Animal Language[]

Sorry. =) I thought Animal Dialogue might go under his Skills because of the Animal Language "skill(?)" that is mentioned in his abilities. Zahadrin (talk) 21:42, February 20, 2013 (UTC)

It likely is, but until we get more details it can't be said for sure. I'd personally like to know what his phantasm is. I've wondered, since it was mentioned, if his might be the Road of Babylon, but that's just my personal speculation. For now it's fine just to be mentioned where it is. Alignment[]

Upon attempting to match his Alignment with other Servant Stat Sheets, I noticed the second half was Neutral. The first half did not, however, match Lawful, Neutral, or Chaotic as far as I can see. Any idea what it could be? Zahadrin (talk) 03:46, January 10, 2015 (UTC)

Babylonia Anime[]

Due to the character visual representing "Enkidu" and the website calling him such, I was wondering if we should keep the Character Visual on just Enkidu's page or also add it in Kingu's page, or, just keep it in Kingu's page with the Enkidu name for now. Enkidu's Pronouns: HE, IT or THEY??[]

How should we refer to Enkidu?? Throughout the wiki, he's usually a "he" but I've seen that on his page there's a lot of stress on using "they". I know he's genderless but isn't he usually translated as a "he"? --GuessWhoYoutube (talk) 14:02, July 1, 2020 (UTC)

Enkidu is referred to as gender neutral in Japanese. Some translations use "he" out of convenience. "It" and "they" are really the only normalized gender neutral terms in English. Original translations used "he" out of convenience, but "they" is more proper given the context of Enkidu. EGGS (talk) 14:07, July 1, 2020 (UTC)

Karna and Herc stats in the table?[]

To prevent an edit war, why was Herc and Karna's stats added to the table?--Crimson Moon1 (talk) 14:03, 16 August 2022 (UTC)

They are mentioned by Narita in one of the SF Volumes as 2 servants that have lower stats than Enkidu. Since they are mentioned in Enkidu's Transfiguration Skill section it'd be nice to have them as well as point of referenced, just like Tamamo/Amaterasu was added to Sefar's PL table or Sefar/A rank servant to Tamamo's.GuessWhoYoutube (talk) 14:11, 16 August 2022 (UTC)

Transfiguration[]

Making a note that the Strange Fake manga fan translations has a panel where Transfiguration has the ruby text "Anu Abzu". Not sure if that was in the novels. Will hunt down the original Japanese when possible. -- Banksia (talk) 10:27, 27 April 2023 (UTC)

confusing article[]

"The only friend of Gilgamesh. Born from a clod of earth, Enkidu was clay shaped by hands of the Gods, their father the king of gods, Anu, and their mother the goddess of creation, Aruru. They were neither male nor female, but merely a monster made of mud that descended onto the earth and awoke in the wilderness. They opened their eyelids in response to a voice calling to them from afar, taking in the sight of the expanses of land and sky and the towering city in the distance." Enkidu was created out of clay like Adam https://archive.org/stream/TheEpicofGilgamesh_201606/eog_djvu.txt "So the goddess conceived an image in her mind, and it was of the stuff of Anu of the firmament. She dipped her hands in water and pinched off clay, she let it fall in the wilderness, and noble Enkidu was created. There was virtue in him of the god of war, of Ninurta himself. His body was rough, he had long hair like a woman's; it waved like the hair of Nisaba, the goddess of corn. His body was covered with matted hair like Samugan's, the god of cattle. He was innocent of mankind; he knew nothing of the cultivated land. [...] Now, woman, make your breasts bare, have no shame, do not delay but welcome his love. Let him see you naked, let him possess your body. When he comes near uncover yourself and lie with him; teach him, the savage man, your woman's art, for when he murmurs love to you the wild’ beasts that shared his life in the hills will reject him.' She was not ashamed to take him, she made herself naked and welcomed his eagerness; as he lay on her murmuring love she taught him the woman's art For six days and seven nights they lay together, for Enkidu had forgotten his home in the hills; but when he was satisfied he went back to the wild beasts."
