Is it the "Order of the Knights Templar" or just "Order of the Templars"[]
I'm a little confused is the subdevision group of the church which is based on the real life Knights Templar called the "Order of the Knights Templar" or just "Order of the Templars"
Assassin's Creed inspiration[]
Also are they just inspired by the real life Knights Templar? Or were they also created from the inspiration of the Assassin's Creed Games's Templar Order?
Oh, honey... The Assassin's Creed Templars are based off of the historical Templars, so let's go with the real Templars.
Yeah but I'm just worried. If Type-moon was to ever use The Order of the Templars in any future works or Franchises. And if the creators or copyright owners of the Assassin's Creed Franchise were to find out. Well I'm just getting a bad feeling that there will be an issue of copyright and debate over legal uses for the names Order of the Templars and the Knights Templars.

Executor redirect problem[]
In late April I decided to split the section of this page listing members of the Church into categories because it looked messy as a plain list. It worked fine, but I have just discovered this caused an unintended problem. All links to "Executor" on this wiki now go to that list of Executors rather than the section of the page describing what an Executor actually is. I tried adding an anchor to the correct section of the page (mistakenly did so while logged out so it's under my IP), but this did nothing to solve the problem.
