Souya

Souya (総耶?), Japan is the main setting of the Tsukihime Remake series. It is located in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area. Souya replaces Misaki Town from the original Tsukihime.

Tohno Residence[]

The home of Shiki Tohno and Akiha Tohno, also the place of residence of the maids Hisui and Kohaku. Dr. Arach also resides there, serving at the mansion as Akiha's "friend" and doing work on the building among other things.[1] The mansion is bigger than Metropolitan Souya High School.[2]

Development[]

Misaki Town from the original Tsukihime was in the outskirts of the the Kantō region, but as a result of Fate/Grand Order increasing the power scale of the setting Kinoko Nasu wanted the Tsukihime remake to "go Hollywood" and so decided to move it to a big city.[3]

Souya's name was first revealed on the Melty Blood: Type Lumina website on March 25, 2021.
