One of the Primordial Deities in Mesopotamian MythologyWP/Sumerian MythologyWP. Before being called Tiamat, she was known as the Goddess of Beginning, the primordial sea, NammuWP. Along with Abzu, she was manifested from the Sea of Dawn (黎明の海, Reimei no Umi?)—an Ocean of Void (無の海, Mu no Umi?) that lies below the Underworld of Ereshkigal, said to have once been under the administration of the god Enki.
In Sumerian Mythology, the gods were given birth from the pairing of Tiamat, who is the salt water, and Abzu, who is the fresh water. Afterwards, the gods, whom are their children, waved their banner of revolution against the primeval father Abzu and acquired supremacy over the world. At this moment, Tiamat gently approved the deeds of her children. It is proof that her love for her children has won over her love for her husband.
However, the gods pointed their blades even at Tiamat, their mother. Tiamat, in her grief and disorder, gave birth to 11 Magical Beasts as her new children, and they altogether had a showdown with the gods. At the end of the conflict, Tiamat and her 11 Magical Beasts were torn apart. It is said that the gods tore up her corpse into two, forming heaven and earth from it, and thus, had established the ritual for the creation of the World of Man.
Tiamat was “a womb discarded after the Genesis”, becoming the origin of Sumerian Mythology. She was turned into a “Mother Sea” and was put to use as a breeding ground to produce life, but once the earth’s environment stabilized and after the ecosystems were established, she was banished to the World of Imaginary Numbers (虚数世界, Kyosuu Sekai?) (a World on the Reverse Side (裏側の世界, Uragawa no Sekai?); an imaginary space that has no life and is not even a Parallel World) as something unnecessary. (Seeing that the ecosystem was already established, there is no need for her, one who designs life randomly, and it is said that regarding the course the lifeforms who acquired intelligence conforms to, she was nothing but an impediment by now.) Hereafter, Tiamat has been waiting in the mirror world for a chance to return back to her original world.
Owing to Tiamat's Authority over the Sea of Life and her capacity for Self-Modification, she is capable of freely remodeling her Saint Graph, and therefore is unrestricted to any of her alternate forms:
The Black Mud of the Sea of Life is also included in Tiamat’s height. Her height matches the area of the Indian OceanWP. However, given that the mud is made up of Imaginary Numbers, her weight cannot be measured. Essentially the same as zero. On the other hand, its volume grows to be infinite. In short, it is a 4-dimensional pocket.
Something like a personality cannot be confirmed from her. Whether Tiamat has lost her ideals, or whether she has no reason since the beginning, it can be interpreted as either way, but one cannot surmise the reason. Although she simply birthed, raised and loved her children, which was viewed as her only meaning in life, she has set out to fight against humanity, of whom they decided that for the sake of denying this meaning, they have declared “you are not needed.” Her behavioural ideology when becoming a Beast is extremely simple; she runs under the extremely primitive system of “If I do not kill humanity, I will be killed.”
Concerning Tiamat's motivation and attitude towards the Master, he/she is one of seven billion humans. Naturally a target for obliteration. As far as human beings are concerned, Tiamat is a repulsive aggressor (invader), but concerning Tiamat too, human beings are terrifying aliens (extraterrestrials).
Because Tiamat cannot converse, her pronouns are unknown.
In the Babylonia anime, Ritsuka Fujimaru during the final battle against Beast II encountered a mental projection of Tiamat in her first form. Somehow she was able to create a mental connection to him. Tiamat lamented that her children used her as a stepping stone, leaving her behind and that all she wanted was to be by their side.
After asking if her love was wrong, Ritsuka chose not to stab her like her previous children (the Sumerian Gods) and instead told her that her children loved her and that they had to "get going". In other words he thanked her for a Mother's Love as humanity grew up but now that they were adults she had to let them go.
"Please don't leave me. Please never... love me again."
In the end, Tiamat asked Ritsuka to not leave her behind and that if he (humanity) had to do so, to not love her again.
Sixth Singularity: Camelot
Seventh Singularity: Babylonia
While Beast II achieved her return to this world with the collapse of the Human Order Foundation and due to the power/distortion of the Holy Grail, she was however in the middle of a deep slumber. Setting aside the fact that Merlin's magecraft kept her asleep, once Beast II was attacked by Chaldea, she woke from her sleep and setted out to clean up humanity in accordance with her primal instincts.
Although there is resentment/hatred/sadness for being abandoned for having already served her purpose, there is also a conduct in indulging in the “joy” of coming back to repaint the earth’s ecosystems once again as the mother of everything.
Her Class was determined by her real nature mentioned above. The Primordial Goddess and the likes are but false titles. Deserted by the humans, that being is one of the great disasters most rejected by human history. That name is Beast II. One of the seven Evils of Man, the beast that carries the principle of “Regression”.
Also, the title called Femme Fatale was something given by Beast I (Goetia). Goetia successfully saw the true nature of Beast II’s core, so he bestowed a title meant for a Woman of Destiny rather than one meant for a Mother of the Gods (Magna Mater). At the bottom of her hatred towards humanity, there is also joy towards humanity for becoming a mother, as well as love towards humanity, them being the children of her first-generation children. For this reason, Beast II binds herself. A mother’s love is something necessary for growth, but it is something unnecessary for adults. In order for humanity to advance to the next stage, they must overcome the “original woman”.
In Fate/EXTRA CCC, Tiamat was mentioned in BB's Potnia Theron Skill. It is the authority of the Earth Mother Goddess whom BB compiled and absorbed from the abyss of the Moon Cell. It is the embodiment of the power of creation possessed by the mother goddesses, originating from a forgotten goddess approximately 8000 years ago (the goddess of Çatalhöyük), and branching to Tiamat, among other goddesses.
On top of her firepower, strength, and endurance, Tiamat lacks the concept of death and can heal herself from the Sea of Life over time rendering her virtually unkillable without being able to enforce the concept on her powerful Saint Graph. According to the Corrupted Ushiwakamaru, only a Noble Phantasm capable of gathering all the magical energy of the entire era would be able to destroy the Sea of Life. In other words, only the Bands of Light in the sky can rival Tiamat. Even if her Sea of Life is completely destroyed, it will end up remerging from her body in a short while such as after being destroyed by Piedra Del Sol or after her fall to the underworld.
Tiamat has three different forms each with their own combat capabilities. The Magical Energy inside Tiamat varies in each form:
|Draconic Corpus (In the Underworld)||??0,000,000 + 18,180,187|
|Unleashed (Wounded in the Underworld)||??0,000,000|
|Femme Fatale (Powered up)||11,010,303|
- Authority of the Beast (A Rank): An Anti-Humanity Skill that enhances the skill holders' capacity to harm Heroic Spirits, Divine Spirits, and all organisms birthed of the "Mother's Womb". This Skill is held not solely by the 2nd Beast but shared amongst all the Magical Beasts birthed of her womb.
- Independent Manifestation (B Rank): Lends the capacity to manifest independently within the temporal reality. Within seven days of manifestation, the Indian Ocean is smothered black; and Tiamat incessantly spawns Magical Beasts to the end of devouring humanity. However, as the body of the 2nd Beast is the ocean itself, it cannot make landfall. Therefore, the role of annihilating humanity is delegated to her children. At this rank, this Skill is furthermore a declaration of the holder’s presence across all of space-time and thereby grants immunity against existential threats by way of time paradox or the instantaneous imposition of death.
In the 7th Singularity of Fate/Grand Order, the 2nd Beast overcomes her restriction against landfall by use of Self-Modification -- altering her horns into wing-like appendages and taking flight. Upon the eradication of the Sea of Life within her immediate environs by the Divine Authority of Quetzalcoatl, she is able to spontaneously regenerate her domain by dispensing tides of the Black Mud from the base of her feet.
- Self-Modification (EX Rank): Beast II can remold her Saint Graph through her Sea of Life. She can expand the scale of her standard Saint Graph (Femme Fatale), to a "Draconic Body" over 60 meters in height. In that form, Beast II is able to cancel any attacks ranked A++ or lower.
- Sea of Life (EX Rank): Tiamat's true Authority, it's the "Sea From Which Life Itself is Sprung". Because the sea circulates the True Ether that existed from the Genesis of the Earth, magical energy is infinitely supplied to Beast II while she's within the sea.
The movement by which the Sea of Life extends its domain is referred to as the Chaos Tide. The substance of the Sea of Life is a Black mud pollutes that Saint Graphs and that fundamentally remakes any organism that enters unto the Sea as a "Child of Tiamat" that bears an arbitrary selection of the following skills: Environmental Modification, Environmental Fusion, and Unit Mitosis. Furthermore, the Children of Tiamat are imposed with a cellular-level Geis — a Nitrogenous BaseWP Contract — that automatically renders them enemies of humanity. Servants are no exception to the process. The weight of the black mud cannot be measured due to it being made of imaginary numbers, making its volume unlimited. In short, it is a four-dimensional pocket. In the 7th Singularity of Fate/Grand Order, Kingu refers to the Sea as the Primordial Organism and the Sea of Chaos -- further stating that, amongst practitioners of Magecraft, the Black Mud is the substance referred to as the Mud of the Grail.
- Self-Seal (C+++ Rank): A chain of self-mutilation that ties down Beast II. Although Beast II hated her grief of being banished for “not being needed anymore” by the collective unconsciousness of humanity, the depths of her consciousness accepted that as something inevitable. Beast II, who has the role “mother” as her foundation, possesses a desire to function as a patron of humanity to the very end. This Self-Sealing is something that became that form.
Beast II constantly seals herself. This self-inflicted pain is equivalent to giving herself damage that deals 50% of Beast II’s current HP every turn. In the rare cases where Beast II emerges from the sea while losing her self-control, the seal admonishes her for this and the damage is raised to 90% of her HP instead for a moment. This is why she has +++ in this Skill.
- Nega-Genesis (A Rank): A Skill of the same variety as the 6th Beast's Nega-Messiah. A manifestation of a Conceptual Bounded Field (Genesis of the Earth) expressed within the proper continuity of the History of Man, consequently proffering a nullification against the Noble Phantasms of any Servants generated as an output of the above processes. Specifically speaking, a barrier takes root against the Noble Phantasms of Servants with the attributes “Human” and “Star”.
In the Babylonia anime, it is referred to as an Authority that allows Beast II to create a new world by overwriting the current one, similar to a Reality Marble. The barrier expands and denies all established forms of life, those whose lives are over and have died, allowing it to instantly destroy Servants and even Divine Spirits like Ishtar while giving her space to create new life. As such, only the living are permitted to exist within the bounds of Nega-Genesis as their lives are not yet over. Only Ritsuka Fujimaru, new Laḫmu that are created within it, King Hassan and Fou are able to move in it without being destroyed.
- Monstrous Strength (A++ Rank): One’s ability as a monster. This Skill raises the user’s Strength. It is at about the highest possible level. This is why Tiamat’s Strength is that of a Giant when she makes the black mud into her body and manifests in her "Draconic body". At the moment, only Tiamat and Kingprotea possesses this skill at EX rank..
- Potnia Theron: Due to being worshipped as an Earth Mother Goddess, Tiamat had the power of creation that originated from the forgotten goddess of Çatalhöyük. This Authority allowed Tiamat to function as a mobile creature factory that can "birth" millions of magical beasts from her true Authority, the Sea of Life. By using the endless magical energy supply, Tiamat could create millions of Lahmus in a few seconds, with each of them boasting power on par with the magical beast Ugallu. The most powerful creatures she created were the Bel Laḫmu, who possessed magical energy that surpassed that of a Demon God.
- Regression to the Age of Gods: Tiamat is able to reproduce mysteries that predate Magic, by regressing to the Jurassic Age Tiamat was able to use the Sea of Life to remodel her Saint Graph and transform into her "Draconic body" form, which gave her the body of a God.
Romani Archaman and Gilgamesh hypothesize that Tiamat's existence as the Mother of Genesis renders as a Law of Nature the "fact" that she is "the first to be born into the World, and the last to die." That is to say, so long as another life exists within the same "World" as Tiamat, she may be incapable of dying.
Romani Archaman terms this capability "Paradox Restoration" -- and for the purpose of neutralizing the phenomenon, Gilgamesh plots to entrap Tiamat within the Underworld (冥界, Meikai?, lit. "World of Death") domain of Ereshkigal, making use of its nature as a "World" wherein the only "life" that is properly recognized to exist are those existences subjectively defined as "the Living"at Ereshkigal's whim. Furthermore, as the domain was in part originally created to restrain and confine rogue gods, the Sanctions of the Underworld exert a strong Anti-Divinity effect by default, and would therefore hypothetically weaken Tiamat.
In practice, however, it is unclear that Paradox Restoration is indeed one of Tiamat's actual capabilities, or whether the actions taken against her were in fact effective in neutralizing the phenomenon.
Forms and Alternate Versions
After obtaining the Holy Grail that Goetia stored within the heart of Kingu, the Sea of Life initially manifests a human-scale body known as Femme FataleWP (ファム・ファタール, Famu Fatāru?). It appears as a woman with light blue hair clad in leg and arm restraints, with features that represent the planet, large horns that symbolize the land, and eyes that reflect the inner sea of the planet. Gilgamesh refers to this as Tiamat's Cerebral Corpus; it is suggested to represent whatever remains of Tiamat's mind or consciousness. Upon partial awakening, her Cerebral Corpus is stained in red and black in a manner reminiscent of Dark Sakura.
Without fully awakening due to being sealed, Tiamat is able to damage Chaldea's SHEBA 02, 06, and 09 by causing spatial rifts all over Mesopotamia and birth over one hundred million Laḫmu capable of spreading all over Mesopotamia in less than half a day. After receiving the Holy Grail, Tiamat is only able to manifest her Cerebral Corpus in the form of "Femme Fatale" due to the seal still restraining her arms and legs. In this form, Tiamat possesses an ultra-ultra-ultra-class Magical Reactor (超々々級魔力炉心, chōchōchō-kyū Maryoku Roshin?) core with seven times the magical energy of a Holy Grail.
When Chaldea finally faces her in the Persian Gulf, the Magical Energy inside her body is 16,785, and she releases from her body as much energy as a Hydrogen bomb just by screaming. When she powers up, her mana rapidly surpasses 11,000,000. Romani Archaman also claimed that had she fired at that moment she would have blasted Uruk even from that distance. She is seemingly destroyed by Ishtar's An Gal Tā Kigal Shē.
Following the annihilation of the Cerebral Corpus, Femme Fatale, the Sea of Life manifests Tiamat in the form of a Titan (巨人, Kyojin?)—later demonstrated to be capable of flight by the use of her Wing-Horns (角翼, Kakuyoku?).
After voluntarily letting Ishtar destroy her body with An Gal Tā Kigal Shē, Tiamat restructures her Saint Graph into a mega-structure post dispersion, increasing its scale. With an Authority that had not been seen since the era of Genesis, Tiamat also drastically increases her body mass. In this "Titan" form, Tiamat is said to be a perfect being with no physical or mythical shortcomings, with enough Magical Energy to travel between stars; combined with the numerous primordial species preserved inside her body, Romani notes that Tiamat has the capacity to be an Ark of the Gods. In this state her mana reaches 900,360,230. Not even aliens would be able to take her down. Even if both Quetzalcoatl and Ishtar had their full-powered authorities and the help of any other powers left in Mesopotamia they wouldn't be able to damage Tiamat. Tiamat boasts impressive durability and even the combined efforts of Quetzalcoatl's Xiuhcoatl and Gorgon's Pandemonium Cetus are only able to destroy her right horn without her main body taking any damage. In this state, Tiamat surpasses the power of any Heroic Spirit as even the Chains of Heaven formed from Kingu's Enuma Elish was only able to momentarily restrain her movements before she broke them, even though according to Gilgamesh that feat was equal to any other in Enkidu's life, a being whose combat strength is roughly the same as that of Gilgamesh during his prime. It is theorized that only Gugalanna, the greatest and strongest Divine Beast, would be capable of stopping her on her tracks for a day.
Even at her weakest, wounded after falling to the Underworld and receiving Ereshkigal's punishment, Tiamat's Authority is still powerful enough to corrupt the Underworld by spreading at an enormous speed, even though Ereshkigal is regarded as absolute law inside her domain and all deities are left powerless within it if she so chooses.
In the circumstance that Tiamat faces a severe threat, she enacts Self-Modification and Saint Graph Dilation Operations (霊基膨張工程, Reiki Bouchou Koutei?) to assume a Draconic Body (竜体, Ryuutai?)—referred to as her "true appearance". After the Draconic Body is imposed with the "Concept of Death" by the "Old Man of the Mountain", Da Vinci confirms that Tiamat's Saint Graph Core is situated within its brain.
Tiamat is able grow her Saint Graph and reboot her magical reactor once more by regressing to the Jurassic Age, gaining "the very Corpus of a God" (神の体, Kami no Karada?, lit. "Flesh of God"), healing all her wounds and manifesting her true form, "Draconic Body". In this state, her strength is like that of a giant and she becomes immune to attacks ranked A++ or lower. She is no longer a Divine Spirit, but an actual God.
Although Tiamat's combat capabilities and defenses are indeed the strongest upon assuming her Draconic Corpus, Jaguar Man comments that this is in reality Tiamat in her weakest, most vulnerable state, likely due to the Underworld still restraining her Authority. This is seen in her Magical Energy signature. In the Underworld it had been reduced from 900,360,230 to ??0,000,000. After transforming it only increases 18,180,187.
Tiamat is ultimately defeated in the Babylonia Singularity due to multiple factors. Mainly Merlin transforming the Sea of Life into flowers draining her power and King Hassan not only severing her wings but granting her the concept of "death" by degrading her Saint Graph into a normal Servants' Saint Graph pattern. These two attacks were able to weaken her enough so that the rest of Ritsuka's party could keep damaging her until Archer Gilgamesh ultimately dealt the finishing blow with Ea by destroying her weak spot in the head and therefore collapsing her Saint Graph.

Creation and Conception
It is a digression, but Tiamat was taken into consideration as a boss of a raid event when planning “Fate/Grand Order” in 2014. She is an anthropomorphism of the sea, someone similar to a generator that produces powerful Magical Beasts, and she was depicted as an unequalled beautiful woman that dissolves into the chaotic mud. During the moment Beast II appears, “Fate/Grand Order’s” image… becomes a fun Starship TroopersWP. It is also a service character that makes a homage to Dark Sakura of “Fate/stay night”. Revising that design is for some reason, two times more appealing, as long as you can see “Ah, it is a genealogy of that Dark Sakura.”
Comment from Illustrator
"I joined together rivers/harvests and destruction (clear streams and sludge) growing wild as in the color image (of the black + red stripes) of Dark Sakura. I aimed at a simple silhouette of a little girl with gigantic horns + hiding her breasts.
Monster Form: For the MAP plan and on the occasion of expressing her parts, I crammed as many details of gigantic structures in order to potentially put them for another use. (I was thinking something like walking on a road above her horns.)"

Illustrator and Voice actor
Illustrator: Kotetsu Yamanaka
Voice Actor: Aoi Yūki
Noble Phantasm: -
One of the creator deities of Mesopotamian myth.
The gods were born from the union of the freshwater Abzu and the saltwater Tiamat. Then, the gods rebelled against their father, and seized authority over the world from him.
Tiamat quietly approved of her children’s actions. It was proof that her love for her children outweighed her love for her husband.
However, the gods then turned their blades on Tiamat. Tiamat wailed and raged, birthing eleven new Magical Beasts to oppose the gods.
At the end of the war, Tiamat and the Eleven Beasts were destroyed.
The gods split Tiamat’s corpse in two, and used them to form the heavens and earth. It is said that this ritual created the world of humans.

The black mud is also included in Tiamat’s height. However, the mud is made of imaginary numbers, so her weight is unquantifiable.
Meanwhile, Tiamat’s volume is infinite. In other words, she is a four-dimensional pocket.
Unlock: Primal Planet, Admiring the Sky
Tiamat is the womb that was cast aside after the world was created.
She is the Maternal Sea who was used as the soil to give birth to life, but once the Earth’s environment settled and ecosystems were established, Tiamat was deemed unnecessary and driven out into the world of imaginary numbers. (The Inner World. Lifeless imaginary number space, not a parallel universe.)
Because the Earth’s ecosystems were established, Tiamat, who randomly designs life, was no longer needed.
The goddess became nothing more than an obstacle to the process by which life forms acquired the intelligence determined by the planet.
Since then, Tiamat has been waiting in the world of imaginary numbers for her chance to return to Earth.
Unlock: Primal Planet, Admiring the Sky
- Authority of the Beast: A
This can be considered an anti-humanity Skill.
It is an ability that is especially effective against Heroic Spirits, Divine Spirits, and all things born from the mother’s body.
This Skill is not possessed solely by the Second Beast, but also by all Magical Beasts she gives birth to.
- Independent Manifestation: B
The Skill to manifest independently in the current world.
Seven days after manifestation, the Indian Ocean will be smothered black.
Once Tiamat manifests, she unceasingly gives birth to Magical Beasts, and sets out to devour humanity.
However, the body of the Second Beast is the ocean itself, so it cannot move onto land. Instead, it is her children’s role to mop up the human race.
Furthermore, this Skill is an expression of the holder’s presence across all of space-time, rendering her immune to attacks by methods such as time travel paradoxes, and canceling out all instant death attacks as well.
- Self-Modification: EX
Tiamat can remold her own Saint Graph using the black Sea of Life.
Her body can grow from its standard Saint Graph (Femme Fatale) into that of a dragon over 60 meters in length.
Once Tiamat becomes a dragon, attacks against her of A++ rank or lower are nullified.
Unlock: Primal Planet, Admiring the Sky
- Sea of Life: EX
The Second Beast itself is the sea which gives rise to life.
It cycles the True Ether of primordial Earth, so its mana supply within this sea is infinite.
All who are caught and drowned in the black mud are randomly assigned the following Skills: Self-Modification, Life Transformation, Life Fusion, and Individual Multiplication.
Once these organisms exit the sea to make landfall, they are forced into a cellular-level geis — a nitrogenous base contract (amino-geis) — and automatically become enemies of humankind.
- Nega-Genesis: A
A Skill of the same type as Nega-Messiah, which is possessed by the Sixth Beast.
It is a conceptual bounded field which completely overturns modern evolutionary theory and the predictions of Earth’s genesis.
Thanks to this ability, the Second Beast has acquired a strong resistance to the Noble Phantasms of Servants created by correct human history.
- Monstrous Strength: A++
One’s ability as a monster. This Skill raises the user’s Strength.
It is at about the highest possible level. This is why Tiamat’s Strength is that of a titan when she makes the black mud into her body and manifests in her draconic form.
Unlock: Primal Planet, Admiring the Sky
With the collapse of the cornerstone of anthropic principle, Tiamat managed to return to this world with the power of the Holy Grail. And yet, she was in middle of a slumber.
Setting aside wherever it was caused by Merlin’s magecraft, she awoke from that sleep due to the attack from Chaldea and set out to eradicate mankind in accordance with her instincts.
While there is resentment・hatred・sadness for being discarded as someone who had already served her purpose, this is also a deed of indulging in the “joy” of once again repainting the Earth’s ecosystem and having everything come back to the mother.
Her Class was determined by this true nature described above.
The goddess of genesis and the likes are nothing but fake names.
Deserted by humans, this is one of the most rejected great disasters in human history.
Its name is Beast II.
One of the seven human vices, the beast carrying the principle of "regression."
Unlock: Primal Planet, Admiring the Sky
It is impossible to confirm if Tiamat possesses anything resembling a personality.
Perhaps she lost her intellect, or perhaps she never had one to begin with. Either is acceptable.
The only meaning to her existence is to create, raise, and love her children. Thus, she set out to make war against humanity for declaring that it has no need for her.
It is the functioning of an extremely primitive system: “If I do not exterminate modern humanity, I will be killed.”
•Motivations・Attitude towards the Master
One of seven billion. An obvious target to be obliterated.
While the Second Beast is a repulsive invader to humanity, humans are terrifying aliens (extraterrestrials) to the Second Beast.

1: My Lord, what precisely is the Abyss (深淵, Shinen?)?
2: Is there actually something further down than the Underworld?
There is. The World of Mesopotamia comprises of Heaven and Earth. That which here lies below the Earth known as the Underworld -- and deeper still there rests the Abyss.
The Abyss is an Ocean of Void (無の海, Mu no Umi?). It is from those dark waters that the God Apsu and the Goddess Tiamat manifested, crafting the World of Mesopotamia.
If it must be described, it is the Sea of Dawn (黎明の海, Reimei no Umi?), which existed before the creation of life.
Being that the God Enki has at present vacated his posting as the Administrator of the Abyss, were one to plunge into it now, there would be no returning.
It's the place where Lord Gilgamesh sought the Herb of Immortality (不老不死の霊草, Furou-Fushi no Reisou?), isn't it?

Golden Grail: EX, Self-Modification: EX, Potnia Theron: EX
01 - Cursed Cutting Crater (C. C. C.)
An attack on the world by BB in control of the Moon Cell.
Also called the spiritron imaginary pit.
A World Purge through event rewriting that makes maximum use of the EX skill "Conception of All Animals" BB has acquired.
The goddess who is the mother of earth mother goddesses that created earth is, in other words, the 'root' that created all creation. This anti-world Noble Phantasm outputs that information through an ultra-precise 3D printer and crushes the present world with the world the user desires.
The space eroded by BB becomes imaginary space and a curse that consumes reality. "CCC", as the name suggests, is a cursed pit that bores out reality.
In addition to scattering all objects inside on an atomic level and reconstructing them, it is capable of overwriting and reprinting information in fields such as luck and coincidence. While theoretical, it is also thought possible to distort the time axis by interfering with gravitational fields and rewrite the law of cause and effect.
When used in combat, BB's familiars, the shapeshifters, engulf the target and, after turning into a sphere, are wiped out of existence along with the target and the whole dimension.
Normally, a structure in which sense of values can be shared cannot be created in the Far Side of the Moon, which is an imaginary space. What established BB's internal world as the Sakura Labyrinth was the power of this Noble Phantasm.
02 - Advanced Level AI
Artificial intelligences configured according to their programs.
In this age, they are treated as things that "function as programs", but "do not exist as actual beings". In other words, things that "are" right in front of your eyes but "are not". They are merely mechanisms for smooth progression of human lives.
The same applies in the SE.RA.PH. They are virtual lifeforms that are created along with the commencement of the Holy Grail War and disposed along with its conclusion.
Humanoid virtual lifeforms at the SE.RA.PH include NPCs that perform single objectives, AIs who have been granted capabilities for self-judgement, and advanced level AIs who have been entrusted with capabilities for self-judgement and management of sections.
Advanced level AIs are beings made to efficiently promote the Moon Cell's primary objective of "human observation". As perfect reproductions of humans, they have been programmed with even souls, but the souls only "exist" and their contents are colorless.
Virtual lifeforms made in the SE.RA.PH are reset with each round of the Holy Grail War. NPCs and AIs return to zero, but advanced level AIs retain just their personas while their records are reset—as if they never existed.
When the Holy Grail War is over, the only one left alive is the Master standing at the top. This applies not only to the Masters but also to the virtual lifeforms made in the SE.RA.PH.
It appears that BB, like Sakura, is an advanced level AI entrusted with management of Masters' health. However, as she is rampaging for reasons unknown, the methods of "managing the Masters" have become extreme.
03 - Khakkhara of Domination
The teacher's pointer that BB carries.
A device that lets her make full use of her authority as an advanced level AI. Although limited to the Far Side of the Moon, this allows BB to modify the spiritron laws within the SE.RA.PH.
"Ten Crowns of Domination" worn by the Beast of Babylon converted into a teacher's pointer.
This is the male principle corresponding to the female principle of the seven-headed beast, and its true nature is a phallus (erect rod).
The symbol of the king of the world who was granted throne and authority by a great dragon and received the right to, for 42 months, spit out as many insolent words as desired and desecrate all things.
The beast's heads were the seven hills of the Roman Empire... Capitolium, Palatium, Aventinus, Esquilinus, Caelius, Quirinalis, Viminalis. In other words, they meant the Roman Empire itself, and the ten horns symbolized the emperors... Augustus, Tiberius, Caligula, Claudius, Nero, Vespasianus, Titus, Galba, Otho, Vitellius.
０１ - C. C. C.
０２ - 上級AI
０３ - 支配の錫杖
01 - Golden Grail [EX]
The golden grail that BB owns. Also called the Holy Grail.
A negative grail that grants its owner's impudent and selfish wishes.
The grail held by the great whore of Babylon who appears in the Revelation to John. Though it is a fake Holy Grail, it is for that reason that it has become a "genuine" Holy Grail that grants the desires of humans regardless of right or wrong.
To the Christians who considered honorable poverty a virtue at that time, a grail molded from a symbol of wealth like gold no doubt had connotations of corrupt wealth, avarice, and vanity of trying to adorn oneself.
As the grail held by the great whore of Babylon who personifies the Roman Empire, this grail clearly symbolizes treasures on earth, which is the inverse of the Christ's words "Do not store up treasures on earth."
"I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names, and it had seven heads and ten horns."
According to the Book of Revelation, this is the description of the beast of destruction that appeared in the Holy City and the woman straddling that beast. A huge beast with sevens heads like a hydra appeared from the sea and landed at the Holy City. This beast and the woman, while two, are as one, and it is impossible to think of them separately.
As the woman was said to give birth to all evil, those who were imprudent or greedy could not resist her allure and became corrupted by that grail.
On a side note, the red Saber who calls herself the emperor was regarded the same as this beast and viewed as an enemy by the believers after her death.
02 - Self-Modification [EX]
A skill that allows restructuring of oneself.
AIs made by the Moon Cell were given an absolute command: "You must not improve own function."
However, BB, who escaped from that yoke due to her breakdown, began to expand her own functions. To boost her calculation power, she preyed upon/disassembled NPCs, AIs, and finally, Servants with black noise, then used as her own memory.
Though they are like appendix building additions that do not heed self-collapse, as the result, BB has changed into a hyper level AI with enormous capacity.
That condition resembles a city on reclaimed land that continues to build while submerging or Frankenstein's monster.
03 - Potnia Theron [EX]
Conception of All Animals.
The authority of the goddesses that BB compiled and absorbed from the abyss of the mooncell.
It embodies the power of all creation possessed by the mother goddesses—originating from a forgotten goddess approximately 8000 years ago (the goddess of Çatalhöyük) and branching to Tiamat and Cybele, Ishtar, Inanna, Anat, Astarte, Gaia, Hera, Artemis, Aphrodite, Demeter, Athena, etc.
Many are depicted with mural crowns. This is because many of these goddesses were also guardian deities of cities.
The symbols of this authority include holes opening the earth and the sky (caves and the moon), whirling tides and waterspouts of the sea, calderas of the volcanoes, etc., and from these, evils that bring all manners of death are birthed. However, after these evils have spread death, they promise certain good harvest and fertility. This authority is none other than the power of bringing death as well as giving life.
The earth mother is worshipped by the people and protects them as a guardian deity, but at the same time, she is the very sacrifice that nurtures them with crops born from her body and beasts of the fields and the forests.
The earth mother nurtures men with her flesh and blood, kills men as time passes to restores herself with her own nourishment, and once again nurtures men with her restored flesh and blood.
This process is the cycle of the food chain, and this cycle of life and death can be said to be the true nature of the earth mother. With this authority, most of the goddesses gave birth to countless monsters and giants, posing threats to gods and men, or they gave birth to heroes, thus protecting people.
As representative examples, Tiamat and Gaia became threats, while Hera is a mother of heroes.
Those born on this earth cannot defy the authority of the mother goddess, as that would mean rebelling against the very system of life. However, when they leave this earth, head to space, and end the childhoood as intelligent lifeforms, they will have broken this authority.
The wish of Çatalhöyük is the coming of that day.

01 - Spiritron Imaginary Pit
Spiritron Imaginary Pit.
The official name of this stage.
Formerly just an imaginary number space for storing malignant information, "this place" was established as a real number space in the present, past, and future by the fact that BB had reached the Moon Cell core. It was reconstructed by her hands into the “far side of the moon” where even Masters can exist.
With the power of the primordial goddess at hand, BB succeeded in quantifying the "nothingness" before the birth of life. She transformed into the master of the imaginary number space where both time and space and ambiguous.
Although the Moon Cell cannot be hacked no matter how much time is taken, BB took over it by placing herself in "unlimited time".
02 - The remnants of peaceful days
During the preliminaries, when Kiara liberated her free will, she was unable to control that status condition and went into overload.
Since NPCs can only do routine work, they ignored self-destructing Sakura as something "non-existent", and since the Moon Cell's check only takes place at the end of the day in the preliminaries, Sakura was at risk of termination.
Witnessing this condition, [Kishinami Hakuno] called out to her, "Are you okay."
The observation that she "is here" by another let Sakura recover the unconscious on the verge of termination, and due to the nursing afterwards, she gained an ego that clearly "wanted to be here". Her self-termination was averted.
What happened afterwards no longer need to be said.
When the next day comes, everything will be erased by the Moon Cell. Wanting to continue this one day miracle, Sakura used her advanced AI privilege to repeat "the day she came to know [Kishinami Hakuno]" for 69 days.
However, as days passed, Sakura became distressed by her self-contradiction as an AI and the facts surrounding [Kishinami Hakuno].
"Masters participating in the Holy Grail War will all die except one. No, to begin with, [Kishinami Hakuno] is..."
Sakura continued to be distressed by her selfish desire to continue the loop for eternity and her feelings for [Kishinami Hakuno]. In conclusion, she chose to seal the 69 days worth of memory... the "love" she acquired, so she could return to being a normal AI. AIs cannot delete records. Because of that, she moved the memory to a backup frame to reset herself.
She believed that to be the most correct choice for [Kishinami Hakuno].
But even if recollections of the mind are lost, memories recorded by the body live on. Though she should have forgotten everything and returned to being a normal AI, she was shaken by unidentified emotional values every time she talked with [Kishinami Hakuno].
Meanwhile, the backup to whom the memories were transplanted couldn't tolerate herself like that, and she decided to act as BB the rebel who destroys the Moon Cell's system for a certain objective then made her move.
The timing when she seized the Far Side of the Moon was "the Holy Grail War: the end of fifth round ~ before the start of the sixth round". The four who were not eliminated yet—[Kishinami Hakuno], Leo, Rin, and Rani—and the irregular, Jinako, were kidnapped to the Far Side in the middle of the Holy Grail War while they were still alive.
Masters Matou Shinji, Gatou, and Julius were moved to the imaginary space "0.00001 seconds before" the moment the firewall terminated them after their defeat from the Holy Grail War, prolonging their instants of life.
In either case, C. C. C. is a dream by BB. If the dreamer disappears, the world ought to return to the reality where nothing happened.
On a yet another side note, everyday scenery of the prologue that [Kishinami Hakuno] saw in the nightmare was an artificial paradise modeled on the discarded 69 days.
After pulling [Kishinami Hakuno] to the Far Side, BB placed the digital body in the old school building, put it in a deep sleep, and locked them in an unwaking dream.
Normally, they would have lived peacefully in the looping everyday life, but the strong bond with their Servant or [Kishinami]'s will rejecting the peaceful everyday caused cracks in the artificial paradise, and [Kishinami Hakuno] came to notice the abnormality.
To put [Kishinami Hakuno] in a deep sleep once more, BB reset the school building and tried to remake the dream, but [Kishinami Hakuno] escaped the reset as well and leaped into an even deeper part of the imaginary space.
It was a bottom deeper than the bottom of Id. "Death of the collective unconscious" beneath the unconscious. What saved [Kishinami Hakuno] who leaped into a region even BB cannot reach was the voice of the Servant whose fate was shared with theirs.
Thus, the contract was sealed, and [Kishinami Hakuno] woke up in the old school building left in the Far Side.

Illustrator and Voice actor

Voice Actor: Yū Kobayashi
Noble Phantasm: A++
Presence Detection: A+
Consummated Shape: A
Magic Resistance: A
Enuma Elish: O People, Lets Tie the Gods
Type: Anti-Purge Noble Phantasm
From its gentle tone and graceful bearings, one would never guess that this is a “Noble Phantasm with a will” that possesses a fierce combat power.
The chains that fasten heavens and earth, regarded by the King of Heroes Gilgamesh as one of the strongest.
A doll created by the hands of the gods, and also an offshot of the earth that harmonizes・becomes one with nature.
A tragic weapon that underwent many adventures as the sole friend of the King of Heroes and, after acquiring a human heart, returned to dirt as a doll.
Level 1 Bond
Source: Epic of Gilgamesh
Alignment: True Neutral Gender: -
“If you tell me to fight, I’ll fight.
After all, it is not like I hate fighting”
Level 2 Bond
One of the oldest heroes described in the Epic of Gilgamesh. A weapon manufactured by the gods.
Originally, it was “a clay work that could transform into anything” produced by the gods.
It phantasmagorically changes its shape in accordance with circumstances.
Its whole body is equivalent to a weapon of gods.
However, it does not have the same mentality or emotions as people, and at first it was not all that different from a wild beast.
It has been said that, after appearing on this world, it became aware of much by meeting with a single sacred prostitute and eventually choose to take the shape of a person (as its basic form).
This appearance is something modeled after said sacred prostitute out of respect.
Level 3 Bond
Its combat strength is roughly the same as that of the King of Heroes Gilgamesh on his golden age.
In the battle against Gilgamesh described on the Epic, it displayed a performance on par to him, who is recognized as one of the strongest heroes in human history.
The first friend ever discovered by Gilgamesh, who was an aloof existence, and it too perceives Gilgamesh as its peerless friend.
After the fight on the city of Uruk, the friends Gilgamesh and Enkidu underwent many adventures, but it ultimately lost its life after the battle with the divine beast Gugalanna.
Level 4 Bond
Introverted, active and self-assured.
Usually it just loiters like a beautiful flower but, once it gets on the move, it becomes a frightening active monster that doesn’t wait, has no mercy and show no self-restrain.
Since they are life forms born from the Earth, it also finds humans “appealing”. But, because humans think of themselves as beings apart from nature due to their intelligence, they rank low as protection targets.
It feels that animals and plants are existences closer to itself and it mostly takes action in order to protect them.
That being said, since it had great curiosity (intellectual craving) to begin with, Enkidu regards conversations with humans as an enjoyment.
If said character has an appealing personality (a totalitarian brimming with philantropous mentality, and yet who thinks of himself as foremost), it will demonstrate respect and admiration from the bottom of its heart, feeling joy in support him as a friend.
Level 5 Bond
- Transfiguration: A
A unique skill in which parameter values are allotted in accordance to the situation from a prescribed comprehensive value. Enkidu’s greatest feature.
The higher the rank, higher the comprehensive value becomes.
At times it makes STR into A Rank, at times it makes END into A Rank.
However, because the conversion limits of parameters is set in stone, it cannot make all parameters into A Rank.
Enkidu possesses a comprehensive value of 30, and each parameter consume the respectively values: A-7, B-6, C-5, D-4, E-3.
- Presence Detection: A+
The highest rank of presence detection.
It is possible to sense presences from long distances by using the land as a medium.
- Consummated Shape: A
By making use of the magic energy of the land, it restores itself to its former shape.
So long there is a supply of magic energy from the land, Enkidu’s body (which was produced from the clay of the Age of Gods) will never collapse.
A powerful regeneration・restoration ability that is completely unprecedented.
However, the soul is a different matter.
Level 5 Bond
"O People, Lets Tie the Gods"
Rank: A++ Type: Anti-Purge
Enkidu transforms its own body into a Divine Construct.
Becoming a linchpin that converted vast amounts of energy to pierce and tie the target.
Originally, Enkidu was a weapon dispatched by the gods in order to “restore Gilgamesh to god”.
The “Linchpin of Heavens” created so that gods and people would not separate, Gilgamesh.
Because such Gilgamesh revolted against the gods, it was charged with the role of binding and bringing him back to heavens.
However, Enkidu became Gilgamesh’s friend and, just like its friend wished, chose the path of using this “chain that restrains even heavens” for the sake of people.
