Mysterious Ranmaru X (謎の蘭丸Ｘ, Nazo no Ranmaru X?), Class Name Avenger (アヴェンジャー, Avenjā?), is an Avenger-class Servant Universe Servant summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru in the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order.

Mysterious Ranmaru X is the Servant Universe counterpart of Mori Ranmaru.
Mysterious Ranmaru X is the mysterious Ranmaru who came flying in from the Ranmaru planet in a far-off corner of the galaxy, where many Ranmaru live, and possesses the title of "Ranmaru X" that only the best of the best Ranmarus are permitted to call themselves.[1]
She has been summoned in the Avenger Class, in the name of getting revenge for all the Ranmarus who bear a desire for revenge against the power of the dark, rebellious creature that writhes in the galaxy, Akechi Soul.
Therefore, when Akechi Soul is involved, she demonstrates a cruelty of unclear origins, and will never pardon those of Mori-type planets, but otherwise, she is fundamentally the incarnation of cuteness, so please forgive her.[1]
Appearance[]
Ranmaru X wears a black eyepatch to cover her red right eye which has special powers.
While she is not technically related to Mori Nagayoshi due to being from different universes, both of them have a set of sharp chompers and at least one blood-covered expression to show that they are fundamentally siblings.
Whether she is a boy or a girl depends entirely on her Ranmanium growth cycles.[2]

Personality[]
She has the strange characteristic of being loved by those with particular achievements (mostly those of the ruling class).
Whether or not this is due to the mysterious magical element carried in her body, Ranmarium, is a subject of debate in academia.
She has the qualifications of an A-grade super-attendant, and for the lord she has chosen, she will take the greatest pleasure in serving devotedly for her entire life.
Mysterious Ranmaru X finally arrived on this planet after a long journey, guided on her path by a faint cry.
That being said, something needs to be done about Mysterious Ranmaru X right away, because she’s making these explanations nonsensical.[1]

Back in the Servant Universe, Mori Ranmaru won the Ranmaru Battle, a competition held on their native planet to determine who was the strongest of them.[2] Having proven herself the greatest Ranmaru,[2] she was given the name "Mysterious Ranmaru X", the most exalted of their planet's titles.[4]
Combat[]
Her main weapon is the Fudou Yukimitsu Saber, which performs dimensional separation to attack with countless blades. The Ranmaru Blade (蘭丸ブレード?) is an Odachi passed down by tradition on the Ranmaru planet, wielded with third-grade interstellar flight swordsmanship.[1] Her interstellar flying sword technique is ranked at level three. She was considered a sword fighting prodigy on her home planet.[4] Furthermore, she can use her blade to fly at 49 times the Speed of soundWP.[3]
When Ranmaru first broke into Chaldea, Hijikata Toshizou tried to stop her on his own. However, he was easily overpowered by her multiplying short swords and forced to call out for help. Okita Souji and Saitou Hajime jump in to repel her but they are pushed away as well. Li Shuwen is the first who manages to push Ranmaru back with one punch, but it fails to deal any damage. First Ascension Okita Souji Alter attacks her as well but Ranmaru blocks her strike. Being faced by so many experienced fighters simultaneously, Ranmaru was forced to use Ranmaru Strahl to temporarily blind them and get past them.[3] Nevertheless, Okita and Mash Kyrielight were able to restrain Ranmaru on their own at the end of the Showa Restoration Singularity.[2]
She claims she could defeat low-level fighters like Lancer Sakamoto Ryouma's Kinnobus all day long. After Ranmaru and Ritsuka Fujimaru defeated them, Sakamoto chose to retreat. He implied the odds would be stacked against him if he fought a Mage and a Servant working together.[4] On the other hand, Tanaka Shinbei could repel and move Ranmaru out of his way with a single blow. Furthermore, while Ranmaru retaliated with her Fudou Yukimitsu Saber, he didn't take any damage. Tanaka tried to finish her off with his Noble Phantasm, but Mori Nagayoshi saved her by shielding her with her own body.[5]
Ritsuka Fujimaru was agile enough to evade two consecutive attacks from Ranmaru. However, it might have been caused by her running out of Magical Energy at the time, as she collapsed soon afterward.[4]
Nobunaga's head[]
Halfway through the Showa Restoration Singularity, Mysterious Ranmaru X got stronger thanks to the close proximity to Nobunaga's head. Thanks to teaming up with Izumo-no-Okuni's Zanzaburou, the two Servants managed to repel Lancer Sakamoto Ryouma and brainwashed Oryou.[6]
She could block the bullets of Takasugi Shinsaku's Kiheitai soldiers.[7]

- Ranmanium (EX Rank): Ranmanium is a mysterious element from the Servant Universe. It is the only thing that can power the Magic Circuits of people from the Ranmaru clan. Travelling to a planet without Ranmaru is fatal to them. The only exception would be making a contract with a Master who has Command Spells.[4]

- Ranmaru Hand (B Rank): Ranmaru Hand. Ranmaru-chan notices every little detail anyway. She has perfected the attendant moves, becoming an elegant, graceful, and lovely A-grade super-attendant.[1]
- Ranmaru Eye (A Rank): Ranmaru Eyes. Anyone who engages in a tête-à-tête with Ranmaru will be charmed by her cute looks and lovely eyes, without exception! A useful power.[1] Just like all Ranmarus, X's right eye can monitor MRG (Master Recognition Geotracking) signals. Ranmaru claims that whoever possesses this eye is considered the greatest of all the Ranmarus.[4] The eyepatch she wears is designed to suppress the special Magical Energy emanating from her right eye. Furthermore, her eyes are two different colours. Those that see her marvelous right eye must choose between two fates; being killed, or becoming a lord, at least according to Ranmaru.[1]

Noble Phantasm[]
Mysterious Ranmaru X's Noble Phantasm is Orchid Rounds X. Ranmaru used it alongside Izumo-no-Okuni's Okuni Repertoire - Kabuki of the Izumo Wild God to deal the finishing blow against Takasugi Shinsaku's Arahabaki.[8]
