The Mystic Eye Collection Train: Rail Zeppelin (魔眼蒐集列車, Magan Shūshū Ressha?), also called the Schienenzeppelin,[1] is a train running in Europe on which auctions for Mystic Eyes are held, featured in Lord El-Melloi II Case Files.[2][3][4][5]
Principles[]

The train is comprised of twelve cars; three cars making up the locomotive section (including main car Rircapello), a dining car, a lobby car, five guest cars and two freight cars.[2] The second carriage, called the Pandemonium Room (万魔眼球庫 ?), is where the auction takes place, its dimensions expanded through space-distorting magecraft to be twice as wide as it was long and its inner walls crammed with glass cylinders containing more than ten thousand eyeballs.[6]

The Rail Zeppelin is armed with a Mystic Eye Projector, which uses the main car Rircapello and the Spiritual Nature Regression-type Lense Roseeye to push the abilities of a given Mystic Eye to its absolute limits, completely incinerating it to exhibit power hundreds to thousands of times its normal capabilities.[7]

The original owner, Rita Rozay-en, was a Dead Apostle Ancestor, who disappeared after the train was destroyed in a battle by Touko Aozaki, leaving behind a shadowy representative who appeared after the train was rebuilt. The train's conductor is Rodin and the auctioneer is Leandra.[5][8][9]
The train originally only ran in the heart of Northern Europe, but after being repaired, it began appearing throughout the whole of Europe, even in Britain despite being surrounded by sea.[5]

Mahoutsukai no Yoru[]
It is briefly mentioned that, as part of their exploits across Europe, Touko Aozaki and Lugh Beowulf once boarded the train.[1] During the journey, Touko was apparently involved in a battle which destroyed the train and caused the disappearance of the original owner.[5]

The Rail Zeppelin serves as the main stage for the third arc of the series.[2][3][4] It was involved in the plot of Doctor Heartless to summon the Servant Faker, by linking it and the Child of Einnashe to the Greater Grail in Fuyuki via Ley Lines, creating a fake Holy Grail.[2][3][4]
During the course of these events, the train encountered the Child of Einnashe twice.[2][3][4]

The Rail Zeppelin returns, called by Reines, to help Lord El-Melloi II, Gray, Luviagelita Edelfelt, Jiroubou Seigen Tokitou, and Flueger catch up to Doctor Heartless in the Spiritual Tomb of Albion.[10]
Fate/strange Fake[]
Galvarosso Scladio, the head of the Scladio Family, spent a fortune at a Rail Zeppelin auction to acquire and implant Mystic Eyes of Future Sight in himself. The Mystic Eyes were only able to show him a single future, his own death.[11]
Fate/Grand Order[]
Prior to the start of the game, Marisbury Animusphere won many Mystic Eyes at one of the train's auctions. Chaldea's Mnemosyne system was installed with the Mystic Eyes to use them as part of its job of observing Chaldea's Masters in Singularities.[12]
Because it can run through other worlds, the Rail Zeppelin was able to avoid the bleaching of the Earth caused by the Alien God. However, without rayshift technology, the train cannot breach the bounded field of a Singularity. Rodin and the Deputy Manager are still aboard the train.[12]
While Ritsuka Fujimaru's body is going through the Patchwork London Singularity, a physical embodiment of their memories wakes up aboard the Rail Zeppelin along with Faker, who somehow was able to retain her memories of when Doctor Heartless summoned her. Together Fujimaru and Faker make their way through the train while figuring out what brought them there. Rodin and the Deputy Manager have the train synchronizes to Ritsuka's memories, which in turn allows it to synchronise to the Singularity, allowing their memories to eventually "decrypt" the Singularity as their body regain memories, succeeding when their body defeat Mnemosyne and allowi Rail Zeppelin to enter.[12]

The stage of the Rail Zeppelin incident, which ushered in the second half of the Case Files story.
The ability to safely extract and transplant Mystic Eyes with one hundred percent certainty was limited to the Rail Zeppelin alone.
Though it originally only ran in the heart of Northern Europe, after being destroyed in battle by a certain Grand class doll maker, the original owner disappeared. Once the Rail Zeppelin had finally been repaired, it began to make appearances throughout the entirety of Europe, even being found in Britain, despite it being entirely surrounded by the sea. Miss Touko was really quite thorough.
The owner’s representative that appeared part way through is like a shadow of the original owner. Only Gray, whose spiritual sensitivity is extraordinarily high, or people like the conductor and auctioneer who had a connection to the original owner in life, can perceive her existence.魔眼蒐集列車【そのほか】
事件簿後半を告げる、魔眼蒐集列車編の舞台。
魔眼を安全かつ確実に摘出・移植できるのは、この魔眼蒐集列車ぐらいのものだ。
もともとは北欧を中心に走っていたのだが、とある冠位人形師との戦いに敗れた後、本来の支配人が姿を消し、やがて復活した魔眼蒐集列車は北欧のみならず、欧州の多くの土地で―――海を隔てたブリテンの土地でも見られるようになったのだという。橙子さんマジ半端ない。

One who knew the former owner. While riding the train of the Dead Apostle, she was responsible for moving hundreds of millions of dollars worth of money, which was thought to be a cause of significant anxiety for her.
In the original plans, her right hand had a large number of Mystic Eyes implanted within it to aid in the process of transplanting, but it was never shown in the story.レアンドラ【人名】
