Eliminate everything that is unnecessary to him.” Alicia last words to Julius was to “Take good care of Leo for me.”[2]
Alma Petresia
Alma Petresia (アルマ・ペトレシア, Aruma Petoreshia?) is a Christian sister who works at the church in Trifas under the authority of the Holy Church. She is completely unrelated to the Church's Executors or the Assembly of the Eighth Sacrament, and was merely ordered, “For now, watch over the situation of this town”. She never investigated matters unnecessarily, simply ignoring the existence of the magi in town and passing several decades there in an unconcerned manner. Naturally, she is not able to get excited and passionate at her age. Just when she thought that, she received a shock from Ruler who appeared before her suddenly. When Alma first saw her, she realized with a glance that she was the esteemed saint Jeanne d’Arc and almost fainted.[3]

In the world of Fate/strange Fake, Yggdmillennia no longer exists as of the modern age. He appears during the True and False Holy Grail Wars as one of the many opportunistic magi in the city of Snowfield.[4] He is captured by Flat Escardos and False Berserker while seemingly meaning to attack the two, and he is kept with several other magi with the same intentions, Carl Lexarm, Hyouma Sagara, Silvelt Kotcheff, and members of the Zugzwang. When Berserker takes on the appearance of Assassin of Black by mistake, he and the other captives instinctively shudder in fear for reasons unknown, having been tortured and killed by her in the Apocrypha world.

They were essentially their traders who’d barter for any needed materials the homunculi family could not acquire on their own. Based in a separate house from the Einzbern castle, they possessed the aesthetic sense needed to take care of the Einzberns.
This family, along with the Einzberns themselves, had dwindled in number over generations and, by the time of Fate/stay night, only one remained. This person often worked in the castle as a butler and would teach the medieval-minded homunculi about the outside world.
His whereabouts after the conclusion of the Fifth Holy Grail War are unknown.[6]

While he is not that dangerous as a person, he has a magic attribute that is more troublesome to magi than any other ever recorded. He had been locked away at the bottom of London Tower due to this reason,[8] but he escaped somewhen at the end of the 20th century.[9] While he has not appeared in any Type-Moon works, Fate/complete material III suggests he will have a role eventually,[8] while he is briefly referenced in Lord El-Melloi II Case Files material.

He employed Lancer to work as a waiter for his restaurant, as well as two part-time clerks: Chikagi Katsuragi and Hibiki Hibino. Mecha-Shiki (メカ志貴, Meka-Shiki?) is a parody character featured in a Drama CD involving Illyasviel von Einzbern and Ruby from Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA☆ILLYA, Hisui, Mech-Hisui, Kohaku, and Akiha Tohno. Like Mech-Hisui, he is a creation of Kohaku. He is voiced by Kenji NojimaWP.
Narbareck (Ancestor)
Narbareck (ナルバレック, Narubarekku?) is the ancestor of Narbareck. She was the co-founder of the Agency along with Michael Roa Valdamjong, and each director since then has always been one of her descendants.[66] She knew of Roa's intentions to become a Dead Apostle in pursuit of his immortality, but said she would be unwilling to leave the Church and could not live with him. Despite the Burial Agency's goals of hunting heretics, she showed no plans to stop Roa's transformation, even going to say that she would tell her own child, "After around a hundred years, another newcomer Dead Apostle will appear. It is pointless to take notice of him, so ignore him." He then explained that would be unnecessary because the strongest True Ancestor sucking his blood would quickly turn him into the strongest Dead Apostle.[67]
Rita Rozay-en
Rita Rozay-en (リタ・ロズィーアン, Rita Rozīan?), known as Self-styled: The Artist's Lady (自称、芸術家のお嬢様, Jishō, Geijutsuka no Ojōsama?), is a typical high-class vampire with a liking for artistry. She is the successor of her parent vampire, having inherited their castle, where she takes a nightly blood bath. She is known for her arrogance, and for doing whatever she pleases. Possibly due to a crooked personality, she is never satisfied with her actions. She holds an odd friendship with Sumire; they have sworn to die by each other's hands.[68] In the world of Lord El-Melloi II Case Files exists the manager of the Rail Zeppelin who is known as a Dead Apostle by the name of Rozay-en, who is either Rita Rozay-en herself or another member of her clan. The Dead Apostle fled from the train after a battle with Touko Aozaki. The Rail Zeppelin Deputy Manager is an emanation left behind by the manager afterwards.
Rizo-Waal Strout
Rizo-Waal Strout (リィゾ=バール・シュトラウト, Ryizo-Bāru Shutorauto?), also known as Black Knight Strout (黒騎士シュトラウト, Kurokishi Shutorauto?), is one of the oldest three Dead Apostles and is one of Altrouge Brunestud's bodyguards. He owes his immortality to a time curse and he wields a demonic sword named True Demon Neardark (真性悪魔ニアダーク, Shinsei Akuma Niadāku?). He is thought to be "invincible" due to his "curse of time". Kagetsu Tohya mentions him being Shiki Tohno's rival in a potential Tsukihime 2.[69]
Stanrobe Calhin
Stanrobe Calhin (スタンローブ・カルハイン, Sutanrōbu Karuhain?), the Stantia:the First Wraith (第一の亡霊(スタンティア), Daiichi no Bōrei (Sutantia)?), is an Ancestor who still exists as a ghost after being destroyed by the Church. He still retains his immense destructive power that allowed him to destroy everyone and everything related to him and earned him the nicknames Duke of Predation (捕食公爵, Hoshoku Kōshaku?) and City Devourer (街食うモノ, Machi Kuu Mono?). He will continue to exist for at least two hundred years before his existence dissipates completely. His "annoying qualities" cannot be matched by anyone, and Aoko Aozaki mentions that he would be attracted to the ritual performed by Dust of Osiris.[70]
Sumire
Sumire (スミレ, Sumire?), also known as the Water Bottle (ウォーター・ボトル, Uōtā Botoru?) and Sumire the Water Demon (水魔スミレ, Suima Sumire?), is a vampire who lives underwater. She has conquered the traditional vampire weakness of being unable to cross bodies of water, though it has also made her weaker on land. She is very strong, being the only Dead Apostle able to use Marble Phantasm and to teleport, though she is considered to be inept due to excessive drinking. She looks like a big sister who easily gets drunk and although she has a castle, nothing is in there. She is a natural pessimist, but she is capable of enjoying most any activity. She is on good terms with Rita Rozay-en, and they share a pact to kill each other. In a possible Tsukihime 2, she would have the role of a drunkard that gets in Shiki's way.[71]
The Dark Six
The Dark Six is (or are) the Original Dead Apostle (最初の死徒, Saisho no Shito?) known as the Six Royalties of the Dark (闇色の六王権, Anshoku no Rokuōken?) and the Oldest and Highest System (最古にして最高のシステム, Saiko nishite Saikō no Shisutemu?). As such, it has not reached one-hundred percent completion and is currently resuscitating.[72] It is supposed to bring all Dead Apostles together once it awakens in the Aylesbury ritual.
Youichi Takada
Youichi Takada (高田 陽一, Takada Yōichi?) is a classmate of Shiki Tohno and Arihiko Inui. He is a "mysterious character" who occasionally shows up, described as "something you'd see in a manga." No details of his life are known, and he has a great personality. He rides a Honda Dream 50WP.[73]
Tsuki no Sango
Characters in the short story Tsuki no Sango.
Chief Yuzukura
Chief Yuzukura (ユズクラ室長代理?) is the supervisor of the Man of the Earth.
Engineer Inumaichihiyu
Engineer Inumaichihiyu (イヌマイチヒコ技術員?) is a colleague of the Man of the Earth who committed suicide.
Ise
Ise (イセ?) is one of the fifty Islanders, and she serves the Princess as an attendant, helping her prepare for things like meeting suitors. She only appears in the manga adaptation, shown to be apologetic to the Prince of Arishima about the princess's actions.
Prince of Arishima
The Prince of Arishima (アリシマの君, Arishima no Kimi?) is an unnamed suitor seeking marriage with the Storyteller Girl due to the island she inhabits being the "hope of humanity." As with the previous fifteen suitors, he is given an impossible task used to define her view of love, so he leaves angrily without even attempting it. Even more impossible than normal, she asks for a fish from the Moon that obviously does not exist, and it would involve taking the one-way journey to the Moon without a method of return. She justifies it in that him showing up on a full moon without any tact makes it his fault. He is more humble towards the rejection in the manga adaptation, understanding that she has her own circumstances. He envies the peacefulness of the island, wishing that the world could reflect it.
Sui
Sui (スイ?) is one of the fifty Islanders, and she serves the Princess as an attendant, helping her prepare for things like meeting suitors. She only appears in the manga adaptation, shown trying to convince her to take a spouse at the behest of the Island's committee.
