Ono no KomachiWP (小野小町WP?), Class Name Sparkling Caster (キラキラのキャスター, Kirakira no Kyasutā?), is a Caster-class Servant summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru during the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order.
Profile[]
Identity[]
A luminary of Heian-period poetry, she was lauded as one of the Six Poetic Immortals and secured her place among the Thirty-Six Immortals of Poetry. With a beauty that turned heads across the ages, she holds a place in the triumvirate of the Three Great Beauties of the World, alongside Cleopatra and Yang Guifei.
Her origins and background remain shrouded in mystery, with countless theories swirling around her, and even her very name continues to puzzle scholars. She has been a palimpsest onto which countless myths and speculations have been inscribed.
Even now, summoned as a Heroic Spirit in the capacity of a Servant, she retains the same air of ambiguity, rarely disclosing anything about her origins. Yet there is one truth she proclaims with certainty: "I am the [grand]daughter of Ono no Takamura."[1]
Appearance[]
Personality[]
1st & 2nd Ascensions[]
A romantic poetry aficionada, she drifts through the world as though dreamwalking. Enigmatic, arcane, and the holder of a beauty that lingers in the mind, her base specs are nothing short of formidable—capable of achieving any feat, provided she sets her will to it. And yet, teamwork remains her Achilles’ heel… at least in her Second Ascension.
When she dons her glasses (First Ascension), the enigmatic aura that once cloaked her lifts, revealing a quiet, unassuming figure who seldom takes the initiative or throws herself into anything headfirst.
Left to her own devices, she will bury herself in Murasaki Shikibu’s library, losing herself in books, with a particular fondness for shoujo manga. In this specific incarnation, she has cultivated an abiding passion for the colourful, dreamlike realm of modern Japanese shoujo storytelling.[1]
3rd Ascension[]
No longer bound by mortal constraints, she transforms into a transcendent being of boundless compassion and graceful presence, shining as a beacon of liberation for all sattva.[1]
Role[]
Fate/Grand Order[]
Abilities[]
Upon reaching her Third Ascension, where she fully emanates as a Nirmāṇakāya of Avalokiteśvara, she shuns all manner of physical combat. Taigong Wang surmises that she is employing some form of conceptual tampering while Xuanzang Sanzang notes her grace is bending both karma and casuality. Her ever-reaching hands, blazing infernos, and raging torrents are not mere worldly occurrences but direct interventions from a higher plane, though.[1]

- Daughter of Takamura (B+ Rank): The origins of Ono no Komachi remain a matter of conjecture, but the figure summoned in Chaldea seems to recognize Ono no Takamura as either her father or grandfather. She intermittently calls upon a spirit bearing his likeness for offensive purposes, oscillating between “Grandfather” and “Father” in her address. Ono no Takamura, a poet of the Heian period’s dawn, is also immortalized in folklore as an underworld official under Yamarāja. The spirit Komachi summons seems to align with this portrayal.
