Shikura City

Shikura City (支倉市, Shikura-shi^?) is a city in western Japan where the events of DDD take place.

Located in the very northern part of prefecture C, it has a population of 150,000 people. More than half of the town is made up of fields and mountains, which separate the town from the nearest railroad station by five kilometers. No matter how much money gets invested in the station front, it's still a town out in the country, two hours away by commuter express from the urban center.

Nozu

Nozu (能図, Nōzu^?) is the industrial area of Shikura City. Built on top of a hill and somewhat resembling a warship thrown onto the ground and left to rust, it is like a separate town within Shikura, an "island on the mainland" that only the locals approach. It consists of an industrial zone stretching three kilometers wide and sleeping quarters as the workers' living area, an open communal establishment consisting of 3,000 apartments in which 8,000 people live. The sleeping quarters house a market for food and domestic needs, and few residing families shop anywhere else. It can be reached by bus in half an hour, and recently a subway station has opened.

Water Tank

A water tank unmarked on the map and located in the forest five kilometers away from the station of Shikura. Looks sort of like a spaceship. Kaie Karyou's room is located underneath it.

Mikishiro Water Shikura Plant #2

Mikishiro Water Shikura Plant #2 (干城水產支倉第二工廠^?) is an abandoned can factory. It served as the hideout of Yukio Fusou.

A popular game among young people who couldn't become serious baseball players. Only 2 players are needed- a pitcher and a batter. The pitcher pitches the ball and all other results, such as whether it would be a good hit, are simulated.
