy. The use of occult arts to insult God, to kill people, to beguile the public, and to twist the laws of divine Providence that govern the world, all fall under the umbrella of heresy and must be eradicated. However, heretics are powerful. Vampire fangs and magical bullets all make short work of human flesh. For this reason, the Church possesses trump cards such as Executors, knightly orders, and the Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament.
The Church has long been engaged in bloody conflict with the Magic Association, but in recent times they have finally reached a state of peace. (Though, covert and private battles still occur.) In contrast to the Magic Association which is a loose collection of collaborators whose sole, absolute goal is to reach the Root, the Holy Church is a gathering of compatriots who share a common ideology. The unity among those of the Church who are connected by the singular bond of faith is far removed from the infighting and mutual distrust of the Magic Association. In this sense, the Church is a powerful organization. Although the Church’s members debate their interpretation of doctrine, these simply amount to reasonable discussions on how to become better people.
•Executors, purgers of heretics
Executioners of the Church. Pure, armed agents that carry out the Church’s denunciation of “heresies outside the doctrine of the Holy Church,” be they bloodsuckers, monsters, or magi.
Although they do work with other parts of the Church, the task of Executors is not the purification of demons via exorcism, but rather execution — the direct destruction of demons.
While the Executors have no doubt in the Church or God, the values and morals of many agents deviate from the norm.
Kotomine Kirei is also an Executor of the Holy Church, and was affiliated with the Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament. His combat strength, which combines bājíquán and magic, is superhuman.
•Magic and baptismal rites of the Holy Church
Magic is viewed by the followers of the Church as a heretical art that should never be studied. However, it is permitted to learn the Church’s form of magic: “miracles.” These have been codified into simple rituals called baptismal rites.
These rituals use the global foundation that is the Church’s doctrine, so they can be activated regardless of the caster’s physical location. Unlike other magics that use mystic energy to smash stones, baptismal rites have no power of physical interference. However, they exert tremendous power against spiritual bodies.
A spiritual body that receives a rite of baptism is immediately compelled to sublimate by the word of the Lord, and returns to where it belongs. This is so-called exorcism, the purification of demons.
Kýrie, eléison: When this holy seal bears the sacred scripture “Lord, have mercy,” it radiates the light of God. Wayward souls are purified by its guiding light, and sent to the place where they belong.
•Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament
The remains and blood of saints, the nails that crucified Christ, the 30 silver coins of Judas, and other items with the holy attribute are call holy relics, and the special agency for collecting and managing these holy relics scattered across the globe is called the "Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament".
"Sacraments" refers to the seven graces that God bestows in the Catholic faith: Baptism, Holy Eucharist, Matrimony, Holy Orders, Confirmation, Penance, Anointing. The "Eighth Sacrament" refers to the "Grace that doesn't Exist" in the rightful faith. Put into other words, this can also be said to be "power separated from the faith". In other words, the Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament is a group of special clerics who do not fear being involved in heretical power such as magery, and are trained for retrieving the hidden relics.
•Burial Agency
An armed organization composed of the Church’s most powerful members. In addition to its immense fighting strength, the Burial Agency has the authority to summarily purge someone judged to be a heretic, even if they carry a rank as high as archbishop.
The quality that the Burial Agency seeks in its members is the ability to kill heretics with certainty; faith and personality are secondary and tertiary considerations. Unsurprisingly, its agents are full of character flaws. They are also powerful enough to match Servants in battle, despite having merely human bodies.
The Burial Agency’s greatest foes are vampires, particularly the most ancient and powerful Twenty-Seven Dead Apostle Ancestors. Oddly enough, the agency’s policy to seek strength above all has led it to employ one of the Twenty-Seven Ancestors in its ranks. - ↑ Garden of Avalon - Chapter 03: The Waning Sun

King of Israel
David is based on the king of ancient Israel who appears in the Old Testament. Placing his duty as an agent of God first and foremost, he possesses the strength of will to maintain an extreme calm in the face of utter desperation, clear-mindedly evaluating his situation in a realistic manner. To his view, "All humans upon this earth have a place within God's plan," and should be regarded with appropriate respect. Typical of many heroes, however, he has a weakness for women with nice bodies, occasionally muttering, "I wish to take a wife for myself ..." Though he is considered an unparalleled genius in his talent with a harp, he possesses little skill in dancing. However, he favors both as his pastimes.

Legend
As a shepherd, he was told by the prophet Samuel that he had been given a special role from God. He is famous for episodes such as performing with a harp in front of Saul, king of Israel, to exorcise him from an evil spirit, and defeating the Philistine giant Goliath. Saul soon became jealous of David's glory in battle, and he became the target of assassination attempts. However, after Saul dies in battle with the Philistines, David ascends the throne and conquers Jerusalem. David's only disgrace is his disregarding the law to pursue the married woman Bathsheba. He murders his vassal to obtain her, and he endures God's punishment for it in his last years.

Skills
- Divine Protection
The form and flesh of a man prophecized to be king, bearing the quick-wittedness and brute strength to defeat beasts unaided. Though he has been resurrected by the power of the Grail, Servant does not regard himself as a vessel to the soul of his original -- merely as an instrument of God. He does not terribly mind this existence, content merely to feel the grace of his Lord.
- Harp Performance
In life, the Servant is said to have exorcized evil spirits on the behalf of King Saul of Israel with use of his harp alone. His skill with the instrument is such that he is capable of purging mental interference and restoring psychological stability to those who listen to his music. However, the accuracy of projectiles and polearms suffer a large Rank Down within hearing range. The Servant's act of exorcism may have a modern analogue in musical therapy.
- Divinity
Though the Servant was originally a mere shepherd in life, as an ancestor of Christ, he qualified weakly as a being of divine nature -- perhaps equivalent in rank to Joseph of Nazareth. He possesses some defense against the action of conceptual relics and Noble Phantasms based in the divinity of Christ (though not those based in the divinity of God) -- for example, "holy shrouds," "the stakes of the Crucifixion," and "the Lancea Longini"; possibly even "the Holy Grail."
- Charisma
A prodigy of military tactics and command in life, the Servant called to arms a force of 320 thousand men to seize the city of Jerusalem. For the long path of bloodshed that he wrought as a military leader, he later deemed to seek the forgiveness of God by building a place of worship in his capital. (Due to certain circumstances, it was not built until the reign of his son, Solomon.)
Noble Phantasms
- Hamesh Avanim: The Five Stones
The slingshot that defeated the giant Goliath. A Noble Phantasm that consists of five decorated stones bound by the line of a sling, normally carried behind the Servant's waist. Hamesh Avanim expresses David's generosity: As projectiles, the first four stones are used as warning shots as the Servant attempts to persuade his opponent to lay down arms. If said opponent fails to comply, the fifth stone may be launched -- a rapid, nonlethal attack that is extremely difficult to evade. Normal Heroic Spirits are rendered unconscious on impact, and their belongings are "redesignated" to the possession of the user of the Hamesh Avanim; that is, even if they take hold of their former Noble Phantasms, usage is disallowed by divine authority. The sling itself is the true Hamesh Avanim, and the five projectiles are merely normal stones that have undergone transfiguration; they may be unendingly replenished.
- Sacrifice: Flames Upon the Altar
The "flame that carries the hottest heat, shinning brightly, which flared up by God's commands" which appears in the Book of Numbers of the Old Testament. A phantasmal incense burner in deactivation. Ketoret is burned within, and when the violet fumes that issue have enveloped the target, thunderclouds and mist gather overhead -- giving the impression of Mount Sinai; from them, a fire descends from the heavens, incinerating without a trace all those who would oppose the will of God. The flames are shaped like an altar.
- Ark: The Chest of the Covenant
A wooden box that contains the original engravings of the Ten Commandments issued to Moses by God. As a Noble Phantasm, its effect is narrow but absolute; besides the Servant that carries them, all those who would deem to touch the box without authorization are drained of their magical energy unto death. Upon seizure of Jerusalem and the removal of the Philistines, King David of Israel appointed the city as his capital, and situated within it the Ark of the Covenant.
