Takasugi (タカスギ, TAKASUGI?) is an AI created within the Showa Restoration Singularity.

Background[]
Takasugi is a "digital Heroic Spirit" hologram AI based on Takasugi Shinsaku that was created by the latter as a countermeasure in the event that Ama-no-Sakagami were to possess him. Due to this outcome never coming to fruition, the AI Takasugi remained offline until his original self perished from tuberculosis.
Personality[]
Due to having the thought patterns of the true Takasugi programmed into it, the AI acts virtually identically to him in every aspect. In order to differentiate each other, the AI Takasugi often refers to the real one as "Shinsaku" or simply "the other me".

Event: Shōwa Kishin Project GUDAGUDA[]
Following the death of Takasugi Shinsaku, the AI came online and was later discovered by Izumo-no-Okuni. After the former brought Ritsuka Fujimaru and their Servants back to the Singularity, the AI revealed the reasons behind its creation and the fact it created an upgraded Arahabaki in the event it was needed to combat the original, but that backup plan was ruined since Ritsuka's party destroyed the man-made god.
Arahabaki Mk. II was intended to disappear with the Singularity, but due to a program it posssed that allowed it to pseudo-reproduce Nobunaga's head to serve as its core, the machine remained active. With this mind, "Takasugi" reveals that the machine is also getting powered by the six Magical Reactors in the city which are currently being guarded by "Restoration Servants" personally summoned by the former.
After the reactors were destroyed, Chaldea and "Takasugi" confront the now vulnerable Arahabaki Mk. II. The AI takes the time to reveal the real reason it and Arahabaki Mk. II were created was not just as a contingency plan but also to act as an anchor to ensure the real Takasugi remained in the Musashi Province.
Afterward, they destroy Arahabaki Mk. II, finally putting an end to the Singularity. After giving some parting words from the real Takasugi's mentor, Yoshida Shouin, the AI goes offline after bidding Chaldea farewell and telling them to live interesting lives.
Valentine's Day 2024[]
The AI appears at the end of Takasugi's Valentines scene in the Chaldea Command Room following Ritsuka's conversation with the real Takasugi Shinsaku. Ritsuka gifts him chocolate and the AI notes that while it can't eat the chocolate, it accepts the feelings behind with it with the utmost gratitude and asks for the Master to keep their meeting a secret from the real Takasugi.
After promising to make something interesting in return for the chocolate, it states it'll be watching over Ritsuka's battles and leaves both itself and the real Takasugi in their care.
