Cardinal Noi Seonator Granfatima (枢機卿ノイ・セオナトール・グランファテマ, Sūkikyō Noi Seonatōru Guranfatema^?), also called Priest Noi (ノイ司祭, Noi Shisai^?), is a member of the Holy Church. Within Tsukihime Worlds, he is the first member of the Burial Agency.

Grigori Rasputin, acting as a member of the Church before the destruction of Chaldea, comments that Noi personally commends Ritsuka Fujimaru for their accomplishments of finishing the Grand Order of the Human Order Incineration Incident and wishes to keep them safe from possible punishment from the Mage's Association. The veracity of Rasputin's words (given his treachery and nature as a Pseudo-Servant) are unknown.

He is mentioned by Noel as the current first-ranked member of the Burial Agency. After the death of Vlov Arkhangel in Arcueid’s route, Mario Gallo Bestino considers having Ciel and Noel return to the Burial Agency’s headquarters and have him invited to Souya in their stead.

As a member of the Burial Agency, he is one of the Church's strongest Executors. Ciel notes he has some sort of specialty for what she refers to as "conclusive weapons".
