Nega-Keraunos: Thou, Cosmos-Cleaving Thunderbolt (汝、宙を裂く雷霆, Nanji, Chū o Saku Raitei?) is the second Noble Phantasm of Typhon. It is the Authority of Zeus, his lightning, which Typhon stole.[2] Nega-Keraunos is a powerful blast of black and red lightning.[2] A new destruction device created by the Progenitor Dragon Typhon hacking into Zeus’s blueprint. Its output can’t go above Zeus’s restrictions, but that’s actually beneficial for Typhon.[3] The limitation prevents Typhon from inadvertently summoning Chaos.[1]
At its core, it’s a breath from Typhon's draconic form. By manipulating the elements of fire and wind, it channels charged particles infused with inverted magical energy, culminating in a concentrated burst of purified violet lightning.[1]
Variations[]
Bai Ruolong[]
Bai Ruolong has Typhon inside of him and so is capable of using Nega-Keraunos. Even with the output limited, using this is as close as humanly possible to self-destruction for Ruolong. A super move that takes mobilizing almost all of his Magic Circuits and magical energy.[3]
He converts half of his Blaze of Etna armor into artillery. Using the elements of flame and wind, he induces charge into particles laced with inverted magical energy. And a bolt of lightning mixed with black and red instantly blasts in the target’s direction.[3] He can use it twice in quick succession, but his Dragon Core can't recharge quickly enough for a third time.[2]
When Ruo's Nega-Keraunos clashed with a copy of it that Ergo created with Per Djet, just the shockwave from the two blasts clashing was enough to break through four layers of Rin Tohsaka's version of Rho Aias.[2]
Typhon Ephemeros[]
Nega-Keraunos: Thou, Cosmos-Cleaving Thunderbolt (汝、宙を裂く雷霆, Nanji, Chū o Saku Raitei?) is the second Noble Phantasm of Typhon Ephemeros.
When Typhon Ephemeros utilizes this ability, Typhon's draconic form virtually manifests, synchronizing with her Anti-Holy Grail. This enables her to unleash the lightning breath, though the act itself pushes her perilously close to annihilation. In such instances, nearly all her magical energy and circuits are fully engaged, converting half of her Emberglow Armor's outer shell into her primary cannon.[1]
The Noble Phantasm's rank is consequently diminished, as it is wielded by Ephemeros, rather than by Typhon itself.[1]
Development[]
Its name is similar to Lostbelt Zeus's Noble Phantasm, World Discipline Keraunos.

The black and red usurped Keraunos. In other words, the Typhon Version of Zeus’ Thunder.

若瓏（ルォロン）の切り札。
簒奪せし赤と黒の雷霆。つまりはゼウスサンダー・テュフォンバージョン。
太祖竜テュフォンが、ゼウスの設計図をハックして、新たに作り上げた破壊機構。仕様上、ゼウスが制限していたところまでしか出力は出ないが、むしろテュフォンとしては好都合だった。
出力が制限されているとはいえ、若瓏（ルォロン）がこれを使うことは限りなく自滅に等しい。ほぼ全ての魔力と魔術回路を動員して、やっと成せる必殺技。
外殻『灰燼灼鎧（ブレイズ・オブ・エトナ）』の半分を主砲へと変換。炎と風の元素をもって、反転した魔力を帯びた荷電粒子を誘導。赤と黒の入り混じった稲妻が、一気に対象に向けて放出する。
