Fumio Konno (紺野文緒, Kon'no Fumio?) is the class president of Class 1-D at Reien Girl's Academy in Kara no Kyoukai.

Background[]
Fumio transferred into the Academy the same year as Azaka Kokutou. As of January 1999, she was the class president of First Year Classroom D. Her father is the owner of the Natsumi Hall hotel that is used as a dormitory for Reien students.[1]
Appearance[]
Fumio is 176cm tall,[1] placing her among the tallest students of the academy. She has an appearance that could allow her to pass herself off as a college student. She does not fit the stereotype of the type of student the academy seeks to produce.[1]

Fumio is described as "forceful and exuberant."[1]
Role[]
Azaka meets with Fumio as part of her investigation.
In Garden of Oblivion, she is the second murder victim at the dormitory after having killed Kanata Ishizue.[1]
