Hello, I'm new to Fate and I want a quick and easy guide to everything Fate related

I've taken a mild interest in Fate mainly because of Astolfo but that's besides the point, I'd like to get into Fate and actually interact with the fanbase, the only issue is that I don't know where to start with the tons of games, shows, and movies Fate has, so could someone simplify it for me in a quick and easy way that won't end up with me taking months to finish every show, movie or game related to Fate?
